You'll feel right at home in the comfort of your RV with our full hook up, back-in or pull-thru sites that include water, sewer, Wi-Fi and cable. Our broadband Wi-Fi is capable of streaming! We also sell propane and have a General Store on site for your convenience. Our pool is open from May - October, we have laundry facilities available 24/7, and various weekend activities planned for a little more fun and relaxation during your stay!

2025 Monthly RV Rates range from $875 - $925 (plus metered electric).

Monthly RV sites are available year round. Due to the high demand during International Balloon Fiesta, there are limited monthly sites available from October 1 - October 15, 2025.
