Great stay! We have stayed at many KOAs and we loved the pool, the variety of bikes to rent, the location, and the breakfast at this one! Staff was friendly and helpful.

Worst camping experience ever. There was zero shade in the site, though the listing said every site had shade. There was no flat area in our site for our tent and the site was so small that our tent was less than 2 feet from the fire pit and now our new tent has a hole in it first time we used it. Staff inside were rude when I tried to upgrade and move.

I have been to a ton of KOA's and they've been great, however, this is definitely the best! I was so impressed by how clean the bathrooms were kept, the cute store, and the outdoor kitchen station. I didn't get to use it but now I know I can totally plan to cook while camping at this KOA. I will now exclusively only camp here when visiting Yellowstone. Thank you so much!

Check in was very easy. Staff members were very polite and willing to help with anything we needed. Very clean and friendly campground. Would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

Hi - I think you need to put the "Shower before entering the pool" sign on the front door of the pool and point out more clearly that there are showers available. We had no idea there was a bathroom there until the 2nd time in the pool. Also, I think the campground should be more strict on these big RVs and motorhomes firing up before 7 am. It was like all these generators went on. Very noisy!

Our tent site was in a tiny corner at the end of a row of campers/RVs, under a streetlight, and our fire pit was very close to the neighbor's sewer hookup. We felt like you are just trying to make as much money as possible. We made the most of it.

When we arrived very late, there was Security guy waiting to welcome and direct us to our space. Made everything stress free! For a tent space it was green & spacious, plus a convenient location to the facilities (but not TOO close!)

Absolutely loved our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved all the amenities including the indoor pool for the raining day we experienced. The store was well stocked especially when we needed a quick fix for our air mattress that had a hole in it. Clean facilities and again appreciated the friendly staff.

Place is great! There are all kinds of activities for families and individuals alike. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is great, being just about 8 minutes due West of town. The place is clean & the bathrooms/showers are cleaned regularly. We slept in a tent and the site was excellent. Will definitely go back to this KOA whenever we get back down to West Yellowstone.
