Everyone was absolutely amazing!!! The staff here is top notch!!! This was OUr fIst experience using a Koa but because it was such a great experience it wont be the last. The facility is super clean and has everything you need. Great location as well

Was a very convenient stay! We stayed in a tent and the location they put us was perfect and cozy. The workers helped us to our site! And there was a outdoor kitchen to cook and clean our dishes. And big plus was that the showers were warm!

It was great for kids. I really loved the convenience of the breakfast and dinner. I would pick a KOA anytime because of the food. The only downside was the tent spots are way to close to each other and the cabins. I could hear the tent next to us snoring all night. And then I felt like we were right infront of the cabins front door. So we could hear the people leaving in the early morning.

Stayed one night with our dog! Clean and tidy. Large cooking area for use behind showers. Nice dog play yard. No water at tent sites which was inconvenient but cooking area had large sinks to use. Very close to park!

The tent site was not level, and there was no place to park a vehicle. The biggest reason I will not return is One night here was more expensive the two nights in Yellowstone itself.

Easy to make reservation at last minute. Showers were private and water hot. Pan cake breakfast good. Dog friendly. Close to Yellowstone Park.

My family and I loved our stay KOA. The staff was friendly and very informative. I made our reservation over the phone easily. Checking in was quick. The staff provided a map of town and recommended some restaurants and grocery stores. The camp grounds were clean and very well kept. The bathrooms and showers were great. My family and I will definitely stay at KOA again. I highly recommend it.

Our tent site was in a terrible spot on gravel and not close to the bathrooms so that is the reason I rated it so low.

It was great. WiFi was good, amenities were well maintained. Just the sink for where all the tent campers wash dishes, the north sink sprays everywhere and the hose doesn't work.

Had a good stay. I like the bikes but thought the price was high. The pool was nice but, it would be nice to have some adult only time later. We did notice that the dumpster was not bear proof.

Most night I'm camping, it is at a national forest or state campground, and the campsites are more spread out. The nice thing about this is that a tent camper, like me, can by rising at first light, can survey the surrounding area, and upon seeing nobody, dress at the picnic-table. With so many campsites so close together, doing this at a KOA is just too risky, and dressing inside the tent i.

We have been to many KOAs and this one was the most accommodating! Has the best general store, pool house is awesome, and the location to Yellowstone is so close! Highly recommend!!!

Our tent site had poor drainage and after a minor rain shower we had 6-8 inches of standing water across 75% of our site. Neighboring site was worse and that group ended up leaving and going to a hotel, which we ended up doing as well. Maintenance personnel were trying to pump out the area and this seemed to be a common practice here. I feel like we should’ve been warned that this might happe

All but 1 thing regarding this KOA is PERFECT for our family. Simple food offerings, great campsites, location is easy access to town but away from it all! BUT, Yellowstone is tough for dog owners. It’d be great to creat some space for large Off-Leash dogs to play. The two dog areas are tiny. Dogs need to run free, chase balls, and play hard after being leashed all day in the park. Please??

We were tent camping. We were assigned a campsite that was next to the entrance and bike rental. I had read that there was an isolated tent area, but we were in the middle of cabins and noisy kids. We.later discovered that there were unused tent camping areas away from the busy area. We were unable to understand why we had been given a site in the middle of congestion. Staff are very helpful and friendly for such a large, busy campground! We already booked next year! Lots of options, including meals, coffee stand, and ice cream on site.

One reason why we chose KOA is because of the wifi. It was a let down when we cant get access to it, when I told the staff that we cant get access to wifi she replied “Thats camping for you”.

A bear came in the campground and all the tent sites were shut down. We got kicked out and had no place to go. They could've helped us find a hotel or offered us a cabin or something. Our vacation was ruined. We live 5 hours away, our only option was to go home.

I think our experience might be a little unique, but our tenting site (#TB) was not as advertised. The site advertises grassy sites - our was just dusty dirt. It's location was also right beside the entry road next to the sanitary dump. If we had been in a camper this wouldn't have been a big deal, but this being a tenting site made for a loud (road/car noise), bright, and dirty/dusty trip.
