I stayed in a camping cabin. All in all it was a good stay except the full bed mattress needs to be replaced. The staff were very helpful and accommodating...Melissa is absolutely amazing and has excellent customer service skills. I will definitely be back

laundry is very important when 3 out of 4 washing machines are broken we had to go to a laundry mat very inconvenient !!!

What you joy are, stay our grandchildren loved all the activities and the moving night. Everybody was very friendly. Will be coming up for another visit soon.

Just an overnight for us. We were nicely greeted and had everything that we needed. The nature trail was a nice bonus.

Campground might be good for families who enjoy a pool and putt-putt golfing, however the camp sites are composed of dried up grass with no trees. Not a place to set out chairs and enjoy the outdoors. Our site was barely long enough to fit our rig and truck. Overall, not an enjoyable experience. Would like to mention that the campground maintenance supervisor was awesome.

Our first night on the road. The campground was off the main road so quit. Not sure if because it being late summer but the ground as dry and brown except close the facility buildings, which made it seem dry and dusty.

Very nice campground stay there about 11 days. Staff is very friendly have many amenities. The only negative is they sure can use some water on their grass. It was dead.

Nice campground with a good dog park. There was a lot of noise and partying late into the night with no enforcement of the quiet hours.

Just on the outskirts of town, mean front desk check out lady, that rudely said we have “to be off premise by 11:30” when we’re were already turning our key in before 11 AM. Had 2/3 shower stalls locked for no reason except to keep everyone using the same stall so they don’t have to clean more than one, those weird poop flies smashed in the shower stalls, yuk. Bedding was dirty, pool looked super dirty, and none of the TVs in the cabin worked and no one working there could figure out how to get them to work. Also, workers to no respond to the texts like at typical KOA’s

The check-in was anything but welcoming. Kind of rude actually. The whole place was dry and dusty and not very many trees…this in Oregon. My site was waaaaaay in the back next to a very noisy highway and I had NO INTERNET, none. Couldn’t wait to get to my next stop.

Very active place! There were lots of families and kids while we were there and it was great to see that! It seems like there is a focus on giving young people the opportunity to experience different things.

I’m not sure that I have stayed at a KOA where the employees were so rude and unfriendly with the exception of the front desk when we checked in. Dogs were everywhere off leash while trying to walk our dogs, kids flying through the campground on electric motorcycles and scooters, on the trail meant for walking no less. Laundry room was smelly and of 4 washers 2 worked. It was mostly clean though

It was a great stay! We loved all the amenities such as the pool and mini golf and basketball and walking paths. We did, however, notice that one of the employees was rude to guests in her tone and demeanor a few times. We also missed the ice cream social even though we got there before it was meant to be done because they packed it up early, so that was disappointing. Otherwise, it was great!

Only by jockeying were we able to get satellite (most of the time) and park our truck on the site and we had specifically asked for a satellite friendly site. We would not recommend this KOA for an overnight stay if you did not want to unhook your toad. None of the sites we saw would allow this. All services were well placed and worked well. Office personnel were very friendly.

Deluxe cabin was not cleaned well before our use. Take out food remained in fridge, ice cream and Popsicles were in the freezer, partial loaf of bread was in a cupboard and candy wrappers under the queen bed. I appreciated how well stocked the cabin was. Would be nice to have a larger fry pan.

My 3rd time staying there. Friendly staff. Fun activities. I was in cabin 53 this time. Enjoyed the ramp with knee issues. Really appreciated the fan provided inside! I had a window issue and maintenance quickly fixed it. My suggestion for the steps on this cabin and the steps on the other cabins is to add at least one handrail on the steps for safety.

Booked a last minute trip here, so didn’t have too many open sites. We were right next to the pool area, so lots of foot traffic and pool noise, which is to be expected. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The putt putt golf needs a little facelift. We would stay again a bit farther from the action!

We stayed here while visiting relatives in Springfield, OR. This is a nice campground with very friendly staff members. We especially enjoyed our morning workouts in the pool. The pool doesn’t open until 10 which is late for us but a couple days it was not cleaned until almost 10:30 a.m. which makes a long morning sitting and waiting. But, will stay again when in the area.

Stopped overnight and it was very nice. Played a round of golf and grabbed a few things in the cute store. Took a little stroll on the walking path and called it a night.
