Wi-Fi terrible except at the office(why no boosters) very tight back in spots. No one way system in place so narrow road used in both directions showers old outdated and shower heads cause the problems. Very expensive I was lucky to get the one day free promotion but $120 a night I would never have paid Stayed at Butte journey following and contrast could not have been starker.

Campsite fingers need to be one way, had to back up road a couple times. Friendly and helpful staff!

The park really needs to do some site work on the patio area sites. With the new steps installed on newer RV's it is extremely difficult to level and be able to put the steps down and still close the door. It is only a couple inches for the price paid per night this is unacceptable. Please take some of your profits and spend a little on site upkeep and improvements to keep pace with the industry.

We had a great time!! Park very clean and friendly staff. The deluxe sites are very crowded didn’t feel like deluxe at all. Stayed 10 days will not stay that long again, will move around more. Saw other RV parks with great deluxe sites.

We enjoyed our stay and how close it was to Yellowstone . The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no trail to the restroom and we had to walk all the way to the end of the loop and around to reach IT unless we walked through another campsite.

Very clean park, friendly staff. Our only complaint is the outside workers seem to exceed 10 mph in their work carts.

We booked 4 nights in early September, starting on the 3rd. Got 2 days at one price, then price went up $20. Wasn’t any more crowded, so didn’t know why. Our site was #151, where it was said the wifi was “spotty”. It was non existent! Water pressure was barely enough to get a wet shower with. Nice sites, nothing special. Old mini golf no longer, replaced with jump tent, not working.

We booked a back in tent trailer site for 3 days based on the picture and description of the sites. When we arrived, we were put in a site next to the road! It was Soo loud you couldn't hear and definitely not the first KOA experience we were expecting. We wanted to move sites and were told nothing was available. Asking for a refund was out next thought process!

Campground is great for Yellowstone access….the staff was very friendly. We ended up moving to a different site & they were very accommodating. It’s a very busy place… the bathrooms are dated and were not very clean compared to most KOA’s we’ve stayed at. Previous reviewers complained about WiFi & cell service… WiFi ��� our cell service, Verizon was good, people with AT&T not so

No Wi-Fi across almost all of the park site (except main office with password) Ground condition of the park is poor despite having heaps of staff working there. Cell Phone data (LTE) was a minimum despite proximity to West Yellowstone. TV cable not working at my site though it was part of the price for the reservation. I overpaid for my stay based on the service I received.

The staff were great to work with and the location to Yellowstone was convenient. However this campground is on a very busy highway. Most of their back in sites are right next to it which is loud most of the time. If you stay here, get a back lot away from the Highway.

Enjoyed our stay at Yellowstone West. I love the campground, it's just a little pricey. Most expensive campground on our entire trip.

Nice staff. Camping spots are lower than surrounding roads so we were camping in six inches of water and mud our whole stay. Most spots were like that. Won't be back.

The campground was excellent. Our stay may have been more enjoyable if there were gravel on our lot at the same price. With all the rain it was muddy and messy.

The nicest people. Super level site. Knowledgeable about breakfast restaurants with great food. Enjoyed our stay and when in area again will definitely stay again.

Spot was next to the main road into town. Very noisy, all night. Several times was expecting to have a semi inside the tent. Also was very Muddy.

Overall this KOA is great. The staff were courteous and professional. Although we only stayed one night, just after a rainstorm, the campground was clean and easy to navigate. The only reason I didn’t rate five stars, is the lack of decent hooks/pegs in both the shower and the restroom. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time, most of our experience was wonderful! The only recommendations we would have is that the website says you have bike rentals so we didn’t bring ours. In reality you have go carts. In addition, it says you have cable TV but the remote was lost. Not normally an issue but college football had begun. Otherwise, a great stay. Staff was great!

Nice clean, quiet campground. They need to update the amenities since there is no mini golf or Montana wine and beers as advertised. We would definately come back.

Le terrain est bien, bien situé. Vous annoncez wifi disponible, il est vrai qu’un réseau wifi existe mais il n’est pas connecté sur internet, à part tout près de la réception, ceci devrait être mentionné sur votre page de réservation. Pour beaucoup d’utilisateurs, ceci est un point important. Plusieurs laveuses et sécheuses de la buanderie étaient hors service ou inutilisables.

I couldn't help noticing how prices have been Jacked up since being purchased by corporate. (Breakfast prices) Also I get convenience pricing on groceries but $10�12 for a $3-4 box of cereal. $8-10 for a $4 bottle of Mayo. This is flat out price Gouging.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Because of the location next to the road there was a lot of traffic noise. Lots of stuff to do for kids. Though the washroom facilities were reasonably clean, they need to get updated. I recommend different soap im the dispensers. There was a layer of fluid soap on the vanities. Overall a good stay.
