Very nice people and great amenities, but the sites for the price are terrible �..it rained a lot and our site flooded..there answer was a pallet for us to step on to begin our trailer..I was grateful for it, but almost broke my ankle twice get your of my trailer and I am a disabled man..they could have put sand or something in the site.

It was a great location and was close to the bathroom and laundry. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wish there was WiFi other than standing outside the store.

Site very close to each other. Was in having to walkthrough neighbors patio to make hookups. Not the best place for one night. Longer stay would be ok.

Park is great. Everyone is nice and helpful. My ATT cell service was week and they said WI-FI was spotty. It was hard to find.

We booked this because they have an heated indoor pool. We asked at the time of booking if the pool was going to be open during our stay. We were told it was going to be open during our stay. When we arrived we were told the pool was closed for the season. Our entire group was so disappointed. No apologies, no explanation from the front desk. Very poor customer service.

Beautiful campground! Staff was awesome. The only downside was very poor Wi-Fi and water pressure. However, that being said, I would stay here again.

Great hospitality, we had a great site. We chose a late vaca and realized that some of the "fun things" were being wrapped up for the season. I can only imagine what the campground would be like in full swing. Restrooms were well kept, showers in any campground we stay at can make or break your experience, ours here, great job! Thank you.

Stay was okay. Bathrooms were all made for tiny people (low doors, low mirrors, low showerheads). Had an issue with shoreline power. Sent an email about it and never received a response.

All staff were friendly and helpful. The pull thru sites are a little close together and could use a bit leveling. Some of the trees in the park and at the sites should be looked at to accommodate higher profile RV's, so that the limbs do not scratch or rub the rv.

Good staff but the whole experience was let down by wi-fi with a range of about 2 inches from the shop (I'm using British sarcasm here).

Women shower, stepping out of stall the step down should have a warning strip. Not seeing caused a strained knee and almost fell. At 75 we don’t need such an accident.

Campsite had mud and very little gravel.. Also there is no lighting at the campsites. The handheld showerhead in the handicapped shower was broken and unusable for four days and I notifies an employee on the first day I was there.

I was a little disappointed with my stay this time due to the fact that there was no WiFi available. Since it was raining and we also had no cell service (AT&T), this just created an inconvenience for me and my wife. I may need to look at other options in West Yellowstone next time since I get cell service in town. Other than that, I had no issues.

Bathrooms were to far from campsite, no path between site rows to access bathroom so you had to walk around end to get to the row that the bathroom was on. At our site the chair swing was positioned very close to the next sites sewer drain so we could smell it. Clean campground and very close to West gate to Yellowstone & town. Staff was very friendly and camp store was very nice.

More than expected.. the largest KOA we've ever stayed at. Staff was wonderful , our site was large and there was plenty of space between the sites. The indoor pool was closed, bummer. Would definitely stay again. Close to everything.

Our site was too cluttered. Patio and swing and table were right by our RV door. Our dog kept getting tangled up. Ground was mud and weeds, rather than grass. Spot was narrow and on a hill, hard to manoever in and out of. Facilities were not as advertised, couldn’t find the mini golf. Pool was closed.

The park staff is extremely nice. The park itself is also nice but the trees were obstructive. For us, internet access is extremely important and we prefer our own Starlink system for security reasons. Access to the park and the town of West Yellowstone is quick.

I had to change my original dates and they switched me from full hookups to water and electric. I should have double checked the confirmation. I assumed everything would be the same. I bought my trailer so I don't have to use public showers. Our tank can't handle 4 days of showering. Nice place but double check everything when you book. Super frustrating

The clerk couldn't figure out how to direct us to our site due to construction and no one was going to lead us there. Site was horrible, potholes, stumps, mud and next to road with truck traffic all night.

This is a beautifully run RV park with as nice a staff as we have encountered in all of our travels. It's conveniently located just a few minutes outside of West Yellowstone. They are pet friendly. Don't hesitate to stay there.

Outstanding service from all employees the shower very clean and hot water and the bathroom. The check in service was wonderful and full of information about the area. I will and would come back anytime to this great place. Thank You everyone.

The park is very nice and well maintained. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. However, the Wi-Fi is terrible and the laundry facilities are woefully inadequate for such a large park.

We were there with our group, High Desert Drifters out of Jerome. Personnel were very accommodating getting most of us together. Nice park, friendly, helpful people. Would stay there again.

Water pressure at site 261 is an issue. I'm curious why excessively low water pressure is so common at RV campground sites.

We were packed in like sardines and there were lots of empty sites, they could have easily spread us out a little. This was the 5th KOA we stayed at on our trip. It was the only one that packed us in like this, it was noisy and the bathrooms were busy all the time. We did not stay the second night because of our experience here. I do not recommend this KOA.

Too expensive, some of the staff needs training. Made us move sites because of rules they have that one of the staff said I can’t believe they were making us move sites. Won’t stay there again. Some of the staff was very helpful, while others were not. I have been in franchising industry for over 50 years and make these comments not to get anyone in trouble, but to help them get better.

They advertise a pool and it's closed. WiFi advertised and the only place it can be had is by the office. Also, the $99.00 lot I paid for didn't have cable, but the neighboring lot did. On the day we left they raised the price for my lot to $110 and their premium lot went up $25 to $150.

The restrooms make or break a campground for us. The only negative is there is only one head or a total of 3 in the campground. Other than that it was a great campgroud.

We have been planning this trip for over 1yr. We were told by our friends, currently at your KOA that ck in is at noon so we excitingly arrive early ~11 knowing that our site is open. 5 empl at the front desk, just standing around tell us the rules are 1 ckin. A lady says: probably get in by 12:30. We are in ck in parking & rudely told to move our rig! I ask where to? "Town has overflow parking"

We stayed with you about 20 years ago but couldn't get in three years ago when we visited again. This time, we were lucky to get a spot and were very happy with it. We understand improvements are underway, which will make it even better the next time.

Site (#229) was level and shaded. Restrooms kept clean. Staff friendly. Poor (none at site) Wi-Fi. Sewer drains slightly uphill, so cumbersome. Roads need improvement - potholes and poor drainage. Back-in sites force you to back in from passenger side, so I watched RVers struggle to park b’cuz they couldn’t see clearly. Many sites too short for longer trailers, so tow vehs parked in roadway

Way to expensive for what they offer. Absolutely no amenities. Poor site maintenance, we had a patio site. It was an expensive uneven parking site at best. The only reason to stay is the proximity to Yellowstone. The nasty older man who works there was also a real bonus!!
