Some friends and I have been staying here for a yearly local event for years. Last year, we got reservations for this year so that we could have neighboring sites. Instead, we were at opposite ends of the camp. We will probably find another place to stay as a result of this. New owners since last September but lack of customer satisfaction of repeat customers will have an effect.

Checking in very efficient and staff friendly. Bathroom and shower clean. Cabin clean but very warm. Luckily in the shade and it was breezy at times. My only complaint was wifi doesn’t work. To say that many things interfere with the reception including neighbor’s wifi and any nearby metal just reflects on the wifi itself and suggests some active intervention. Thanks.

Love this KOA. We stay here while visiting grandkids in the valley area. Staff are friendly and the campground is well maintained, bathrooms are clean. Lots of activities to do as well.

We visit the Albany KOA annually at the least. We always feel safe, and have an amazing time. The kids absolutely LOVE the pool!

We were lucky enough to find a cabin open the very day it was needed, for an impromptu getaway. It made it fun and easy for this mom to pack and go! I was impressed with all the amenities, especially the pool!

Everything and everyone was awesome. However, had I known I would be woke up by the cabin shaking from a passing train I would have booked elsewhere.

Wonderful KOA I was so happy to be able to stay at this KOA. After being disappointed in my previous KOA stay on my road trip, I was so glad to be able to show my son the true feel of KOA. Where everyone who stays is happy and taken care of. The kids make friends with other kids. Thank you for making my childhood memories true again.

I was disappointed that there was no stair railing to cabin or curb cuts in step to bathroom. I have a disability & Ramped Kabin was not available. Please improve facilities for disabled people. It is required by FEDERAL LAW. Thank you, Jill Mortenson. [email protected]

The cabin site was great. The staff was amazing. Pool was broken, which they did call and tell us the day before. Great customer service, but the advertised internet is non-existent. It was a working vacation we had to cut short because I had to spend the evening til 1am in the laundry room while kids roasted marshmallows. Its fine not to have internet, but do not advertise that u do when u don't.

Everything was great but I wished someone would call us and let's us know ahead of time about the swimming pool was under maintenance in the middle of July. It made it a HUGE difference, we love going there mostly because all the amenities, but with out the swimming pool it change the mood not wanting to be there for 3 days. It was not the same experience like we had is the pass that's for sure.

We’ve stayed here several times spanning 8 years. It’s a nice campground. There’s a large open field to play in, a basketball court, mini golf and a pool. We had 2 negatives from this trip. We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t available this time, but we’ve used it every other time. Also, the area around our fire pit was soaked. Overall, it’s a nice campground with many options an

Very nice location. Ease of check in late at night. Clean restrooms, heater fridge and coffee maker, and t v! Bed very comfortable. My husband has sleep issues and he was well rested. Woke up to doves cooing and sunlight after the rainstorm. Will stay here again.

It was very enjoyable my kids had a lot of fun the staff was very nice and helpful the site was nice and clean will definitely do it again only complaint is it wasn't long enough of a weekend 2e didn't want to leave.

I really liked having the Kuerige coffee machine and the fridge. Nice touch. Cute little store.Clean bathrooms.The shower at the left side didnt have any pressure.The good location to both Corvallis and Albany was great.

The bathroom showers have not been cleaned in weeks. I stayed in a cabin where the door did not seal. It was 34 degrees out and I was very cold. The heater that was provided just did not heat the room enough.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We do have a cleaning company that comes onsite to clean our restrooms as well as have our workers check them through out the day. We are always more than will to give out extra heaters if the ones in your cabins aren't working. Let us know and we are more than willing to help! Happy Travels!

Camp hosts we're very nice and personable. Bathrooms and showers were clean. Was a great place to stay for a single mom and kid on a short stay-cation. Will definitely be going to this location again as well as other KOA locations.

It was an overnight stay in one of the cabins. We love coming to this KOA when we visit our grandchildren in Albany. We have used the cabins in the winter months and have also stayed using our trailer in the warmer months of the year. It is a nice KOA. We and our dogs enjoy the Nature Walk. Restrooms and showers are clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I came to visit my son Carlos Lopez in Corvallis he works for the city water works had just lost the president for city workers election. So I needed to spend time with him and my granddaughter somewhere were we could enjoy COVID super clean environment and boy did we find it the cabin was imaultimately CLEAN We loved it

This was our 2nd time at this KOA. We stayed in our trailer last Fall & this time rented one of the cabins. We are really pleased with this KOA. The restrooms & showers are clean, staff are friendly & helpful. We enjoy using the nature walk with our dogs. We have family in Albany. This KOA offers us a chance for a nice visit with them & our own space too. We will definitely stay here again!

it was unclear from the website that my cabin would not have a TV. The internet was unreliable at best meaning I couldn't watch TV on my computer or browse the internet to keep me busy. The bed were incredibly uncomfortable. So for 2 nights and 1 1/5 days, I had nothing to do and nowhere to sit or lie down and I could barely sleep at night.

The heater wasn't great and the over head light was very bright other than that it was very pleasant! Loved the cabin! oh it would have been nice if there was a microwave! Definitely will stay again when I come to visit my kids!

Cabin was great, heater was nice. disliked that the view outside of cabin looking into the park. empty trailer spots were used for overflow parking from long term campers. so i felt like I was staying in a parking lot. If I wanted to feel like that I would have parked at a Walmart and slept in my car. The park was beautiful and green. The fencing in dog park was inadequate for small dogs.

The location is great. The Cabins we stayed in had an infestation of sugar ants. There were holes in the screens. The mini-golf was fun, but needs maintenance. Overall we had fun, but did not enjoy ants crawling on us as we slept.

As always, the KOA stay was fine. Love the clean bathrooms for those of us who either do not enjoy the small RV bathrooms and those who stay in the cabins. This place is perfect for a weekend in Corvallis!

Very clean property. Really enjoyed staying in the little cabins. Only negative: My wife ended up taking a cold shower, because that particular shower had no hot water. I overheard another person complaining about this, so I'm sure it will be fixed soon.

So, this place hasn't been updated in a long time and honestly that's one of the things u love about it. Just a metal slide, and playground from my childhood. Horse shoes, basketball court, all like you stepped back into the late 80s, early 90s. The only thing I don't like is that the RVs are right in the middle so it kind of strikes you like a parking lot, but we had a great time.

This is our second time at this KOA and we really love everything about it! It's very clean, great little store, fun activities available (mini golf, basketball, frisbie golf, swimming pool, playground)!
