We stayed in the tent village. It was very nice having electricity, a sheltered food prep area and water close. The area fit our 10x14 tent, but it was a little tight. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The only negative, and KOA was not at fault, was one of the nights we were there, other people in the tent village were smoking marijuana. I don't like that around my children.

We were booked here for 3 nights. I chose the tent village option to get a bit more comfort and privacy(fencing and kitchen area). The area is in VERY close proximity of the highway which kept us awake with truck traffic. The area was very clean. The park had great amenities. I would definitely recommend staying here just be careful of your choice of sites

Please give a special kudos to the woman at the front desk she was incredible and knowledgeable. The grill was closed unfortunately and we got a camp site that was somewhat on a sloped hill that made sleeping difficult.

We had such a great stay that we kept extending our stay. This KOA is very clean, quiet, beautiful, affordable, and well stocked with anything a guest might need. The staff are exceptional, professional, and very helpful. A special thanks to Joshua for being so friendly and getting us to our site. We had a great experience at this KOA. We will be back and Will recommend to everyone.

The staff was all around excellent. The campground could use a bit of a refresh. Unfortunately the couple next to me kept me up both nights drinking and loud drunk talking until 2am. Confronting the emotional intoxicated lady would not have worked. Maybe staff can walk through after quiet hours and check for issues. Other than that. It was excellent.

I come to the wilderness to get away from all the pesticides and herbicides used in Phoenix. They had sprayed Round up all over the campground. They were very nice and moved us as far away from the camping pads as possible, but it didn't help because you could smell it all over. Because of the busyness of the season, we couldn't rebook elsewhere and had to suffer through it. My body paid the price

Campsites were close together, but it was no issue for us. We only stayed one night. Staff was very well informed and helpful. Ours was a last minute reservation and they were able to accommodate us.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The showers and bathrooms needed some upgrades. At least 20-30 campsites are basically miserable unless you like to listen to traffic 24-7 and don't like shade. There was music every morning at 07:00 sharp, by the outdoor kitchen staff. Not my kind of camping, but KOA tries very hard.

I’m so glad I chose this KOA! The amenities were great, and the bathrooms and showers were quite clean. The pool was the best part, and it was also very clean! The close proximity to West Yellowstone made it very convenient. The only con were all the loud crows.

My first ever stay at a KOA and we enjoyed our time there and the staff is beyond friendly and receptive to asks. I’ll definitely stay at more in the future.

Everything was clean and well kept and it was nice to be close to the playground and store. I did not like that there was no curfew and people could and did come all hours of the night. It made sleeping pretty much impossible with the noise and lights.

KOA site is great. BUT no monitoring. Stayed 4 nights. Couldnt sleep. 1am cars and Harleys arriving, headights, noisy people. 11pm common kitchen loud people pots and pans and yapping loudly. Midnight arrival w Screaming baby. Airbed pump for 20 min. Dogs across from K9 barking at each other. No one stops them. 40 min. And $5 for bottle of water=ripoff. This just a few. I will never return.

Great camp ground. Super close to West Yellowstone and entrance to Yellowstone Park. We were greeted by Josh when we arrived and he definitely started off our stay on a positive note. Super friendly and helpful.

The grass tent area we stayed at was in the back on a little slope making with an awkward layout. Kind of hard to figure out how to fit the car, tent and not park right up against the fire pit. Other than that it's a great place, loved the indoor pool and everything was very clean

Tori was awesome and super helpful at check in. The barista at the coffee/ice cream cabin was so nice to chat with and made the perfect espresso. Our site wasn’t shaded much but ended up not being an issue (Tori was helpful in telling me that it cools down a lot at night). Even after a huge storm, the whole park seemed to come together to help each other recover items and tents were fixed.

All good, except that the “quiet times” are not respected by guests and not controlled by KOA. People chatting a talking until after 11pm, guests arriving at 2.30am and starting to set up tents. Irresponsible Harley riders running engines as of 6am. Not funny. Breakfast/restaurant/ shop were excellent, bathrooms a bit dated.

Our kids enjoyed the jump pad, the pool and just going around the place visiting our other friends in the camp site.. there are a lot of activities they can do.. and the place is just so near YNP

The campground is very busy and we were close to our neighbors. We were at the center of the canpground and all we could see were rvs and other tents. We tend to enjoy more space. That said, the bathrooms were very clean and there are a ton of things to do right in the campground. It is convenient for town and Yellowstone. Will probably stay again but don't expect seclusion here

Awesome place to stay visiting the national park, excellent general store, great cafeteria for breakfast and supper. However the washroom and shower area needs to be renovates asap to today standard. We stayed in this camp ground first time about twelve years ago and we have returned through out the years. The washroom and shower are still same condition as the first time we visited.

Very close to the park. Coffee stand had great coffee! Campsites are super clean. Showers had awesome pressure and were private. The cafe serves good food! Staff in the office were very kind, and store was well stocked.

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights on one of their tent sites. We had a wonderful time, the staff was kind, friendly, and so very helpful; plus an absolutely beautiful location. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here :)

Comfortable stay, right from the beginning! Friendly staff—quick to offer assistance and/or answer questions. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there—staff, guests, visitors. Tent set-up went smoothly. Shower/ restroom facilities were decent and clean. I totally forgot about the breakfast! I would totally stay there again!

Let’s start with the staff….10 ����. I love the staff super friendly and welcoming. The main bathrooms were nice and clean, loved the coffee cabin!!! I wish we stayed longer but it was a quick weekend trip and one thing I’ll say is “we’ll be back”. Location was perfect as well �

Great Location for Yellowstone exploring. Showers were clean every day I was there. It was nice getting a text message for last call in the evening for the general store. Free Wifi was helpful. The pool and kids/dog play areas were great for those that used them. I am now looking into more KOA locations for future camping.

Wood is pretty expensive but there are cheaper places surrounding the area. Beautiful sunset back drop and clean facilities!

If the park is closed, West Yellowstone is a fun place to run around in. I-Max , Wolf habitat, live stage, and a BBQ place that is killer.

No electric vehicle / EV charging is allowed. Would be 5 stars except there is/was no mention anywhere that any kind of EV charging is prohibited due to an older electric infrastructure. It should be explicitly stated on the RV site descriptions or website. Other than that, everything including staff and location is excellent.

It wasn't too far from Yellowstone, and the facilities were generally good. There were enough shower facilities, and there was a simple area for doing dishes. The playground was well-maintained, so it was great for kids to run around and play. However, the swimming pool needs better water quality management, as it was quite dirty. I would strongly suggest that they improve the pool maintenance. The staff seemed to work hard, and overall, it was a decent place to stay.
