Cabin was great and so was the staff. My complaints would be that the wood is over priced (you can go down the street to buy a bundle for $5) and the pool water was cold and had a ridiculous amount of chemicals. The water was cloudy and gross.

The cabins were the expected floor plan. The grounds were kept neat and clean. The mattresses were very thin compared to other KOAs, and very uncomfortable. The smoke alarms appeared to need updating. The cooking accommodations were nice but old. It was very nice to have a community area for cooking and socializing with other campers. Restrooms were clean but needed some updating.

Loved the facilities at this KOA, the cooking island was so convenient, stovetop and sink being so close cleanup was super easy. Haven’t seen this setup at other KOA’s I’ve stayed at. I really liked having it available.

Easy to find, just out of town. Virtually no noise, other than the local cow! Very clean. All staff pleasant and professional.

I felt that you food service has declined tremendously over the last two years. You used to have a several nice options for dinner and breakfast now it's all pretty much microwaved pre-made food. The breakfast egg sandwich was not at all tasty. We skipped the dinner all together when another couple told us that the pizza was basic at best. Please consider upgrading your food services.

The cabin was so cozy and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The campground itself was very clean. I can't wait to come again!

I get this is a campground but we paid over $300 a night for a cabin with a disgustingly dirty floor. It had clearly not been swept or mopped prior to our arrival. The entire cabin felt dirty. We addressed this with the front desk and they couldn’t care less. Disappointing in every way. First and last time ever at a KOA.

I would say my only concern was the bathroom near our cabin never had any soap in it and toilet paper was often and o mean often gone

I stayed at this location 10 years ago and it's still great, better actually! I do feel the staff need to do a better job of keeping up with toilet paper and soap in the bathrooms. We always bring our own just in case, but it's an amenity and should be checked/filled daily. The staff is amazing, helpful & kind!!

Our only real complaint is that the bathrooms were not clean. I left a hair tie in one shower stall and it was there the next day over 24hrs later. Other than that, great visit.

Site did not advertise there is no fridge of any size, no Keurig, no microwave. State there are heaters in rooms and that is it.

We missed the wonderful full breakfasts that we have enjoyed during our prior stays. It's too late for this year, but please consider bringing full breakfasts (not just breakfast sandwiches) back next year!

I had a great stay and my cabin and the local facilities were perfect as my daily basecamp for all my hiking activities in the NF areas. All personnel I encountered or engaged with were extremely pleasant professional and helpful. Just was a very enjoyable trip and KOA stay. Thank you to everyone!

Only stayed one night as we were traveling through but loved the indoor swimming pool and that the laundry was open 24/7. A nice place to stay when visiting Yellowstone.

So much fun! We splurged on a Deluxe Cabin. It was great to come back to that after a long day of seeing a lot of Yellowstone/Grand Teton. My partner had never been to a KOA and he loved it! We definitely want to come back at some point in a future summer and do it all over again!

Easy access to Yellowstone and the town of West Yellowstone. We enjoyed the onsite ice cream, and the store was well stocked too. My kids enjoyed renting the bikes and I would recommend going to the nearby rodeo!

Great stay, fantastic location, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. I know every KOA is different and provides amenities and facilities differently. The only suggestion I would have is to consider providing small dorm refrigerators and a small microwave. Having access to these two things at other KOA locations is very helpful. No complaints though - just a suggestion :)

Cabins were nice,could use new mattress thow,have to watch your head on the out side of the cabin foof corners im 5-5 and hit my head going to my truck,baths should probably be cleaned twice a day in heavy traffic days.fire wood prices were a little high in my opinion .but all in all its a great family experience

Camping for a week 1,315 miles from home, we are bound to forget something and they had them right at the camp shop! Bathrooms were nice, and they had enough to where there wasn't a wait! Having a coffe stand, pizza, and ice cream was awesome! Loved all the amenities! Amazing location and loved the short distance to the West Yellowstone Town!

The campground was nice but the restrooms and showers could definitely use an update. Also, beds in the cabins were hard as a rock and so painful to sleep on. You definitely need to bring some padding or an air mattress..

Stay was great. Site was good. Little cabin for family member was great. Miss the evening BBQ dinners and morning outdoor breakfasts, though. That was one of our favorite things and we’re very disappointed to see that you stopped doing that. Didn’t like having to go into town with all of the construction delays both ways to get food.

First time at KOA and it was great. We did a cabin which was perfect. The amenities offered for families was wonderful. Not all KOA’s offer the same amenities. I will say the room could be better kept up with as well as the restrooms.

There weren’t any biting bugs when I went. I don’t know how you achieved that but even next to a field of cows there were not excessive flies nor were there many spiders and I never saw a biting fly nor a mosquito. It was wonderful. We stayed four nights in a primitive cabin and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our two children loved the playground and jumping pillow. We tried swimming once, but the water was just a little too chilly for our kids. The bathrooms and showers were okay, but they could use more cleanings throughout the day and night. We liked the setup of the upper bathrooms better than the lower bathrooms.

The cabin, facilities, and grounds were clean, the amenities were fantastic. Did not like that this campground chose to resurface the entrance/parking lot during the busiest time of the year, that was very frustrating. Also, our cabin was located right next to US-20, the noise from nighttime traffic kept us up most the night. I felt bad for all the tent campers in that area.

Been here several times and it's always been good. Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is it's very expensive. The prices are obviously due to the location next to Yellowstone, but IMO it's too much. They always seem to be pretty much sold out though!
