This KOA could be so nice if it was kept up; it just needs some updating. The WIFI is basically non-existent. We've stayed at fairly small RV parks that have way better WIFI with repeaters. While it's nice they have putt-putt golf and horseshoes, neither haven't been updated in years. This could be a very nice RV park with updating their WIFI and a little more TLC.

First time at a KOA. I guess my biggest disappointment was the res system. I thought it was ridiculous to have to pay extra to reserve a spot. Every other system that I've worked with is first come in the system to get your location.

Sadly I had allergies, the air quality not good due to surrounding fires. Not KOA itself. It is slightly noisy only because it is close to Hwy. and there is a local late night train. But the fan provided helped and I also was able to play some light music on my phone. The staff were so kind and allowed me an early checkout with no issue.

I couldn’t seem to access the Internet, brought it to the office’s attention and they told me the Iternet system was old, access depending on how many got off and on. Also, they changed the bathroom code and somehow I wasn’t informed, but I was lucky another guest came by that knew the code or I wouldn’t of had access.

Basically, I was gone all day so didn't have a chance to really see the place. It was great for me to have a spot to "hang my hat" that was not far from the Linn County Fairgrounds. I felt safe. There was room enough to park my car. I enjoyed my stay.

I have stayed at this KOA many times. The main bathroom mens toilets aren't bolted down, toilet paper has been sparse. The smaller bathroom, men's toilet lid is sized for a child, coat hook on door is knife-edged and ripped my new sweater. Seizure inducing strobing lights. Swastikas and crap scratched into bathroom walls. Friendly staff, good selection of gifts/food. Clean sites, great location!

Bathroom was clean and showers were great. Easy check in and out. Our cabin was great. Clean but a bit buggy...but camping...and the coffee pot was broken. Nice having that option and the fridge in the cabin though.

Would have given 5 stars but we found our cabin smelled of tobacco smoke. Found the staff very friendly and the actual comfort and cabin amenities were great.

We stayed in a cabin on our way up to Portland from Crater Lake, and the staff member (I can't remember her name) was super nice and helpful.

At the moment cabin was good value and location for weekend stay. The small fridge, coffee maker* and fan/heater are good features. Any higher rate (which can be) for these cabins is crazy. Top of cabin door not flush and inch opening. Back window screen broken. Flushed Keurig machine* 4 times and hundreds of bugs came out in water (I have pics). Asked for new machine but didn’t have any.

Short lived, couldn't stay long enough to enjoy. Looks like you could use maintenance help and office help.

Night check in they didn’t give me a bathroom code. I had to ask another camper what it was. Bathroom was not clean.

Nice park in a good location for returning to OSU (we are 77 alums) and seeing friends. Only issue was the laundry room needed trash emptied and a sweep (dead stink bugs).

Seems like there are more full time stays than ever. They need to keep full time people separate. The internet is not good at all. My spot the cable tv didn't work i asked if there was a problem with the cable in my site didn't seem to care. We do like Koa but for the price it should be better.

Very clean sites. Restrooms and showers are well maintained. Laundry room is a great price! K9 park is stocked with poop bags, a shovel and benches for the hoomans. Nature trail is a fun walk to enjoy the outdoors. Fire pits in every RV site, firewood available at the Kamp store. All employees and staff are super nice!

Easy to find and in quiet location people were very friendly and helpful. Restrooms / showers did need some upkeep. Otherwise good. Safe, quite. Would stay there again.

It was our first experience camping with a motorhome and it was amazing, very clean and helpful employees at the camping site. Thank you and I will come back again.

Not happy with the new policy to reserve a specific space even though we have a KOA member card without paying a $20 fee. We have in the past reserved spaces multiple times but will never do so again. Also, cell phone service was horrible this time. Again, never had a problem with it before but this time could not place, receive a call or text for more than 30-120 seconds.

The new manager was so friendly and welcoming. This KIA needs a bit of freshening up and she seems like the person for the job. It's a good location for us to visit family. The sites next to the highway are very noisy but the other end is much better. The bathrooms even though are always clean, feel a bit tired. The pool area is kind of bland and unwelcoming. The newly office/store looks great

Mostly fine, but the "free wifi" is a joke. You should not include this in your advertising unless there is a functioning system that connects to the internet.

Assuming rooms ate sites. Sites cared for and well maintained. Staff helpful and cheerful. Well placed between cities for lots of options.
