Staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, efficient. The campground was clean, safe, well kept. Why a 3? KOA management/leadership lied about the cabin. We reserved and paid for a 2-bedroom delluxe with full kitchen, as described on-line. We got a 1-bedroom with kitchenette. Sofa bed in kitchen makes it a 2-bedroom? In fact there are no 2-bedroom cabins. Why does KOA blatantly misrepresent?

This cabin is perfect for a family of 4. I really appreciated that I could look at the floor plan before reserving a cabin. We took advantage of the pool after a day of visiting Yellowstone NP. This is our form of camping. KOAs with cabins should be listed as glamping. We enjoyed the space of the cabin and the outdoor area. We've stayed at Auto Camp and KOA Holiday is much better in our opinion.

The cabin was fine but the curtains were broken. The Gaga Ball pit was loved and the playground was awesome. The laundry and bathrooms were mostly clean. The shop was really cool too.

We stayed peak tourism time. I get that. But this KOA is overbooked for the amount of bathrooms and showers provided. The bathrooms were in constant state of filth. The sign on the door says cleaned as needed. They are cleaned after they’re absolutely disgusting. I’m trying to be fair. We love KOAS. but this one needs some serious reflection. Either get more help, or stop taking people in.

I always enjoy staying at this KOA. It wasn’t fun fighting road construction but that was being your control. I was bummed to no longer see hamburgers out chicken sandwiches on the cafe menu. I always enjoy those.

Stayed in a Deluxe Cabin. Clean & comfy. Bedding, towels, soaps provided. Includes propane grill, fire pit, outdoor table & chairs, porch swing, microwave, mini fridge w/tiny freezer portion, TV w/cable. Comfortable mattresses. No A/C, but screens on windows to let in a breeze. Store is expensive, but nice convenience. Pool, ice cream shop. 3 young adults & mom enjoyed cabin & campsite. Worth it.

Not being able to charge my car there anymore is a major issue. The prices have also increased significantly and the hot tub is gone. I’ve been coming here for years but it is declining and I’m going to stay elsewhere next year.

The cabin and koa was great, all except the beds. People can not sleep in a board with a thin pad. You need real mattresses. That was truly the worst. I won’t ever recommend you guys just for that one reason.

The camping cabin was comfortable and had electricity with lighting I love the area and closeness to the park My last night Coyotes were close I will certainly be back The staff are great any need and advice was given with friendliness Thanks

I wasn't informed about an additional fee to ensure that my two cabins to stay together was needed. The lady that I made reservations with said it wouldn't be an issue with my cabins being next to each other. This needs to be made known when people call in to make reservations.

Stayed for 1 night in a deluxe cabin. Amazing location, KOA property is well kept, store is stocked and inviting. The cabins that cost almost $400 a night should most definitely have a working fan in the summer hours though when no AC is available, providing 2 HEATERS with a fan option that blows NO air, is NOT acceptable.

We had a great stay & enjoyed the amenities. But SHOCKED when were screamed at by KOA employee for talking 2 loud after quiet hours. We were 40+ y/o old friends reconnecting & probably being 2 loud but a "keep it down" would have sufficed. Instead a man screamed at us & threatened 2 "kick us out" & "call the cops" before peeling away in a cart. No warning at all. He woke our kids. Unprofessional!

Love the whole area! Love that the kids could just run around and there was so much for them to do! The only thing that was a disappointment was the large bed in the cabin was like sleeping on the ground and I didn’t get much sleep! The previous cabins I have stayed elsewhere had big thick waterproof mattress! That was my only complaint otherwise we loved the place!

We stayed in a camping cabin. It was a warm evening when we arrived and we were surprised to find out that there was no air conditioner in our cabin. It did cool off somewhat later on but we had to have the windows open, and our neighbor had left their fire going and all the smoke was coming right in our window. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable. Not a good night.

I would have rated it a 5 except for the employee who screamed at our group for being too loud one night near the basic cabins, and that was before any kind of warning was given. It was completely uncalled for. Understanding there are quiet hours, but a polite reminder would have done just fine, especially for our large group which brought a significant amount of business to your campground.

We had a group stay at the KOA (18 totally rentals) and this KOA was super accommodating and perfect for our group! The staff was friendly, the amenities were great and the spaces were comfortable.

I have stayed at this KOA many times, both in RV/Tent sites and in the camping cabins. I was very disappointed in the most recent trip. The restrooms needed cleaning, at times it was difficult to find a usable toilet/shower stall. The cafe went from a great breakfast cooked on a griddle to service station breakfast burritos warmed in a toaster oven. So disappointed I am going to look elsewhere.

Not a very well managed and appears there is no housekeeping staff for the bathhouses or the cabins. The worse KOA we have ever used. However, the location for the park was convenient. We will not stay there again!

Have been staying here for many years. Last time was 5 years ago. I can't believe how bad this place has gone downhill. Bathrooms were gross, feces on toilet seats, urinals clogged, showers were muddy. The soap dispensers were empty or didn't work. Toilets were loose so everytime you sat down you felt like it was going to break, no toilet paper. I can't even fit my breakfast comments into this po

Pretty typical KOA campground. Enjoyed the location and some amenities. Wish the communal kitchen had grills, the bathroom in the pool house smelled strongly of mold, bathrooms could use more frequent checks (ran out of soap, multiple stalls needed cleaning), and the screens/doors of the cabin 140 could use repair to seal the cabin better.

The women’s bathrooms near the office always had a terrible smell no matter what time of day or night we went in there. Here are two suggestions: put air fresheners in the restrooms. Also, put toilet seat liners in your bathroom stalls. It would save you all the extra toilet paper guests are using to line the seats and would prevent the clogs from happening.

We stayed in a little cabin. It was perfect for my son, granddaughter and me. It was clean. The staff was helpful and delightful. My son's luggage was delivered to the front office from the airport the following day. They were very accommodating! Loved it there!

The place looks nice on the website but experience poor quality amenities. The showers were always filthy with lots of hair and mold on the shower curtains. The cabin had terrible mattresses, never been to prison but I imagine that is the type of mattress they get in prison! Would not stay here again unless I own my RV.

The only recommendation I would make is to put families together when there are multiple bookings and not charge an additional $50 to do it. We are already paying a hotel price and bringing our own bedding and walking to a bathroom. It would have been more enjoyable if we had been closer together. Otherwise this was a great place.

The check-in staff was friendly. We stayed in a 2 room cabin and it was exactly what we were expecting. The play facilities for the kids was awesome. As was the on-site ice cream stand. Our only complaint were the neighbors who were noisy until almost midnight.

Last minute reservation. Got a cabin without a/c but I didn’t ask. A screen door would be great for air flow. The shower was filthy. Not just from the days use. The shower curtain had yellow scum up it & looked like it wasn’t changed out or cleaned in months. The shower itself had the same yellow scum all around the base. The floor itself was filthy & I cleaned it myself before walking on it.

The cabin was safe and clean. There was power and outside water- but no refrigerator, microwave, or any pillows or blankets like at other KOAs. I suppose they get such a volume of guests they can't accommodate the work of cleaning those things. The biggest issue was the complete lack of any first aid or local medical care. My son sprained his thumb badly. No bandages or ice packs or anything!

We had a cabin with a view and an RV site. We enjoyed the playground and kids activities such as bike/scooter parade, tie dye, and mining over July 4th week. The staff were friendly and ensured we had a really nice time at this KOA.

The KOA was great. Very clean grounds, staff was all super friendly and helpful. The location was great only about 15 minutes to the west gate. My only complaint was the restrooms. I've stayed at several KOAs and other campgrounds and I've never used such a dirty bathroom. It was beyond gross. Hopefully the owner will revamp them at some point

1. Please do something about the constant stink in the men’s bathroom/shower (near the office). 2. At cabin 142, change the porch lightbulb to a bulb much dimmer; not so strong. 3. Get rid of the need for a card to access the cabin. It’s a pain the door constantly locks behind you when you step out just briefly. 4. Isn’t $4 for a cup of coffee a bit expensive? This is not Starbucks.

My grandson and I stayed in the $131.00 (233) cabin from 7.4.26 to 7.07.26 and it had plenty of room and we had both windows open and was not cold. A park employee showed us where our cabin is which was helpful. The only negative I have is the shower in the bathroom above the cabin. Been here several times and it's always been good. Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is it's very expensive. The prices are obviously due to the location next to Yellowstone, but IMO it's too much. They always seem to be pretty much sold out though!
