I believe for a deluxe patios site it was awful, pull thru extremely uneven we had a hard time leveling our site it sloped so bad! Retainer wall was hard to get around, Picnic table unstable. No internet, ni decent fire ring , no supplies in store, no escort to site, no trash pickup. Not worth over $500 for 4 nights. I’m a VIP member and have been to a Lot of Koa’s this was way over priced!!!!

Internet hardly worked. Don't like being charged 129.00 pernight to Stat plus an additional 7.50 per person per night for extra people.

Campground wasn’t prepared for opening day. Nothing in camp store, no WiFi and no cable for my week there. Great location close to the West Gate

The staff was super helpful and friendly. Campground was super clean. Great showers with plenty of Hot water . Nice pool .

Spa was broken and removed...no WiFi. .putt putt was a Hazzard and closed...All three are still advertised. Staff was friendly

Great KOA. In the trees and shaded. 10 minutes from west gate Yellowstone. Family had a blast.

We stayed the end of September for 4 days. The location of West Yellowstone and the National Park was excellent. The bathrooms were clean and the laundry area was sufficient. The trash was left wide open on the dumpsters which didn't seem like a good idea, and the wifi or cell service for us was terrible. We had to drive out of the campground to take care of business issues using cellular data.

We really loved the location just outside Yellowstone with the short drive to town and the park. The tree filled, grassy, rural setting was quiet and our campsite was on the eastern edge of the property giving excellent views of the sun rising over Yellowstone NP. We were there after your seasonal activities had ended - those looked appealing - sorry we missed them.

Was so nice and close to Yellowstone National Park. Loved the location, campground was clean, as were the washrooms.

Understanding it was the last week of the season and they were closing down the day we left, we were disappointed in the fact that they took down all of the activities for the kids a few days early. Swings, mini golf, corn hole, etc. This was one of the main reasons we stayed here. Shut down all of the restrooms 2-3 days early leaving only 1 for all the guests. And yet still paid regular rates.

Awesome location to Yellowstone NP. We enjoyed our stay but was sad everything was practically closed for end of season. Would definitely recommend and return before October.

3 nights late Sept. Most amenities closed. Laundry was clean. Park staff were efficient. Pull throughs were level. A bit disconcerting when we went to take a picture of the mountains behind the park and were told we could not go there because it was staff only. We just wanted to share that experience of the view from the KOA with our friends and family. Expensive though. With no amenities!

Normaly we have expectation in KOA. We understand that the closing day was 1 October when we leave. We understand the pool is closed. But they closed most of the sanitary blocks and trash place. When the standard of KOA goes down we expect that the price will follow ; unfortunately it is not happened.

We stayed 4 nights for our visit to Yellowstone. It was only 6 miles from the west gate. The park is well maintained but only a couple of restrooms for the size of the park. Limited wi-fi service except for the area near the office. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay except for the COLD mornings but that should be expected you are in Yellowstone

Stayed 4 nights in a motorhome deluxe pull through. Great experience with the campground . Close to west entrance to Yellowstone and also to the town of west Yellowstone . Thumbs up

Staff very nice and attentive. Campground is ok, but needs some maintenance on the roads and sites. It was ok for an easy place to pull in and park while you explore the area. Not really a place to camp for the weekend or anything like that.

Things we liked: close to Yellowstone, park was clean, space to walk dogs. Things we didn’t like: tight sites, lousy wi fi, workers bombing around in very loud vehicles. It was the end of the season and things were being boarded up during our stay.

very nice park with very nice facilities. I was in need of a remote control for my t.v. When I asked for a chance to borrow or rent one for a few days, I was told that there are no spares. When I asked if they could get me one from an unoccupied cabin, 4 employees shook there head no at the same time while one said that all cabins were occupied. The next morning I could see that I was lied to?

It was a short stay, 2 days, but very convenient for exploring the south loop at Yellowstone. Owners are friendly and provide a very positive experience!

Nice site little small area for big rigs. But very beautiful location around 6 miles from West gate. We clear site nice staff. I recommend everyone to stay.

Very expensive, packed in like sardines. My ‘premium’ site that I got to treat myself had a filthy table and hadn’t been swept/cleaned at all. Premium meant it backed up to a wire fence with trash in it. Stayed one night and left my premium site to someone else. Very disappointed. Not doing that again.

Dakota was able to upgrade our space and we were appreciative of her efforts. All the staff were excellent, notably Kathy and Jen. Thank you all for being so nice and helpful.

Everything was great, except you need to replace the light bulb over the dish-wash sink; hard to clean dishes in the dark. After 10 years with Corporate KOA, we are qualified to say "you have a nice campground"...

This place is HUGE - over 300 campsites which is a LOT OF PEOPLE!! It just changed ownership for its opening on May 22, 2023, and the people were really nice. It's a nice distance from West Yellowstone so you're just out of the city with pretty views if you're on the outside edge, but it's right beside the highway if you get a site at the front. I got eaten by mosquitoes- the only place in Yellowstone we encountered any, so beware during the summer.

Nice RV sites with lot's of trees. Friendly staff. Good size clean shower's. They could use a larger sign at the entrance as it's hard to see and small. Highly recommend this KOA.
