Uneven campsite, bathrooms could be more clean. Great location, friendly staff. Seemed a bit over priced given the feedback I have given.

While checking in they tell me I won't have wifi where our site is so walk to the gazebo to get wifi. I am staying at a koa for this amenity. It seems trivial and new world problems I understand but when you're traveling out this way you barely have cell service especially in the parks. So when you want to be able to come to the camper and relax and stream tv. They know it's a problem and fixable.

Occasionally there was a strong sewer smell that drifted through. It was unpleasant. This is something you should look into and get resolved. Because of this I would be hesitant in recommending your facility.

We made in advance reservation for a specific area and got that confirmed. We did not get that. However people arriving after us did get that area (east edge) assigned while not having reserved. When asking why not us, the anwer was “it’s the computer, we can not do anything”. Gives us a bad experience and a negative recommendation on your campsite.

The park is large and crowded but with a lot of amenities. I have a Big Rig and it was very hard (impossible) the get to, or into my sight because of tree limbs not being trimmed up high enough. To me it was odd that you would spend money on a concrete patio, but not concrete or asphalt your sites. Overall, we were happy with our stay there although we were disappointed in the cell service and wif

Everything was great! Campsite private and fully equipped. The landscaping and flowers were beautiful. Staff was courteous, informative and pleasant Will definitely recommend and will return. Thank you

We were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff, and lead to our site. We added an additional night stay and they were able to make it so we didn’t have to move sites. The other campers around us were very friendly and some had advice for us relative to the park. We will come back next time we are in the area.

We were in unpaved area and a lot of road dust blew into camp. Recommend getting a site in paved area. Great location close to town and the West Gate of the park. Breakfast was great! Waste water hook up was high and a stretch for our trailer.

Really disappointing that there was no wifi at the pitches, it could only be got at the office. Pitches were in much need of repair, lots of holes and unevenness.

Overall the sites were great, spaced out perfectly to give you a little privacy. Kids enjoyed the playground and Gaga ball pit. It was a bit of a drive into town and the Yellowstone entrance, and the internet was not very good towards the middle to back of park.

The pool was very dirty and the maintenance guy didn’t bother to even look if anything was on the ground before he drove over campsite in mower as we set up. Safety hazard for sure. The carts and bikes they rent out need to be checked for safety and to see if they are operational as half barely work and some have seats loose.

We were in such a small site that the trees were hitting our awning and slide out. I felt like we were right on top of the next door renters. The bathrooms need improvement. Seemed like there were plumbing issues. The item in the store was priced incorrectly and the clerk said that I had to pay the higher price although all of them were the same price.

Site was okay. Park is very noisy and hectic. Breakfast made at the grill is not good. Dinner was okay. Would not stay here again

Someone stole laundry from machine…. Cameras on scene don’t work and are just for show. Manager was supposed to make contact with us, but never did. There was a giant street light infront of our lot making it impossible to see stars. Deluxe site was a joke… a tiny concrete pad and a rickety swing. No thanks.

We spent long days exploring the unique beauty of Yellowstone. It was a pleasure to come back to our clean and quiet camp, recharge and do it all again. Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful..

The staff is very friendly, the office/store is good (housemate fudge) but most of the roads are not paved. Therefore the dust is unbearable. The KOA work carts drive very fast, up and down the roads all day long, and it kicks up so much dust.

Registration chose to put us next to a huge construction project about ten feet from our site that continued to work and stir up dust with heavy machinery past 6:30 pm when we were trying to sit down to dinner. The following morning the workers returned to access their storage unit next to our site cursing up a storm for us to then have to explain to our 9 yr old kids. Incredibly disappointed.

Very nice campground, very accommodating in many ways. Staff was great, campground and facilities were very clean and well kept. It was our second time there. Last year's flood ran our trip very short and they refunded the unused balance without any question or hesitation, so we came back to finish that trip and had no problems staying with them again.highly reccomend.

For the outrageous price of approximately $120 per night for a camp site, everything should be top notch. It isn't. No internet at our site, several of the washers and dryers were broken, and the area was very dusty. Not acceptable when paying that much!

Very poor value. Sites are extremely small and packed in. Staff carts are loud and are running around the camp constantly ruining the experience.

Great campground. Friendly staff very attentive to campers. Lots of people so the bathrooms are used a lot! My only suggestion wouldd be to add a strong air freshener as even when it is clean, it smells !

not having Wi-Fi coverage is a deal breaker. We had an incident at home, and was contacted by the alarm company. I had to run down to the office (only place that has Wi-Fi) to speak with responding police . We could not map our trip, or create more detailed Yellowstone activities from our campsite. Additionally: bathrooms were not great, (smelly/dirty). at these prices, I expect more.

WOW this KOA is a well run machine. From the check in process to the amenities i was not disappointed with anything...except Ashley was not able to brew coffee (equipment issue)

It was great. Had a pull through spot. Quite a bit of rain, but very close to the town of West Yellowstone and the National Park. They have a cool cabin/lodge building that holds the indoor swimming pool, and an outside place to catch some rays. Will stay here again.

The staff in the store were VERY kind,knowledgeable and helpful. Only a couple things.. the laundry room was a steam bath… even just a fan would’ve helped. The fire pits are mostly under low hanging pine tree limbs… big fire hazard. The indoor pool was wonderful- so glad it was inside!

The site was not level, the road to the site is in need of grading, internet was not available at all. The power stand was ready to fall over. The dinner and breakfast options were great to have available. Many activities were available for the youth.

Great park, well laid out, very clean. Family oriented with plenty to do on site. Restaurant on site. Wifi is not bad, new system with little issues, streaming was great. AT&T pretty worthless at the park. Great location close to Yellowstone.

Site 91 had a marshy area behind it where the mosquitos were breeding. Other areas of the park we noticed didn't have as many mosquitos. There's a ditch in the high grass filled with water. We couldn't back our trailer further back because the site was soggy & could see jack marks where they had sunk unto the ground. Only 4 dryers worked which caused long waits. Staff were extremely polite!

Great KOA, but a little overcrowded. Sacrificing comfort for quantity. Those cabins by shower house are a good example. Noisy and no privacy. Sites on ends of lanes the same issue.
