Directions
From Hwy 11 north, exit at Doe Lake Rd/Bethune Dr east (Exit 175). Go east 100 meters on Doe Lake Rd to Gravenhurst Parkway. Turn left onto parkway and go north to Reay Rd. From Hwy 11 south, exit at Hwy 118 east (Exit 182). Take 118 east .5 km to Gravenhurst Parkway. Turn right onto parkway and go south to Reay Rd.

You'll discover a true getaway at this large KOA: 885 acres flush with hardwoods, pines and granite outcroppings. Fish for trout in the stocked pond. Rent canoes and rowboats for the campground's small lake or take them to area lakes for the day. KOA staff occupies kids with crafts, hikes and other fun twice a week. Adults can lounge by the pool or play the on-site par-3 golf course. Take a steamship tour on the Muskoka Lakes. Visit Santa's summer home in Bracebridge. Top off a weekend with a Sunday night concert by the water at Gull Lake Park.

Campground Activities
Fishing
We have a stocked Rainbow Trout pond, on site for your fishing enjoyment. Every year we restock our pond with a minimum of 500 trout, so you'll always have plenty of fishing action at your fingertips. To fish in the stocked pond, it is $7.00 for a KOA fishing license, and $7.00 for each fish caught. If the stocked trout pond isn't your thing, then you can explore other freshwater fishing opportunities within a 5 minute drive. Boat and motor rentals are available nearby as well as charter fishing boats. Bass, Walleye, Perch, Pike and Lake Trout are all available in Muskoka's many picturesque lakes.
Boating
We rent Canoes ($5.00/hr) as well as Rowboats ($5.00/hr), which can be used on our small lake or can be taken out for a day trip adventure. If Motorboats and Jet skis are more your style, there are many marinas nearby to accommodate your boating pleasure.
Golfing
If you enjoy golfing we have a Par 3, 9-Hole golf course available right on site. With water and sand traps our golf course will sure be a hit with the whole family. The holes vary in yardage from 67 to 142 yards. Golfing is $5.00 for adults and $4.00 for seniors and children.
If bigger more challenging courses are your wish, well you are in luck; we are just 10 minutes away from Mike Weir's Home Golf Course "taboo". There are also 14 other local public golf courses within a 30 minute drive.
Movies
If you want to just relax and enjoy a movie at our campground we play free movies on Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30 pm in July and August. We also provide a Movie Rental Service at our store.
Located just 2 minutes from our Kampground you can enjoy one of few remaining DRIVE -IN THEATRES.

Kids Days
We offer free activities for children aged 5-10 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2pm-5pm. This activity is available in July and August only.
Cross Country Skiing
Although we are not open for camping during November 1st to April 30th, we do keep busy:
We offer 15kms of groomed and track-set X-country ski trails throughout our 785 acres of wilderness. Also available to rent and buy is ski equipment and ski accessories. From December to March we offer several family events for those who enjoy Muskoka's Winter Magic.

Music on the Barge
The traditional Sunday night music event, by donation, has been an institution in Gull Lake Park since before 1949. The present Barge was officially opened in 1959 and has hosted many well-known musical acts throughout the years.

Muskoka Steamship Museum
All aboard for 140 years of steamship history on the Muskoka Lakes. There are many unique marine and heritage artifacts from RMS Segwun and her sister ships on display. It is open from May to October. It's a perfect way to begin your Segwun or Wenonah II cruise. The museum is located at Segwun's wharf.
Back Country Paintball

Gravenhurst KOA has been in the camping business since 1971. Our mature treed natural setting nestled in the heart of Muskoka is a rustic camping experience to be enjoyed by all.
We are a family oriented campground that caters to those who enjoy nature's beauty while providing the modern amenities of a resort.
Wildlife
Muskoka is lucky to still have an abundance of local wildlife not found in city settings. Our fury friends can be seen during the camping season. Raccoons, squirrels, foxes, deer and moose are spotted regularly throughout our natural surroundings.

Because we are in the heart of the Muskokas, we are within close proximity of many sumptuous restaurants, artisans, boutiques, events and attractions. While visiting us you can explore the best of what Muskoka has to offer without the hassle of traffic or hours on the road.

We have a total of 9 one-room Kabins. These are very popular during the camping season so book early and often.
