Loved the easy pull in and out of the sites. Location is easy to find from I-40. Pool is clean and the swinging chairs are delightful.

Very loud road noise with dust from a total gravel environment otherwise everything is perfect. Wooded walking trails and large grass covered areas for the dogs is a plus. Very friendly and helpful staff. Campsites are almost level with very goid wifi and cable TV.

Our parking space had no gravel, just dirt. Good thing it didn’t rain. No grass anywhere.

My husband and I loved this KOA. We were so happy that while we were there, we walked its entirety just to pick the sites we will reserve for next year. The staff was beyond friendly and Kyle even taught us rookies an easier way to back our camper in. Truly the best. Cannot wait to return.

Your campground is very clean and is a perfect place to stay as long as you don’t mind the extreme noise from Hwy I40 Not pleasant during the day and annoying at night Sorry

This is a beautiful well kept campground. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend spending sometime at this campground. Hopefully we will make it back there one day!!

Nice campground with trees everywhere. More rustic RV sites but very nice. HWY 23 ? Smokey something had some truck traffic that used Jake breaks. The KOA provided ear plugs. We used a sound machine. I would stay there again. They are still cleaning up from Hurricane Helene but was still very nice.

Beautiful grounds, Sandy was very helpful and friendly. The sites are very nice and offer privacy. Our site backed onto a wooded greenbelt which was lovely. Facilities were spotless, and showers had plenty of hot water. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, except the wood we purchased was not seasoned and it took a long time to sizzle.the water out of it before we could cook our dinner. Nice campground.

Staff very nice. They did sustain some damage to the sites with hurricane Helene. The sites are currently very unlevel. All gravel sites. WiFi was good. It’s approx 25-30 minutes from the Biltmore & downtown Asheville. It’s a good location.

From the moment I checked my experience was great. I am still learning to back my camper so asked if I could pass on the escort (one less person watching). I got to my site and was struggling a little. The very kind work camper same me and helped without judgement and very patiently. The staff was super welcoming, friendly and helpful. The campground is well kept and facilities are very clean.

Not enough clean gravel or grass on campsites making for a dusty and dirty park. Everything else about the campground seems to be in order.

We stayed overnight. Would have loved to stay longer but on our way home. Loved the rustic feeling. It is clear the owners value their campground. It is clean and well taken care of. Clean bathrooms. Loved the fairy garden at entrance. We slept like babies. Ignore the comments about traffic noise and enjoy the night.

We enjoyed our stay, however, prior to our stay, I checked their website and it said "bring your own linens" and we showed up and all of those things were supplied as well as a fully stocked kitchen. It would have been nice to have left my items at home. The other thing I want to mention is that there were spiderwebs all over the ceiling rafters and the ceiling fan. I actually cleaned them up :(

Staff was very friendly. It met our needs when we were displaced from our house for a couple of days. Walk to bathroom was easy and bathrooms were clean. For price would have liked tv and mini fridge and our own fire ring. Would stay again

We had an awesome time. Love the campground. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Recommend improvements would be paving the roads and maybe adding more sites like F18 with concrete pads.

This is a smallish park that is well-maintained. The showers/restrooms were always clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. We got some good suggestions for quick tours. There is a good laundry room and a great selection of books in the rec room along with board games and puzzles. The sites are gravel and on a bit of a slope. The interstate is close by and you can get free earplugs.

Staff were friendly. The bathrooms were clean. The laundry room had three dryers, two were broken. One had been broken for months. The other dryer recently broke. There were four washers. Our site was far from the front office/pool/laundry. Had to drive there. Our site was uneven, mostly dirt and rock, no grass, although most of the sites near us had some grass.

Working and pleasure trip, campground was clean and comfortable. A little loud the first night with the freeway near by but turned the fan up and had better nights sleep the rest of the stay.

The staff were great, our site was a pull thru and we had plenty of room. Campground is conveniently located to Asheville and Blue Ridge Parkway, would definitely stay there again.

This is our 3rd time we have stayed here. Staff is very friendly. Camping supplies are well stocked. Bathrooms are clean and decent size. Very close to I-40 so if you’re a lite sleeper you will need some kind of noise machine. LOTS of roots in the campground and trials so if you have ankle or leg issues please be careful

Extremely nice people/staff. Discount to biltmore. Nice dog park and pool. Loud but it is what it is. Close to asheville, we would come stay again. Thanks and continuing to rebuild WNC!

Enjoyed our overnight stay. Beautiful area. Clean and nice sites. Very dog friendly. And super friendly staff. Little noise from the interstate but not unbearable would definitely go bavk

Great campground, with excellent customer service and maintenance staff! Very clean bathrooms and showers. Loved the gardens and the Veteran tribute tree & nifty art along the hiking/dog walking paths! Beautiful area and just off the highway. A little tricky turning right onto the road from the campground, but if you are careful, you'll be fine! Worth staying at. We will again. Edit: 2026 - We did visit again! And despite them having had to cope with the hurricane situation, this place still rocks! It feels like they took the opportunity to not just restore, but even improve. Sites are more level, and they have a great cabin area for a family reunion. And next time, we intend to make this a destination choice. Oh- and Kimberly and Heather are terrific!
