The customer service was top notch . The camp site itself Was not good. There was about 25 gophers at any given time in the site and about 10 holes in the ground asking for a broken ankle.

I wanted to switch my tent site, there was no “grassy area,” but they wouldn’t allow it, even though the other sites remained empty. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting; some of that could be mitigated by putting paper towels in the bathrooms so people can wipe stuff up. Yuck, do better. Staff extremely friendly though, really great location. Wood doesn’t burn, a little kindling would hel

We loved staying here! My only complaints were the loud squawking ravens that made it hard to sleep on the morning and the ground squirrels that were a bit pesky. But very friendly people and great amenities and lots of things for our kids to do!

This is an impressive facility, just 7 minutes from the Yellowstone West entrance. We stayed at one of the “Tent Village” sites, which had a nice gravel site for our tent. The onsite store has anything you could need if you forgot something at home. My only feedback would be to consider some nonslip shower mats so there’s a place to stand while drying off that isn’t muddy from shoes /

The staff was absolutely top shelf, friendly, helpful in getting a last minute site and settled into the campground. I was very surprised by the variety and availability of amenities. Scott and the grill staff were amazing and the food was very good and family price affordable. Del in the gift shop was informative and made me feel like a valued guest. Well done KOA

We were tent camping and our site was great! There was a bit of a walk to the bathroom and there was no parking outside of the bathrooms. Everything was clean and the staff was welcoming!

There is a lot to do for children. Be prepared to be nickel and dimed for everything. Riding bikes, meals, coffee ect ect. Everything is jacked up. Even ice. Compared to going to a gas station 5 miles down the road for everything to be cheaper. Tents are so close you can hear neighbors snore/ breathe everything. No privacy, what so ever, in tent sites.

Very friendly staff, great location for visiting Yellowstone, nice campsite. However, a bit run down, many of the rental bikes are broken, bathroom and kitchen facilities were not very clean.

KOA's never disappoint. Always have fun and feel safe.

It was the best KOA I've ever seen. Expensive, as it is close to the park, and the coffee at the stand was just terrible. But I've never seen a more child friendly campground, and we will be coming back in the years ahead.

Very nice park. Despite most everyone around us having dogs, it was a beautiful and peaceful place. Entrance comes up fast so look ahead for the yellow KOA sign.

Space was clean and well manicured. Utilities all worked very well. Staff seemed over worked, might need more help as they offer alot of different activities. Showers and bathrooms at the main lodge were very clean and updated. Could serve there coffee shack coffee till a later time of 9:30, and I wasn't the only guest thinking that.

The Yellowstone Park / West Gate KOA is a beautiful campground with RV, cabin, and tent sites. Our patio site featured mature pine trees, a swing, and a picnic table. Amenities included an indoor pool, dog park, camp store, coffee shop, and ice cream stand. Its location just minutes from Yellowstone's West Entrance made it an ideal base for exploring the park. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.
