When traveling to Arizona for the winter months, we always stay at this KOA our first night. Good safe, quiet place to stay, except the train nearby which is something we know cannot be helped!

The cabin was very cold. Took until early morning hours to warm up even a bit. Heater was totally inadequate.

The staff are sweet and efficient. The cabins and ground are clean and well marked. This is the only campground around that I trained my grand kids to. Thank you Albany KOA

The main men's bathroom with the showers was out of service during the entire weekend.

always consistent and easy to stay. The light exterior light bulb was out on front porch. I was not there while the office was open, so unable to directly report it.

The bathrooms were nice and clean. However, the cabin had ants in it which got in my bags and were all over the bed. Not a fun thing to experience while there.

After a long rough travel day we arrived at 11pm and the site we were assigned was covered with three inches of water. Only able to hook up electric cord which doing so filled my shoes with water. Very disappointed.

Small cramped spaces. Soggy, muddy, and unpleasant stay. Did not appreciate being charged for two cats that never left our camper. Our daughter stopped by for literally a few minutes to bring Christmas gifts and we immediately received an email wanting a visitor fee. Not a call or text. She left immediately. Not a typical KOA experience for us at all. We won’t be back at this one.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the wifi network is very very weak, the pitches need to be re-graveled and the campersink needs to be thoroughly cleaned and reworked.

We were sent away from another RV resort on the beach because of a tsunami warning. We arrived in the dark tired and ready for rest. This park was lighted up for Christmas with a wonderful note left by the manager especially for us it read, "No tsunami here" and welcome. It was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

My stay was very nice. With the days shorter, it would be helpful to have yellow lights near and around the tent sites. Just a few to get a sense of orientation while walking to bathrooms. Once daylight leaves, it’s completely dark.

It was good except the water would never run clear. I understand you are on a well but the water was brown and didn't taste right. I even had a water filter on the water hose before it went into the trailer, it didn't help.

Easy in and easy out. RV sites are quite small and a 32 foot trailer & truck overhangs a bit. The site that we were in and near us could use some work to alleviate over land water from excessive rain that we have experience here every year for the past several.

Friendly staff. Clean grounds and facilities. Although we stayed in a season that was more of an "off season", there were still a lot of other campers. Some looked to be people that stayed long-term and still everything was pristine. I always saw KOA staff around cleaning the grounds or the bathrooms. I loved the KOA store. There was so much to look and small items to buy to remember the trip.

The Albany KOA has the feel of camping. Fire pits, picnic tables, field and trees with the Conveniences of home (water, electricity, showers, laundry room, etc). The staff was friendly and helpful. The environment within the park was quiet and peaceful.

We came to visit our daughter for fall family weekend at OSU. We had a great time and the KOA is always a favorite.

Our water came out of the koa tap green and brown! We went to the office and was told " it fine but I wouldn't drink it". We paid for a site with water and then had to go buy bottles of water to drink. After running the water for 2 days it still was slightly yellow. We were then told it's just well water and fine. The water smelled moldy.

The spot we were in was backed up to the highway and there was a ton of road noise all night and the train. Also it was quite frustrating that I received a call and an email stating I needed to park our second car in overflow when it was driven over that morning from the overflow to help us hook up and leave that morning. It was there 10 minutes with a parking permit.

Need to make tent lots even so the tent can be in a leveled area. Also need bathroom and lights out there. Otherwise enjoyed my stay

Very friendly staff. I was assigned a site and after a rain sqall hit the site was flooded and they quickly got me moved to a higher drier site. The gift shop was well stocked with a wide variety of products.

Host+staff were below-average unfriendly and not helpful at all. We+neighbors got harassed for made-up rules that were not communicated. Instead of maintaining camp ground staff was speeding all over the place in golf carts, hiding out and monitoring people. $5 charge for ANY visitors, even for 15min. during day, even handicapped must park 1/4 mile from rv. Water+park dirty/neglected. Never again!

This KOA is ok. Good central location to see nearby waterfalls and stuff. The water smelled like sulfur and was a little brown, so we definitely didn't top off our fresh water tank here. There seem to be a large number of long term campers in RV's that look like they might not even be able to move. To be fair though, a large number to me is more than one or two. There were 5 to 10 that looked rough. I still give it 4 stars, it seemed safe, staff was nice and the place was kept up.
