I stayed in Site 58, as per reservation. Site was level, bathrooms clean, dog parks excellent. BUT, the back third of the site was a bog, very wet and muddy, so I couldn’t walk around the back of the rig. The 30A socket was recessed in a housing, so I couldn’t use my surge protector. I looked at other sites, and same problem. Won’t be back.

Staff NOT very friendly! Water quality is almost dangerous! At times it is very BROWN. It is overly chlorinated…. The camp site is very muddy and some of the sites are flooded. My site had lots of gravel, But it still flooded. The dog park was a muddy mess too.

Stayed in one of the deluxe cabins for the first time. Had a problem with the first cabin and was switched to the other deluxe effortlessly. I stay here about 4 times a year and have enjoyed my experiences with this friendly KOA

Wonderful and helpful staff. We booked a "Pull Through" site so we wouldn't have to un hook our tow vehicle. But the site was way to small for our 45 foot Coach and tow vehicle. For our one night stay, we had to unhook, and we had to back out the next morning. But again, helpful staff who trimmed tree so we could use our slides. NOT Big Rig friendly.

Had a problem with electric plug in and the staff got things worked on and moved me to an upgraded spot for my convenience. This was my second stay there and the staff was very friendly and professional.

Great RV Park. Friendly staff, great K9 park, wonderful gift shop. Will return when our travels bring us this way.

We come here every year for a function we attend. This is a very nice, quiet campground with an excellent staff, and clean, well maintained facilities. We had a problem with our electrical and they recommended a wonderful mobile technician who fixed our problem very quickly. We recommend this campground for anyone staying in the area. While you are there lookup the carousel horse museum.

The staff was helpful . We were waiting for FedEx plg and couldn't leave until we got it Gave us option a including staying another niite or leaving our boat while we took a trip to the coast

The staff were extremely helpful. The grounds are well maintained for the most part. Some of the sites (including mine) flood rather dramatically with the Oregon rain, but I suspect this would be anyplace other than one of those reprehensible concrete slabs. There is a shower on premises which would be nice to use, but they restrict it. It is very good and the staff is 11 on a scale of 1 to 10.

I enjoyed my cabin, #57. The coffeemaker was helpful during my rainy stay.Good landscaping, and facilities were clean and in good repair. Good location. Recommend replace the mattress, cover is very cracked.

Recommend for Mexican food spot on. Good site. Only issue was higher price than shown on web site.

When traveling to Arizona for the winter months, we always stay at this KOA our first night. Good safe, quiet place to stay, except the train nearby which is something we know cannot be helped!

The cabin was very cold. Took until early morning hours to warm up even a bit. Heater was totally inadequate.

The staff are sweet and efficient. The cabins and ground are clean and well marked. This is the only campground around that I trained my grand kids to. Thank you Albany KOA

always consistent and easy to stay. The light exterior light bulb was out on front porch. I was not there while the office was open, so unable to directly report it.

The bathrooms were nice and clean. However, the cabin had ants in it which got in my bags and were all over the bed. Not a fun thing to experience while there.

After a long rough travel day we arrived at 11pm and the site we were assigned was covered with three inches of water. Only able to hook up electric cord which doing so filled my shoes with water. Very disappointed.

Small cramped spaces. Soggy, muddy, and unpleasant stay. Did not appreciate being charged for two cats that never left our camper. Our daughter stopped by for literally a few minutes to bring Christmas gifts and we immediately received an email wanting a visitor fee. Not a call or text. She left immediately. Not a typical KOA experience for us at all. We won’t be back at this one.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the wifi network is very very weak, the pitches need to be re-graveled and the campersink needs to be thoroughly cleaned and reworked.

We were sent away from another RV resort on the beach because of a tsunami warning. We arrived in the dark tired and ready for rest. This park was lighted up for Christmas with a wonderful note left by the manager especially for us it read, "No tsunami here" and welcome. It was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

My stay was very nice. With the days shorter, it would be helpful to have yellow lights near and around the tent sites. Just a few to get a sense of orientation while walking to bathrooms. Once daylight leaves, it’s completely dark.

It was good except the water would never run clear. I understand you are on a well but the water was brown and didn't taste right. I even had a water filter on the water hose before it went into the trailer, it didn't help.

Easy in and easy out. RV sites are quite small and a 32 foot trailer & truck overhangs a bit. The site that we were in and near us could use some work to alleviate over land water from excessive rain that we have experience here every year for the past several.
