Griss was a helpful staff he helped us when we needed and referred us to a company to help us with our RV issues. The front staff my husband spoke to on two occasions about the cleanliness of both bathroom facilities in the campground was arrogant about the reported issues. She informed my husband that the bathrooms are cleaned as needed. 3 days later they were still unsanitary.

This place was awesome! We had great stay, away from the hustle bustle but still close enough to town to be convenient and to the west gate of yellowstone. Plenty of room and a well kept campsite. The bathrooms/showers were nice and warm. We will stay here again when we come back to Yellowstone!

What a beautiful park. Concrete pad with patio. Staff was extra helpful with any questions we had. Took the train, conveniently located across the street, to Temple Square area. Although we didn't take advantage of it, there are make-it-yourself pancakes, coffee, hot chocolate available free in the store. Nice touch. As recommended, the Mexican restaurant at the gate was good and so convenient.

Our pull-through space was tight and pretty uneven. The pull-through spaces are really small. Wi-Fi was spotty.

Way over priced for the amenities available being we left on the day the campground closed for the season. I would think we would have gotten something of a discount

Back up sites were pretty close together, pull through sites had a bit more space between the sites. It was nice and quiet and very close to the west entrance of Yellowstone. The staff was great and the facilities were very clean. Would stay here again.

This place was awesome! Beautiful view of the mountains of Yellowstone in the distance, plenty of room at well kept campsite. We will for sure stay here again if we come back thru Yellowstone!

We checked in and found it was closing 2 days later so many of the things were already closed and boarded up for the winter. The staff was great and the main bathroom and showers were warm and clean.

The sites were difficult to get into because they were narrow and there were trees in the way. The sites were so uneven my brother had to borrow several stacks of blocks so his trailer wouldn’t lean. The sites were small and so narrow the RV steps couldn’t fully extend on pad level and were up in the grass. Made it very dangerous for my sister-in-law she get in her trailer. I cannot recommend.

We stayed 2 nights (September 27 & 28. They were closing for season October 1. They already had pool closed, restaurant closed, coffee hut closed. I asked if we were paying an end of season discounted rate because of limited amenities. I was told no, it was same rate as peak season. Also a dog was left alone 10 hours a day for 2 days, barking continuingly. Rules stated " No unattended dogs"

We had a great stay.... away from the hustle bustle but still close enuff to town to be convenient and to the west gate of yellowstone. Sites were nice with trees and everything well kept & clean.

The location is a quick 6-7 minute drive to West Yellowstone. The campground is adjacent to a somewhat noisy main road. If you want to have things peaceful you have to pay more money to be back from the road. The showers were clean and functional. The staff was OK. I would not choose to stay here again unless it was a last resort.

We loved this campground. Nestled in a hill with good space between sites. Pretty level too. Grassy areas and dog park has grass. Really nice campground close to the Yellowstone entrance. Friendly helpful staff Will definitely be back!!!!!

We will definitely stay at this park again.. The staff is wonderful and the facilities are very clean. There is a very nice playground for kids. It’s not too far from town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My biggest criticism is that the row we were in was just feet from the busy highway. It felt, and sounded, like camping on the centerline.

We booked a tent site. Arrived that evening for checkin. The agent at desk was nice , said he moved us to a “better” spot that wasn’t near highway roadway noise. We went to the site, it was on a slope, and still very close to roadside noise. No flat spot for the tent. Disappointed, expensive, 76.00 for the night !!!

Our premium patio lot was way too small. Slide out covered the patio. Neighbors sewer hookup was less than a foot from the patio. Would not stay there again.

We love this KOA! The staff is so friendly and the location superior. Whenever we visit Yellowstone this is our base camp. We love that it is located a few miles from the town of West Yellowstone, MT . Close enough to grocery stores, T shirts ,bars, entertainment but in the quiet of the wilderness (0nly 6 miles to main gate) . Big spaces . easy parking . Full service. Indoor pool.

Was a good location for visiting the park. Wish we had known about the construction prior to the entrance, may have looked around for something closer to the park due to the inconvenience of the construction every day and night.

Great. Except some trees are more mature and too close to exit of site. We were 75 ft long w/ truck, 5th wheel and motorcycle trailer.

Very accommodating owners. I got the kind of site I requested, but it was a side hill location and impossible to level. I called them and they gave me a choice of sites in the same price range. One of them was perfectly level (back-in #124). The grounds were clean, as were the bathrooms.

Our spot was right next to the highway so there was loud traffic noise all night. People were bringing dogs into the shower area. Men’s bathroom smelled like urine. My wife said the women’s bathroom stank of feces. Showers were dirty. On the plus side the front desk staff was nice.

Nice park. Spaces are a bit tight. Staff is courteous and pleasant. Showers could use cleaning and updating. Men’s bathroom just ok and could definitely use some bleach. The smell of urine is not a great impression to new client campers

Large campground. Our pull through site required me to unhook my tow vehicle. Site was very close to other sites. Very nice bathrooms and showers located at office. Other locations good, but not as good. At the time, all merchandise at the campground was 35% off forced of season. Except beer. But included, wood, ice, propane. Close to West Yellowstone and West Yellowstone National Park entrance.

It was an awesome experience!! We were a late check in which made it hard to find the spot, but we finally did and got set up. Had a great night's sleep!! Everyone was super nice and helpful!! The camp was surprisingly quiet for as many people was there. We have stayed at many camps, and this was without a doubt the friendliest KOA to date.

Road construction right outside the campground added to the normal road noise for those of us in sites “up front”. We didn’t request a different campsite when we realized this would be a problem. Clean, really nice staff and great location!

Been here several times and it's always been good. Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is it's very expensive. The prices are obviously due to the location next to Yellowstone, but IMO it's too much. They always seem to be pretty much sold out though!
