The Albany KOA is a nice place to stay. This is our second time staying here. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and can multi task with a smile. The pool is nice and there is some covered area to sit under. The place is very clean. The only downfall is the trees drop pitch on everything. We couldnt sit at the picnic table as it had pitch all over it.

I wanted to take my newly adopted dog camping for the first time and thought of your cabins. The cabin was fine and met our needs so the experience was positive. You have a wonderful staff there.

Site worked well. Nice nature trail for dog walks and poop bags provided. Fairly close to your neighbors but wasn’t a problem. Close to Corvallis and Albany and centrally located off the freeway. Some highway noise but quieter at night.

We paid extra for a premium site but received anything but a premium experience. Our patio was dirty and unprepared on arrival. Pool rules were ignored, with dozens of people using it without wristbands, including families staff knowingly let in. Campground rules were rarely enforced, even in the showers. Poor management, poor cleanliness, and not worth the premium price.

We were with grandkids and other family members, and really enjoyed our time at the KOA We enjoyed the swimming pool, along with the mini golf, nature trail, and the kids loved the playground too. We were there on July 4th, and the fireworks were really nice. Thanks for the raffle prizes!,, Suggestion: Put grab bars in the shower stalls and shelving to place shampoo, soap, etc.

Bathrooms were not cleaned daily like stated so they were gross. This KOA is next to the interstate so it is loud at all hours. Had we known this we would’ve chosen something else.

The pedestal had a short in it and burned up one of my inverters in my coach. The KOA worker said he got shocked from the 50 amp connection on the pedestal while testing it. With the loss of that inverter, I had no power to run my refrigerator, microwave, and air conditioner, just to a few items that longer work. I have to replace that inverter at it will cost upwards of $2500. Not too happy.

We stopped here on our way through, would really love to use more. I was a little concerned upon reading reviews but I think they are working on improving it. The main critiques are as follows: 1- long term campers were shady, 2- strong smell of pot at night, 3- pool could be cleaner/warmer (wasn’t freezing but wouldn’t say heated), 4- dry grass. I didn’t use any facilities so can’t commen

This was our final overnight on our trip home from a visit to AZ. The campground was clean and welcoming (the pool looked lovely and cool). The spaces seemed a bit close together after our stays at some larger KOAs, but it wasn't a problem. The dog park was the gem for me! There was plenty of room for my big dogs to run.

Not the nicest KOA we've stayed in but it was in the area we needed to be in. There are 4 wash machines, 4 dryers, only 2 of each work. With $2.50 per load for each machine, i would think getting them repaired would be profitable. Workers are very pleasant and helpful. Maybe a little watering of the grass would make it a more scenic setting.

Dirty dusty noisy. Didn’t realize the park was located next to the highway. Very tight pull throughs. On a positive note the park had good voltage.

Overall we had a good weeklong stay. Pros: Great customer service, beautiful campground, great woodsy trail along the river, fun amenities and a lovely store. Cons: our campsite had a lot of litter from the previous guests. One of the women’s bathrooms was out of toilet paper and hand soap both times I went. The laundry room was clean but 2 /4 washing machines were out of order. We will come bac

Front desk attitude needs work. Laundry 1 out 4 machines working, 1 dryer out of service. 1 toilet in men's clogged, ruts and holes in site 17 hidden by grass. Dangerous to customers while doing setup. Jim

Park was nice! It was raining when we arrived and we were just there for an overnight stay. Pull-thru spots are a little tight and close together but for overnight no bad.

Staff was friendly. Unfortunately the Felix cabin we were in had a broken thermostat, so the heat was running constantly. Also, the tap water was brown and the bathtub would not drain properly. Made for a pretty gross shower! Other than that, the cabins were well stocked and comfortable
