Person checking us in was not friendly and seemed to rush me through. Campsite we were given had tree trunks all thru the tent area and was not ideal for tent camping. Men’s bathroom had urinal out/broken 1 shower out/broken and the laundry facility was also not available.

I enjoyed this location. Staff was very helpful. Po was nice and kept clean. The shower stalls were large and clean. I used the laundry facility which was very nice. I would recommend fixing three broken washing machines as there was only one remaining that was functional. Thank you.

We recently stayed at this KOA with tight sites, which were clean and well-maintained. The campground served its purpose and offered great amenities. However, proactive communication needs improvement. They turned the water off for 30 minutes without notifying anyone, which was inconvenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but better communication would enhance the experience.

The KOA amenities include a pool, putt-putt, horseshoes, social events (at extra cost), and a well-maintained nature trail. However, I was dissatisfied with bathroom cleanliness, limited washers/dryers, and poor communication about bathroom code changes and water shut-offs. Inform guests about code changes,if staying over Monday, and consider a text messaging system for updates.

The bottom of the pool needs to be repainted. Looks dirty, but it’s just discolored.

Services worked. Parking and access to campground was easy and I loved the little trail by the dog park and river area. Very relaxing.

We had a good stay. KOA'S ARE AWESOME! Some people around the area was a little weird. Had to make sure we put our things away at all times or kept an eye on it. If I needed somewhere to stop again going through Oregon, it would probably be here.

Men’s restroom was way below par, urinal didn’t work, toilet was loose and wobbly. One shower didn’t work. One out of four washers didn’t work, Trash was always overflowing. I won’t stay there again or recommend it to anyone

Our friends weren't allowed to pitch a tent on their cabin site for their big kids, and had to go to a hotel. The pool hours were ridiculous- closing at 8pm when it was still over 100 degrees out and no AC in the cabins, or other means of cooling off. Most of the washers were out of order so there was only one available and many, many campers needing to do laundry. Mediocre service.

Staff not friendly. Showers old and dirty. Toilets dirty. Everything in camp looks overused and almost broken. atmosphere of decadence and ruin

In some need for maintenance only 1 washing machine worked 3 were broke, the mens showers were awful again only half working, the urinal was broke so couldn't use it. The store was the best I've ever seen super cute with lots of goodies, most of staff was nice there were a few in the store that really didn't want to be bothered, there was a bee nest on the bridge on the walking trail

We had an extended stay planned (2 weeks) but for family reasons had to leave a couple days early. Refund was painless and quick. Site and services were great. We will likely stay again in the future.

The cabin I stayed in (58) was clean, smelled good , had a Keurig with 4 pods and 2 bottles of water. It was quiet and dark for a much needed restful sleep. The dog park and nature trail were appreciated! Office staff are kind and informative, keep ip the good work!�

Didn't have much interaction with the staff, but the showers and toilets were really bad. And while we were there we wanted to use the washers and dryers but only 1 of 3 washers was working, we had to go to a laundromat to do laundry. We frequent KOA's and we're with another couple that were 1st. timers to KOA that now wish to never stay at another KOA due to this experience. Regrettably...

It was very hot! Not your fault! Wish the pool was open longer! The lady at check in was just very matter of fact, not super friendly, maybe just a bad day in the heat. The park was nice and clean, well maintained.

Do not like the gravel roads as they are very dusty, some water control would be in order. Also very bad noise all the time from the highway Also my sight had sinking rocks like there was a ditch there and they just tossed aome stones in it.

Our spot was ontop of sewage storage and smelled awful. We brought it to staff attention and they stated the tanks are full -asked to move. Said they were full. We were harassed about a guest we had-he wasnt parked on grass or blocking any lane of traffic the spot across, ALWAYS had at least 2 cars. At one point, they had 5 and were blocking all the road. Quiet time policy not enforced

Very helpful staff!! Really enjoy coming to Albany OR. Lots of things to see and eat in Albany and Corvallis.

It's an easy campground to get to. It would be nice to have green grass instead of dead. The restrooms smelled like sewer. I stayes here 30 years ago this month & it was better back then, than know.. Don't think I'll stay again.

This stay was a Family Reunion and were able to get spaces close to each other, the cabins have no A/C and it was pushing 100* for a few of the day's and the little ones needing naps could not be cool. The fan supplied was very small, The cabins them selves were nice and suited the family of 4 well. Our first spot had a leak and they moved us as soon as we found out . Good Stay over all.

Family Reunion and all the kid's loved the Nature walk, Putt Putt course, Movie night, Pool and playground. They seemed to be working on keeping the grass in the spaces somewhat green, but if your not sure footed watch for the clumpy grass. It was clean and stewards were continually patrolling the park to keep it up.

My family and I have been full time for three years now and this by far the worst one we have ever been to. Here are examples, the pool bottom was falling apart, the pedestals were outdated and their supports were rotted falling over, the fire pits a mess, the grounds were not maintained, broken rigs with a junk yard, tiny roads with no parking but they were happy to charge an extra 5 to park.

Not the most friendly person greeting us. Our next door neighbors was selling things at his slot. We watch two different sales happen. It was just strange having people coming and going that were not staying there.

This was literally the worst KOA stay I have ever had. The kamping kabin was at least 10 degrees hotter than the outdoor temperature and despite having a fan and leaving the windows (and doors when we were awake) the room never cooled. We spent the night sweating and getting very little sleep. It should not have been allowed to have people stay in those temps.

Cabin was exceptionally clean & well stocked. The kids had so much fun. The gas bbq & fire pit on the concrete patio, came in handy. We had a great time! A/C was definitely a bonus!

It was a good halfway stopping point to our destination. The only thing that upset us was that there was dog poop left for us to clean up, which we did.

This is a very well maintained KOA close to Corvallis which has many fine restaurants. We have stayed here three times in the past three years. Highly recommended
