As an older couple we were placed right next to the playground. Although quiet time was observed, during the entire rest of the time the noise was loud enough to be disturbing including much shrieking. It would be very good and thoughtful to place RVers based on children. If possible it would also be good to have a second exit on the far side. Travel time to the far side of the park was excessive.

Kids where disappointed there was no costume contest this year. Otherwise same as usual

Thanks for the feedback. We have decided to do a costume parade rather than a costume contest. This allows all children on site to show off their creative costumes together in a parade setting vs. singling out just 3 winners each year. We feel this is much more inclusive for the children.

Staff were friendly. The garbage service was a plus. Put it at the end of your site. Kids events were fun.

Bathrooms were lacking in cleaning. The same trash was on the ground from Friday to Sunday morning. The pool area bathroom also had not been cleaned. There was a poop smear on the toilet over the whole stay. Haunted Row most of the animatronics did not have batteries in them or were broken. It used to be excellent, but now it kind of feels like walking into Goodwill. Not sure if we will rebook.

We enjoyed being there for the Halloween festivities. Trick or treating felt like you were part of a like minded community that wanted to give a magical experience to all the kids.

We brought our kids here for and had a great time. The facility was as clean as you could expect for being full with lots of families and kids running around. We had the pleasure of running into Tony from Montana a KOA employee that took the time to help my kids and was so kind. I hope he is still there next time we return. Keep up the great work and may God bless you and your coworkers.

We had a wonderful stay during the Halloween festivities. The staff was kind, helpful, and attentive. The campground was clean and safe. We will 100% be back again!

We have been to this KOA several times before and love the indoor pool, as we usually come during cooler weather/seasons and the fun zone is awesome too. We just tried The Halloween event this year and it is epic! Already booked again for next year plus added a bunch of friends that will be joining us! Thank you!

Suggestion: better signage for where to line up when registering. Three employees work with guests and there is one Registration sign hanging from the ceiling on the far right side which gives the impression that the line to the left is for store customers making purchases and the register under the sign for checking in. It was off putting to be called out for not lining up in the expected spot.

The stay was very nice, though all the kids that came with us were disappointed there was no prize for costumes. The price is quite expensive and some of our group may not be able to afford it next year.

Loved the stay, weather was great. Seemed like there was less interaction for the Halloween weekend this year compared to previous years. (Costume parade, etc)

Overall good stay. Couple disappointing changes from previous Halloweentown visits; No pumpkin patch. No costume contest. The scary version of haunted area was not scary at all and barely different than the non scary version.

Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. The pumpkin patch has been relocated to the large grassy area next to the activity building. We moved some additional cabins down into the cove area so we no longer have the room to place the pumpkin patch in that location.

The staff were very friendly and the sites were nice and clean. The halloween events were fun and kept us busy. We enjoyed our stay and all of the amenities. We will be back for sure.

We arrived on Wednesday to be met with very pleasant check-in hostess and information about the area. We had stayed here once before and enjoyed both visits to this KOA. Will likely stay again if we are in the area.

This was our first time staying at this campground and we enjoyed ourselves very much! We did not do our research very well and did not know that there was a Halloween party going on so we were not prepared. I am so excited to return next year with my little one, and the rest of the family in costume and some candy. My only wish is that there were activities for younger toddlers.

October is such a fun month with all the activities going on!!! The grounds are clean and most of the sites are large!

There is so much to do on site that the kids never wanted to leave! When elementary age kids say it was the best spring break ever and they can't wait to come back, you know it's great! Wether you stay in a cabin or your own tent or RV, you will not regret picking this KOA for your time away from home. Not only is there so many fun activities on site, there is quick and easy access to Fort Stevens State park walking or biking trails, historical sites, and of course beach and coastal walks you just can't beat! Highly recommend checking this one out of you haven't already!!

There was nothing about this experience we did not love. The park is beautiful and so clean. The activities offered to children are amazing. After this experience other campgrounds will pale in comparison. Will definitely be back with grands!

Got a cabin for four and it was perfect. It came with linens/blankets for the bed and bunks, as well as plenty of towels. The fire pit right outside was perfect and loved all the dog areas throughout the grounds. Kids had an amazing time in the indoor pool. Can't wait to come back and explore some more!
