It's a great place for location cost and the very best customer service I have ever had at an RV Resort. Had some electrical issues in my motorhome. The front desk went up and beyond what they needed to do. Very helpful finding me a mobile mechanic and actually called and had me talk to him on their phone and he was able to help me with my issues. Loved the 30% off in the store.

Passing through and it was close to the highway so very convenient. Very crowded but very pleasant and not too loud. Nice bathrooms but no hot water due to the number of people. Very great owners who make the best coffee to order.

Clean park, well maintained. People in our spot before us left a lot of litter, trash including unused matches. Sites could be leveled a bit. Would be good to adjust your instructions to say “pets” must be leashed. Our neighbors cat was loose and probably killed 10-15 mice behind the fence

Wonderful staff and great park for kids. Not great for big rigs as lots are close together and roads are a little tight in some areas. Please build as great a dog park as your sister KOA down the road. Laundry room dryers need some maintenance work. Some barely dry at all. Love the outdoor grill. Need better method to handle incoming packages than leaving them outside.

It is time to spend some money on the roads in the park. Repair? Also we used the laundry and it would have been nice to have some chairs inside to sit when it is raining.

Beautiful, secluded campground outside Yellowstone. A very friendly and helpful lady checked us in a day earlier than we had reserved and also found us a wonderful quiet site. A great base for exploring Yellowstone.

The camp is very clean. Plenty to do for everyone. Staff was all super nice and accommodating. This was our 2nd time staying here in the last 4 years. Was perfect!

Cable service was terrible. The channels for NBC, CBS, and CBS did not come in. It is my guess KOA did not subscribe to those channels. Management had no idea of what channels they did subscribe to

Grandkids had a great time. Nice campground, clean showers and clean restrooms. I read reviews before booking, yes it is busy. We will come back.

Park was excellent and convenient overall clean. Our pets are an important part of our family, our fur kids. We are grateful for the K9 Kamps and hope in the future they could be maintained. We cleaned the front area everyday to assure that our babies did not get sick from uncleaned areas. Maintaining grass and watering is helpful keeping the parks clean. We appreciated the friendly staff. thank y

We enjoyed this koala so much! We love the close proximity to the National Park and the kids loved all of the playground equipment and the giant bounce pad! The staff here was amazing, helpful and sociable. The womens showers weren’t the cleanest but my husband said the mens were pretty clean… I just recommend bringing shower shoes for sure.

My kids LOVED the jump pad and the park. That was a definite plus. I hate to compare it to the west glacier KOA but it doesn’t come close. No daily events for kids. The bikes we paid 25$ to ride and tried 5 of them all broken. No grass very dusty. Contacted the host to make them aware of very loud neighbors at 12pm hours and never heard back. We had a good time but definitely needs some refining

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. As always at KOA. All staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The campground is very clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend to family, friends, and anyone going to yellowstone. Prefect location just outside the westgate entrance.

I feel the staff at KOA was exceptional not only information Hospitality but in outstanding customer service I can't wait to come back next year, what I really found the most amazing was the Wi-Fi when I needed to conduct business and also how clean everything was including the laundry facilities and how there was so much for the kids to do!!

We were in 437 in a camper van with out a toilet. It was a good site with pine trees in August. The toilet bath house close was ok. When we left I realized they had a practically new shower/toilet facilities at the main building and breakfast too I realized I should listen more carefully at check in!�

The breakfast/coffee and dinner options were great. However, we were not pleased with our campsite. Sewer connection was uphill from our parking spot and did not have a secure connection. The adjacent campsite’s fire pit was just 10 feet from our trailer. Bathrooms were not well maintained.

Convenient, well-maintained, great laundry room. Incredibly over-priced, expected programs and events like West Glacier KOA but nothing. Also dogs off-leash. Worst offenders were workers with a poor rabbit that was outside in heat, cold, and storms. I could not walk my dog without first checking to see where their dog was because it was frequently across the street unattended. Won’t be back.

What a beautiful KOA! This was located not too far from the shopping area so we were able to get a lot done without a lot of driving! Tent sites were nice and the staff were all super nice and attentive to the campground. We will definitely be using this KOA when we come back to Yellowstone. Highly recommend!

This was the best KOA we ever stayed in. We had a pet enclosure for our dogs. It was great except the bars were too far apart for our ShihTzu (14 lbs). It was fine for our Brittany.

A bit noisier than on previous stays, with one large group making loud noises at midnight, despite the "quiet hours" specification. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

This KOA is ten minutes out from west gate Yellowstone NP!!! Sites for RVs and Fifth Wheels are tight and we could not use the fire ring as it was too close to our slide out. Great KOA for families as there are lots of activities for kids Staff is friendly and the site is clean. Large laundry facility with ten washers and dryers. Cafe on site is a nice touch but has very limited hours.

The spot we had was not level at all, it was leaning downhill, whe slides were out, had to have them trim tress. Also the patio, could not use the picnic table, had to move it completely out of way, with slides out, could not walk around. Then they sold us firewood, next day said could not start a fire in pit. They should have given us credit for the firewood we purchased. Not equipped for 45’ R

We had a family emergency come up and staff were very kind and accommodating, it was very much appreciated! The campground is beautiful - trees throughout and mountain views from the sides of the the campground. The store is lovely and we enjoyed our bar-b-q supper the first night. The kids had fun in the indoor warm pool. It is very close to the west entrance to Yellowstone.

Space was clean and well manicured. Utilities all worked very well. Staff seemed over worked, might need more help as they offer alot of different activities. Showers and bathrooms at the main lodge were very clean and updated. Could serve there coffee shack coffee till a later time of 9:30, and I wasn't the only guest thinking that.

The Yellowstone Park / West Gate KOA is a beautiful campground with RV, cabin, and tent sites. Our patio site featured mature pine trees, a swing, and a picnic table. Amenities included an indoor pool, dog park, camp store, coffee shop, and ice cream stand. Its location just minutes from Yellowstone's West Entrance made it an ideal base for exploring the park. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

The park is truly one of the gems of the national parks system. Allow at least two full days to explore all of the wonders. A must go for everyone.
