I was unaware the bathroom code changes on monday so tuesday at 6am i could not get in. I did call and wake up the manager and thankfully she told me the new code but it seems like telling people when they check in they will need s new code.

I think we picked two of the hottest days this month to stay. The trees need to grow up and the grass watered. Only had 2 washers and dryers that were working during our stay. They are working at growing this place up, but stay off the grassy areas unless you watch your step. Dog park and grass areas were inundated with poop that irresponsible pet owners didn't clean up.

We were placed in space 92. It was not flat, had a huge stump/cement obstacle in the center as well as the WiFi tower. Very dusty. It needs new rocks or paved. Sites too close. Neighbor sewer very near our back door . Since sites are rocks, I think healthy grass is a must. WiFi works well and bathrooms are good. We will stay again. Consider the suggestions. Other side is nicer.

We loved everything about the KOA, but felt the showers need an upgrade. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thanks for having us!

Nice location off freeway, smaller size pull throughs with tight turns. Cute mini golf and playground for kids. Smaller pool.

It was the perfect place for a central base. We had several commitments in the area and it was great as a home hub away from home. Swimming in the evening was a perfect way to wind down after a busy day.

Enjoyed the grounds with all of the amenities. We parked at a 50 amp pull through with a 31’ motor home. Plenty of space and easy hook up. Sad the burn ban wouldn’t allow fires but fire pit looked great and would have been nice to sit around. Enjoyed a good game of horse shoes. Camp ground was quiet and well maintained. Sites are great. Pool Is awesome. Staff is downright rude. Freaking out over every little thing. A lady came in the store either dog and was told no dogs out now. A guy jumped in front of our truck and started screaming 5 miles an hr 5 miles We were going 7. Yes sorry we were a bit fast but do we need to freak out. Loved the campground but staff is Downright rude

The campground itself is nice and well kept. The staff we interacted with were all friendly and helpful. The campground location is quite loud due to its proximity to the highway and there were gunshots nearby during the night/early morning. We had to change spots after a tree dripped sap all over our tent/car. We were relocated to a new spot which was fine except the water did not work.

Check in was easy, the staff was nice and the site was great. The men’s room near the dumpster was disgusting. It looked and smelled like sewage had backed up into the urinals. And it looked like that condition had been ignored for some time. (It was like that on my previous stay a week before as well) Bleach and a brush would have been very helpful.

Great location. Easy to find and navigate parking. Everyone was friendly. The remodeling of the gift shop/check in was nice. The bathroom and showers were not our favorite at this location. I understand this may have been in-between cleaning but I gave it another chance and still didn't feel they were kept up that well. Could use some updating, or major cleaning specifically in the showers.

Good location for exploring the area. They need to replace all their washers and dryers. Most did not work. They also need additional trash bins. I arrived on a Monday and they were overflowing. I stayed a week and same thing on the following Monday. There was no where to put your trash so it just builds up.

The area is quiet and has east pull in spots. No dog park but lots of walking areas. Pool was nice. They have a great camp store full of neat things. Staff is friendly. No shade on the spots. They were remodeling the laundry room it was closed during our visit. No family lodge available. They have a small playground for very young children and a mini golf area for campers to use.

I was disappointed in the facilities. Our spot was undergoing maintenance so had a big hole in the ground and no running water. To get water we had to hunt down an empty spot. Other than that it seemed like a nice place and it late check-in went smoothly.

We recently stayed at this KOA with tight sites, which were clean and well-maintained. The campground served its purpose and offered great amenities. However, proactive communication needs improvement. They turned the water off for 30 minutes without notifying anyone, which was inconvenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but better communication would enhance the experience.

The KOA amenities include a pool, putt-putt, horseshoes, social events (at extra cost), and a well-maintained nature trail. However, I was dissatisfied with bathroom cleanliness, limited washers/dryers, and poor communication about bathroom code changes and water shut-offs. Inform guests about code changes,if staying over Monday, and consider a text messaging system for updates.

Services worked. Parking and access to campground was easy and I loved the little trail by the dog park and river area. Very relaxing.

Men’s restroom was way below par, urinal didn’t work, toilet was loose and wobbly. One shower didn’t work. One out of four washers didn’t work, Trash was always overflowing. I won’t stay there again or recommend it to anyone

Our friends weren't allowed to pitch a tent on their cabin site for their big kids, and had to go to a hotel. The pool hours were ridiculous- closing at 8pm when it was still over 100 degrees out and no AC in the cabins, or other means of cooling off. Most of the washers were out of order so there was only one available and many, many campers needing to do laundry. Mediocre service.

In some need for maintenance only 1 washing machine worked 3 were broke, the mens showers were awful again only half working, the urinal was broke so couldn't use it. The store was the best I've ever seen super cute with lots of goodies, most of staff was nice there were a few in the store that really didn't want to be bothered, there was a bee nest on the bridge on the walking trail

We had an extended stay planned (2 weeks) but for family reasons had to leave a couple days early. Refund was painless and quick. Site and services were great. We will likely stay again in the future.

Didn't have much interaction with the staff, but the showers and toilets were really bad. And while we were there we wanted to use the washers and dryers but only 1 of 3 washers was working, we had to go to a laundromat to do laundry. We frequent KOA's and we're with another couple that were 1st. timers to KOA that now wish to never stay at another KOA due to this experience. Regrettably...

It was very hot! Not your fault! Wish the pool was open longer! The lady at check in was just very matter of fact, not super friendly, maybe just a bad day in the heat. The park was nice and clean, well maintained.

First time at a koa and loved it, super friendly staff, nice cute park with lots of activities and things for the kids to do
