Camping for a week 1,315 miles from home, we are bound to forget something and they had them right at the camp shop! Bathrooms were nice, and they had enough to where there wasn't a wait! Having a coffe stand, pizza, and ice cream was awesome! Loved all the amenities! Amazing location and loved the short distance to the West Yellowstone Town!

This Park is absolutely perfect. Staff is very freinedly and accommodating. Clean facilities and very spacious. This is my second time staying at this park and will be back in the future!!

The campground was nice but the restrooms and showers could definitely use an update. Also, beds in the cabins were hard as a rock and so painful to sleep on. You definitely need to bring some padding or an air mattress..

Booked a tent site with electric. When we showed up we found our site did not have gravel bad. Mostly a small gravel area to park the car. All tent sites with electric were 20 feet from the road with only a wire barrier between road and tents. The noise from traffic was so terrible. We ended up cutting our stay short and leaving a day earlier.

Stay was great. Site was good. Little cabin for family member was great. Miss the evening BBQ dinners and morning outdoor breakfasts, though. That was one of our favorite things and we’re very disappointed to see that you stopped doing that. Didn’t like having to go into town with all of the construction delays both ways to get food.

Campsite was great and the restrooms were clean, but the same cannot be said for the showers. There were balls of hair, mud, people’s old shampoo bottles, qtips strewn on the floor, and someone’s old loofah sitting on the ground. The bathrooms are “cleaned as needed”, with the amount of people staying at this KOA it should be at least twice a day if not more.

First time at KOA and it was great. We did a cabin which was perfect. The amenities offered for families was wonderful. Not all KOA’s offer the same amenities. I will say the room could be better kept up with as well as the restrooms.

Road trip with preteen grandkids and their dog. We picked this place for kid and dog amenities and utilities and proximity to Yellowstone. All needs were met. Our check in staff wasn’t too friendly, but checkout lady was bubbly and nice. Only complaint is that the pool was very dirty and cold.

Unfortunately, my truck broke down, so I was not able to explore the area or Yellowstone very much. But I met several lovely people & enjoyed my stay.

The campground is well kept with lots of trees. Fun bicycles to rent for kids and families, coffee hut in the morning and ice cream in the evening.

This park was very friendly and contains amenities that we needed like washing machines and dryers to take care of our clothes. Staff are helpful and very friendly. It made our visit to Yellowstone so fun!

There weren’t any biting bugs when I went. I don’t know how you achieved that but even next to a field of cows there were not excessive flies nor were there many spiders and I never saw a biting fly nor a mosquito. It was wonderful. We stayed here for a few days to explore Yellowstone. The staff is great. The location was under construction at the time both in the property and outside of it as well. The showers could have been cleaner. Overall we thought it was good.

Great campground. Beds were quite hard, but nothing terrible. Good amenities. Special mention to the staff- they were all above and beyond with friendliness and providing assistance. Will definitely stay here again

We stayed four nights in a primitive cabin and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our two children loved the playground and jumping pillow. We tried swimming once, but the water was just a little too chilly for our kids. The bathrooms and showers were okay, but they could use more cleanings throughout the day and night. We liked the setup of the upper bathrooms better than the lower bathrooms.

Construction ruined multiple days of our trip, pool was closed multiple days, internet didn't work half the time. Toilet clogged and overflowing at pool.

The cabin, facilities, and grounds were clean, the amenities were fantastic. Did not like that this campground chose to resurface the entrance/parking lot during the busiest time of the year, that was very frustrating. Also, our cabin was located right next to US-20, the noise from nighttime traffic kept us up most the night. I felt bad for all the tent campers in that area.

We were there in August along with lots of families having a last fun vacation before school started and this is when they decided to have their lot resurfaced. Construction workers were screaming at children riding bikes to get off the road, driving skid steers through campsites and making a huge racket for hours on end. “Grill” served frozen pizzas and wings only at ridiculously high price

We loved the park. Big issue the dog area too small. That really can't be called K9 since we have stayed at other KOA's that accommodate more than 2 or 3 dogs at a time. It is very unkept. Play structure right next to it that went unused where it can be expanded. Kids crashing into each other while riding the karts you rent should be supervised. $6.75 for a loaf of bread?? Kathy is a GEM thanks!!!

Poor stay. Had far more people parade thru our $150 site on foot and bikes at all hours than in 2 years of full timing combined. Partly inconsiderate guests but poor park design as well with long rows and NO cross paths to bath house. Showers in need of maintenance and deep cleaning. Construction in and just outside the park were real inconvenience with no consideration offered. $7 laundry…

It is a great campground with many resort assets. But a couple of issues while staying there. 1. There was an issue with one of the staff that was less that helpful or friendly. Further, she was wearing a name badge without her name. 2. The bathrooms were dirty. Even immediately after the cleaners finished. There was trash on floor, wads of hair in the drain, dirt on the walls. It was reported.

I've come to this koa for many years, this year, I was extremely disappointed to find that the grill that makes breakfast eggs, sausage, pancakes, bacon, and dinner, hamburgers, hot dogs, etc. Has been removed and replaced with relatively cheap, frozen breakfast, sandwiches and frozen Pizza that needs to be microwaved.. This is a big mistake.I we'll need to give serious consideration to returning.

We had a back in site in the back shaded part of the park planned but they moved us to a road side site. This was not great. The road side sites are edged by a wet swampy area. The sites are sunny, the road noise was tough and road construction created even more noise and dust. Last part is not their fault but a reality. Aside from that the place was great! Nice people nice facility.

Staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, efficient. The campground was clean, safe, well kept. Why a 3? KOA management/leadership lied about the cabin. We reserved and paid for a 2-bedroom delluxe with full kitchen, as described on-line. We got a 1-bedroom with kitchenette. Sofa bed in kitchen makes it a 2-bedroom? In fact there are no 2-bedroom cabins. Why does KOA blatantly misrepresent?

Been here several times and it's always been good. Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is it's very expensive. The prices are obviously due to the location next to Yellowstone, but IMO it's too much. They always seem to be pretty much sold out though!
