I needed a place to visit with my daughter. She is in college and wanted to see her dogs. The cabin was perfect for us. We were able to spend time together and took the dogs on many walks. There were supply stations with bags and trash receptacles for pet waste. The staff was kind and helpful and the bathrooms were clean. I look forward to staying there again. Thank you!

Ants in cabin, driveway very little gravel leaving puddles to step in to exit cabin. Porch and steps very slippery in cold rain. Place was neat and clean. People were very nice! Need more gravel on cabin driveways and grip tape or something on porch/steps

Campground is neat snd tidy. Staff is friendly, helpful snd welcoming. I believe it’s under new management and they are working on improvements. Bathrooms are clean but I believe a few of the toilets in both the ladies and mens are wobbly and in need of maintenance.

Staff is always friendly and accommodating. We stay at this KOA when we come to the valley area for family events, either in our RV or in the winter months in one of their cabins.

We love staying in the KOA cabins. Our cabin this time was full of sugar ants and smelled of wet dog upon arrival. We even took ants home there were so many.

It was a pleasant enough stay; one night in a cabin. It would be nice if there were at least 2 folding chairs to sit on.... The restrooms could be much better. The womans was kind of dirty and the mens restroom very cramped. The stalls are quite narrow (and my husband is not a big guy), there are only 2 stalls and one of them was broken. So, a little more attention to detail would be nice

First of all, the receptionist was busy with her computer, so busy I felt ignored upon arrival, not friendly, then the in cabin heater went out in the iddle of the night wouldn't function, and it was a cold night.. Very stresful stay.

The personnel in the front office were extremely courteous and helpful. Grounds were immaculate- the cabin was also very kept up - I would recommend this KOA to my friends and I will be back to stay again!

Really enjoyed our time! Feedback - 1- would love to hear "thanks for coming" or "enjoy your stay". I know it was a VERY busy weekend, but employees were mostly robotic in our dealings. 2- the outdoor movie/popcorn- use a strand of battery lights so we can see you/blanket area. 3- occasional squeegee of showers would be good 4-pickup patrolling without any customer engagement was odd

We had a great time. Lots of swimming, shaved ice, hula hoop contest winner, the bed in the cabin wasn't to comfortable but it beats sleeping on the ground any day. Overall a great time

It was good. Staff very friendly . Broken washers and dryers and in Womens room broken toilet only leaving two and there were a lot of campers that week. Facilities were very clean but could use an update. Cabin was excellent very clean. Appreciated the mini fridge and coffee maker.

Dirty bathroom, one toilet taken apart and left on floor. Cabin had no AC, was hot an muggy. Fan provided was noisy, had bad smell inside cabin. Cabin close to road. Host friendly.

this was our first trip to a KOA and we had an outstanding time. The adults like the relaxing atmosphere and the kids loved all of the opportunities for fun. The only issue was the overabundance of bees/wasps/yellowjackets all over our sites. There were numerous stings to kids, adults, and even our dog! It made for incredibly challenging meal times.

The yellow jackets were terrible. My wife got stung twice, and all she was doing was swatting away a bee.

We had stayed here a few yew years ago, this time it looks a lot better it feels like it is being taken care of. My kids love the pool and the playground and the mini-golf. I loved the trails and to pick berries, the bathrooms are clean. The cabin was clean and it had a refrigerator we loved it. I wish the campground had more shade.

We stayed in camping cabins. PROs: This KOA was well-cared-for, well-organized and mostly clean (except the picnic tables). We appreciated the nature trail. CONS: Road and train noise (trains at night too). A REALLY LOUD motorcycle sped on the road behind our cabin both nights sometime after 11 PM and woke us up. Some patrons (near our cabin) did not follow quiet hours.

We’re camping people but visiting family in the area, so this was fine for us. Showers were hot enough, but the clear shower liner needed a good bleaching (mildew and mold issues). The men’s bathroom was beyond disgusting when one of the two toilets overflowed onto the floor one night, but was not addressed until the next day. I stayed in one of the Kabins, and it was awesome. It was clean, the mini refrigerator was clean, the porch was clean, the flowers out front were beautiful. The shared bathroom and showers were cleaned at least once a day (maybe even twice) and the staff were really nice. I felt safe and comfortable there.

It was great, until the owner/manager accused us of leaving a cabin a mess. Luckily i took pictures, emailed them to her but she wasn't interested because of the time stamp, and I offered to show her my phone, again she didn't want see them and told me if I didn't stop talking she would never let us stay there again. The guy with the motorcycle was the only one who treated us great!!

better some books and things are in laundry room but not alot... they ve been remodeling and new cool table with seats, hanger rail for hanging your clean cloth from laundry, and counter and It look like new paint in laundry room....

My daughter was going to Oregon State and we used this KOA multiple times to visit her. Staff is very responsive and professional. The place is kept up fairly nice and will be going back there for sure! We have a 24' Sprinter ERA and found parking to be a breeze here.

Stayed at cute cabin... Keep KOA as originally as it has been but there are some cgange like no books, puzzles, magzines or games in laundry room.

The staff were very friendly and the kampgrounds were clean and well kept. We had a beautiful stay. The mini golf course could use some updating but otherwise, everything was perfect.

Well... no books, magazibes, game, puzzles or DVD movies in laundry room or in the office at Albany/Corvallis KOA anymore cause of new owner.... but I like there...

Sorry for the inconvenience! We just got our new book shelve set up inside the laundry room a day ago. We will be moving our books and puzzles back into the Laundry room. It's unfortunate that you weren't able to enjoy yourself while doing laundry. Our apologies! We hope to see you again.

We stayed in our van as we travelled from Sandpoint ID to Eugene OR. We stopped at the campsite for the night and enjoyed a lovely shower in the AM. Nice folks that run the place.
