Clean bathrooms, friendly & helpful staff. Location is convenient to I40. Our deluxe back-in site was level and convenient to bathhouse. Light over picnic table did not work. The squirrels are thieves, watch out! Lol!

The site that we had was very nice. I really liked the picnic shelter. There was plenty of room. My only complaint is that the bath house is a little small and we had to wait several times for it to be vacant.

The campground had a lot of amenities…playground, dog park, water and electric hookups. However, our tent site was not good. We had a gravel driveway and very little grass on either side. The grass we did have was taken up by the 2 rvs on either side of us. We had a 2 man tent so we didn’t need much room… it we didn’t have any good spot for the tent. Kind of disappointing

Tight sites, Route 40 noise should be told about up front. Good for one night, not for a week. Small pool.

Very nice reception and very clean campground and facilities. Only stayed one night but never heard the highway. Only issue was only 2 of the 4 washers were working. Fortunately we were the only ones using them.

Excellent cabin and atmosphere! This was our second stay at this KOA. The people are so friendly and helpful. We had to arrive very late and everything was ready for us. It was so easy! Plus, the cabin was beautiful and clean. The dog park was a big perk for us because we travelled with a puppy. We will definitely stay here again and again.

The personnel were friendly. The check-in was easy, and they accommodated an unexpected 2-night stay. Laundry and shower were clean. Pool was nice. But there is insufficient space for campers/RV’s. The campsites are WAY too close to each other and not deep enough for larger RV’s. Pull vehicles are stacked in the drive path.

The staff was excellent and very helpful! It was a little close to the highway. Our only complaint would have been the bathhouse Was a little dated Other than that it was a great campground!!

Loved the resort!!! Just an overnight on our way to the Myrtle Beach KOA but we will be back! A quiet, rial/woodsy resort with great wifi (didn’t have to set up our Starlink! Incredibly friendly staff!

Arrived after the office closed and everything was in order for our late check in. Well run campground. We’ve stayed there a number of times and will definitely continue. Highly recommend!

We had a great time here, the lot was shady and quiet. Being close to the pool was good because grandkids came over to visit. Very nice to have a picnic table there for all of us to eat at. Only downside I saw was that we tried to do some laundry after the office was closed and there is no change dispenser in the laundry room. But that is minor. We will come again!

The owner was very pleasant and accommodating to get us a one night layover . I thought campground was also very nice and motorhome friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I was just passing through therefore didn’t use any of the amenities. Office staff was friendly and had me all set up considering I was arriving after hours. Campground seemed clean and quiet. Sites were close together.

Sites were level, bathrooms were very clean. Interstate noise was obnoxious. Prior to booking we requested to be next to family traveling in from fla and we’re told it could be accommodated, to add it in the memo when reserving spot. They did not uphold request and denied our request to move to a spot that sat empty one night and had 4 different campers each other night. Very disappointing.

Extremely nice campground. They addressed the road noise and the paper mill smell. Although we no problems with either. I would definitely stay here again.

We LOVED this KOA! Keisha, Jazz and Gary all went ABOVE & BEYOND making our stay great! We were parked near the interstate but the noise didn't seem to bother us. The clean, well maintained campground far exceeded our expectations! Great job guys! We will be back!!!

A very nice KOA! We loved the setting, with all the mature trees and shade, the nature trail, and nice, wide sites. Staff extremely nice! I read a lot of reviews about highway noise. Yes, it's by the highway. Yes, there is highway noise. We travel in our RV a lot, so maybe we just don't hear it anymore, but it didn't bother us. But then again, it never does! I'd say our only negative would be that our site wasn't particularly level. But that's not a game changer. We'd definitely return in the future!

Beautiful shaded spots ,the people make the place. Sites are very level. Beautiful, hiking trails nicely laid out campground. Would stay again while traveling through Asheville. May God keep fellow camper safe on the road God bless
