Holiday Celebrations

The Renfrew KOA celebrates summer holiday weekends in a big way. With Victoria Day and the Canada Day Weekend behind us we are gearing up for the Civic Holiday Weekend.

Our Corn Supper is the most popular with the best fresh corn from MacGregors Farms. We think it's the best in the Ottawa Valley and some even say the best in Ontario.

We're excited about the visit from Reptile Darrin from the Reptile Rainforest with some of his slithery friends. Candy bar bingos, ice cream socials, and pancake breakfasts will keep your tummy happy and our karaoke night will get your toes tapping and hopefully your voices loud and strong.

If the Civic Holiday is not in your plans, then join us on Labor Day weekend for the best Halloween experience ever. Enjoy the spaghetti supper, pancake breakfast, live music, and the scariest walk through our haunted forest, trick-or-treating and ghouls galore. Bring your costumes, your candy and your nerves.

Logos Land -- Water Slides Giant waterslides, paddle boats, kiddie waterslides, mini golf and horseback riding.

Bonnechere Caves Bonnechere Caves gives guided daily tours at frequent intervals. Enjoy viewing twisting passages, stalactites, and fossils or coral and sea creatures that were first discovered in 1853 and opened in 1955. Pack a picnic and enjoy at one of several picnic tables provided.

McDougall Mill Museum The McDougall Mill Museum is located in Renfrew. It is open daily in July and August. Tours are welcomed any time from June through September. Enjoy displays of early pioneer tools, machinery and household articles. Also included is a military section, Victorian costumes, doll exhibit, collections and toys.
