Great rate for a basic campsite with easy access to a warm bathroom with hot water. The highway noise was not ideal - it would be nice for the tent site to be further away so that would be muffled a bit.

I really do love the friendliness of KOA staff! I feel safe and welcome at your campgrounds. I would feel more comfortable (as a solo camper mostly) if the bathrooms were separated for male/female. I also would have liked to know ahead of time about fireworks. One other piece of feedback is to update the website that there is not power or water at the tent site. I did enjoy my stay!

Thanks! Your comfort is important to us. Our bathhouses have separate male and female bathrooms. Perhaps you are referring to the unisex showers within the bathhouses? So sorry if we missed you on text communications sent in advance of the fireworks. Pls ensure a valid number on file in the future.

The bathrooms are very clean and the showers are very warm. I love KOA. I learned about the cabins and can't wait to rent one.

Very friendly and clean...dog park is really nice and larger than some. Yes it's off of i40 but they will offer ear plugs etc. But it really wasn't much of a problem for us...

A lot of raid noise, but they tell you that up front. The camp was clean, the staff hard working and friendly! The sites need to be leveled better, but we were able to level using our blocks in our class A. They only have one dog park, and it's over where most of the long terms are ans if you are in the pull through up top its a long walk. They have a nice pool and nice trail around the camp. I'm not sure I would agree with it being called a holiday ( lack of amenities) but a good journey for a 2 day stay.

I was a tad nervous about the noise reading the reviews, but we did not have any issues with the traffic noise. This is a great jump off point to Asheville and close to anything you would need. The facilities were really well kept and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
