It was great! Everyone was very kind and helpful, restrooms and showers were clean and well maintained. Cabin was clean and well maintained and property was clean and well maintained.

Enjoyed our stay in the camping cabin at Yellowstone Park/West Gate KOA. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Our dog enjoyed the dog park. We spent most of our days at Yellowstone National Park, and did not take advantage of the many amenities that were offered, but appreciated that they were available. This park is great and not to far from the West Entrance of Yellowstone.

3rd of July stay and needless to say the campground was full. Checking process was easy and there are concierge to show you where you are staying. Big KOA. Lots to offer for everyone! Will plan a return trip and stay longer!

There were many activities to keep the kids entertained. We had a great time as a family. My only complaint, the bathrooms were always dirty.

The community amenities and activities were fabulous. Staff was very friendly. Our cabin was okay. The shower was not great. Even just a new head would make a big difference. And the sofa bed was horribly uncomfortable. My kids had some rough sleep.

We have heard about HOAs for a long time and this was our first time at one. We surely were not disappointed and completely enjoyed our stay. The amenities, kids activities were top class. The staff at the store went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. Thanks and keep up the good work. We will be back!!

The showers needed more cleaning, and the men’s toilets had some issues leaving only one toilet operational. Upon check in we were told someone would take us to our cabin but no one ever did so we found it ourselves. The campground had lots of activities and we felt welcomed. Just needs a bit more TLC when it comes to guest services and a hr public areas.

The campground was nice as it had a pool and big playground for the kids. The cabins were good but the beds were very uncomfortable, would recommend updating the mattresses to something better to sleep on.

The grounds were clean. The location was great. The staff were friendly. The showers could have been cleaner. The shower curtains need changing. Smelled like urine. No such thing as grace period when leaving. We were all packed cabins locked just standing outside talking about where we were going next it was 6 after 11AM. We were told to leave or pay another day. Check in is after 2PM

This KOA hinds behind their location. The KOA is exoensive and they do not even have proper mattresses in the cabins. Unlike other KOA’s, the cabins do not even have a fridge.

Everything was dirty. Washroom were worst. Cabins not mopped before checkin. Big campsite and only few dirty washrooms. Huge lineups in morning. Once main washroom stall was jammed and poop was overflowing on floor everywhere. Staff did cleaned it after hours. I will never come back to this KOA.

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay at the West Gate KOA. The kids loved the cabin, especially the separate room with the two bunk beds. They were surprised to have their own bed and we loved that we could close their bedroom door and have our peace in the front room. It was perfect.

1. The male washrooms were clogged for multiple days. 2. Water filter in the office needed to be changed as per the indication on it. This was informed to more than one staffs on separate days of our stay there but they gave cold shoulder. This is a health risk and I'll be raising this further.

Lots of cold rain while we were there. I was able to upgrade from my tent to a camping cabin and it made a wonderful difference. Taters from the café were slightly undercooked, but still delicious and hot on a cold wet night. Staff was super friendly and empathetic about the weather. Thank you, West Yellowstone!

Clean cabins and comfortable main bed. The pull out couch works great for younger kids but not suitable for adults. The fridge was not staying cool and the tv did not work. The TV not working was not a big deal as we spent majority of time outside, but may just want to take the tv out of the cabin in general if it doesn’t work. We loved the outdoor patio space!

Disappointed in the main men's bathroom. Toilets filled and clogged at various times to overflowing. What happened to the mat in the shower stalls? We are standing in water now. The waiting area can get slippery. Otherwise, our stay was as great as ever.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was perfect. It had a bathroom, kitchenette, sofa, bed, table. Utensils and linens provided as well. The staff was wonderful. Quite cozy and relaxing. We will definitely stay again.

Location tells you all you need to know about the price for what you get. Overall fantastic! Well maintained, very friendly staff, nice amenities, and a nice store. VERY cute souvenirs! For $300 a night the cabins could use more of a sweep and a bigger sink would have been nice, even if it was still only in the bathroom. Would be back for the location.

Fabulous! Myself and my 2 daughters stayed in a camping cabin while my parents stayed in their camper. I loved the convenient location to Yellowstone Westgate, as well as all the family friendly amenities. My kids never complained they were bored! Will be returning in the future.

It is very crowded, camp sites are very close together. We loved the coffee and ice cream cabin!! The playground and pool were great for our little girl. The bathroom and showers could be updated and cleaned more often. Overall it was a fun stay.

Bathrooms were dirty; soap dispensers not always full; bed very hard in cabin; smoking policy is terrible. I don’t appreciate a cigarette/ cigar smokers fumes coming in my cabin around my children.

Great family campground, deserving of them holiday designation.Firewood is expensive. Mattress in cabin was poor and needs replacing. Garbage needs to be animal/raven proof. Lead by example when in this terrain.

The cabin was clean and set up well. It would have been nice to have hooks on the wall. We appreciated the heater and electricity. The grounds were nice, and we enjoyed the extensive playground and warm clean pool. The bathrooms and showers were generally clean. The coffee shack was a good. We wished the store had some fresh fruit or vegetables. The location was close to Yellowstone.

The cabin was great however we were locked out 3 days in a row. This was frustrating as we were tired and hungry when we got back then had to wait for maintenance to fix our door each night.

Been here several times and it's always been good. Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is it's very expensive. The prices are obviously due to the location next to Yellowstone, but IMO it's too much. They always seem to be pretty much sold out though!
