We had an outstanding stay at your KOA! We always try to stay at KOA is because there are usually a known quantity. The only recommendation I would make is in spot 68 trim that pine tree as you’re going out to the right, so it doesn’t scratch larger fifth wheels in RVs. Thank you.

Very nice campground, very convenient to the park.The staff are friendly. Facilities are great. The reasons I didn’t give 5 stars are: wifi only available near the main office & with no cell service, that is an issue, & it didn’t always work. Cable TV not available at all sites. Everything good except for 1. Construction on the road leading from the campsite loop roads to the main building. 2. No WiFi. Everything else was very good. I would recommend it.

Very friendly staff. Clean facilities including showers and bathrooms. Very nice office and camp store. Sites were a bit close but not as bad as some we have been in. Several miles from the Yellowstone entrance, but still convenient.

The information online indicates Wi-Fi, Beer and Wine is available. Wi-Fi is only available around the office. No Beer and Wine. The rewards weekend promotion was not available to me as I reserved a deluxe site. Fred offed to have me move to a different site. I had reserved an 8-night stay, and he wants me to move.. . I won’t be back as there are more options for RV stays in the area.

I was disappointed that all KOA's don't offer cable with all their sites. For the prices of the sites I feel they all should have cable.

The campground was awesome, the staff were very friendly, we enjoyed our stay and felt very accommodated by everyone. Thank you all so much for a great and enjoyable time at your park.

Camping spots are very small. Concrete patio was nice but at our site was to high to use our steps properly. Extremely difficult to get out with large campers due to narrow roadway and other campers sticking out in roadway. Zero att service and campsite cable tv was missing several channels they had listed. Staff was friendly. Laundry area clean but several broken machines. Nice gift shop.

It’s like a parking lot. Tow vehicles parked perpendicular to trailers. Restrooms needing repair. No friendly welcome upon arrival.

The full hookup back in sites (suite 240+/-) are a problem. If your trailer is 25’ or longer there is limited room for your tow vehicle. We experienced two longer rvs coming in after 9pm in the dark taking an an hour to get situated. I would not return here.

Well it would have been nice if they informed use on the internet being reaped by the streets worker the fiber optics! Or the the new ownership getting no internet from the old owner but could have been message ahead like we been in the past that there will be no service at your camp site so we could prepare our selfs but other than that every was good we will be moving on to our rest our vacatio

Very convenient to the Park. Our site was not level and yet a "deluxe" site. No internet at the site and even the internet around the office was sluggish. Staff was very hospitable

The shower heads in the bath house are aimed at the outside floor and not adjustable. Difficult to manage clean clothes on a wet floor.

The park is very close to West Yellowstone. It was super clean. The biggest compliment I can give is for staff! Everyone we met was awesome and went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Cons: internet. I’m not sure why they say they have it because it does not work at sites at all.

Friendly service, clean site and great location. We really enjoyed our stay with one small exception - We were located near a primitive site and people ran their generators for extended periods of time. A bit annoying, but still would highly recommend this campground.

We stayed 4 nights in mid September. Things were winding down but it was still a wonderful stay. Shady lots with sufficient room. We had a deluxe site which offers concrete patio with swing. All the staff I had any contact with was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed 3 nights in this park and found it was very convenient to the west gate of Yellowstone Park. The WiFi was not very good, but that was due more to it's mountain location than the park itself. This park has bike rentals, mini golf, basketball, and an indoor pool. There certainly is a lot to do here! It was a clean, well laid-out park and we would stay here again, given the opportunity.

It was the end of the season and the employees were helpful but clearly burned out. With that said, we will stay again and will recommend this location.

If it wasn’t for lieing about internet availability I would have rated it higher. The showers were ok and it was so big the walking was very good. Very friendly help. For the price they should have had good internet.

Very disappointed. Very little value for the price of a deluxe site. Cramped space. Constant barking from dogs all over. While trying to relax outside during the afternoon we encountered constant traffic from ATVs and golf carts. Shower at main office was dated.

The staff are amazing we lost our little dog after jumping out our truck and the staff was right there helping every step of the way till we got her back! I would tell everyone this is an awesome place to stay!!!!

The back in site for near $100/night was along the edge of the highway, not the serene Forrest edge as advertised. Noisy transport trucks flew by all night. Also the very busy laundry area had 1/2 the machines out of order. So I would say not as advertised. The staff however were very friendly and efficient.

The park amenities were good and the staff were very friendly - but the rv spots were too close together. You could hear people in the spots next to you walking around inside their rvs. Fire pits were way too close to our rv.

Friendly staff, a little out of town but easy to find. Near the highway but at our site we did not hear the traffic. We were there to eat and sleep and spent our time in Yellowstone Park.

Owners have known about weak internet and refuse to invest in upgrades. Sites that are claimed to be semi deluxe are very tight. Tourist trap for the masses.

Service was amazing. I screwed up on my reservation and missed a day in the middle of our stay. They were very busy while there and found a way to solve my problem.

Great park fantastic location. Our sewer hookup was a little far from the trail and slightly uphill, but we made it work.

Really busy and with a late reservation I was stuck out by the main road with lots of traffic all hours of the day and night. I was frustrated and left a day early and found another camp site that was a little more peaceful.

Great Friendly Staff - Excellent Space. Had some issues with the showers. Both the wife and I ended up dowsing our belongings because the shower heads point straight out at the shower curtain, which was so flimsy the water just runs right through it. Shower heads were almost falling off because everyone was trying to adjust the head to fix them. Also no hooks in the throne men's cubicle. Poor!!

Bathrooms were filthy, pool was closed, Wi-Fi was down. For $150 a night that’s insane. The listings/descriptions on their website for campsites is very misleading too. Only 2 bathrooms for a giant park and they’re not maintained.
