The campground was beautiful & well maintained, with plenty of amenities for adults, kids, & pets. The staff here are all outstanding! Super helpful and friendly, going above & beyond to make our stay incredible. Hands down, the best interaction with staff we have ever had, at any place we have ever stayed. By the time we left, KOA staff felt like family! We hope to see you all again next summer!

Extremely close sites. Fire ring was about 2 ft from our RV so we couldn't use it. Paid for deluxe patio site. Swing broken and not useable. Workers in the park extremely rude other than the woman that checked us in and the coffee cabin woman. Everyone else was so unfriendly or just rude

Fantastic! Especially Staff. The more I mixed things up and got things wrong the faster and better they sorted them out thank you wonderful first vacation.

“Upgraded” sites were unlevel. The premium patio sites were quite unlevel and narrow. Water pressure was very low as well (35-40psi)

We had a fantastic stay! The kids loved the playground and other available activities. We rented a deluxe cabin and two trailer sites, all of which where in great condition. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was fabulous!! Don in particular was so friendly and attentive, he really made our stay even more fantastic with his friendly mannerism and making sure we had everything we needed. Britnie in the store was incredible as well, super friendly when we checked in as well as store visits. And listening to the others in the store interact with guests, they were amazing as well.

We were happy with our spot and really enjoyed amenities provided. Hot breakfast fresh coffee indoor pool awesome playground and friendly staff. We will be back!

Tiffany was incredibly helpful! We stayed in a cabin and the bed frame was horrible, and Tiffany tried to help us move to a different cabin. We ended up solving the problem ourselves. There was another staff member who was rather snippy with us, I didn't interact long enough to get her name, but Tiffany was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Otherwise great stay overall.

It was very nice but your sides need to work to be leveling. They are uneven parking area. Have trouble parking in my RV overall is a nice place to stay.

This is my second time at West Gate KOA. It is clean, friendly and a perfect jumping off point for YNP. I love the amenities and kid friendly activities. The cabin was very nice for my family.

The RV Park does such a nice job accommodating a large number of guests while granting each camper a defined and sufficient space to call your own. The park crew kept the camp sites looking nice and clean for each new patron. Yellowstone Park/West Gate KOA is one of KOA's best.

Large campground with nice facilities. Good location to west Yellowstone and has friendly staff. Due to it being such a large facility, bathrooms should be cleaned more regularly. Have a lovely common area for cooking. Unfortunate that electric cook tops didn’t work well.

Wonderful staff, great little coffee shack and grill. The only reason for downgrades is due to a needed and in process upgrades to laundry and shower facilities. I suspect this will soon be complete making this KOA an exceptional place to visit.

Amazing KOA!! Nice office/store, laundry facilities, and heated pool! Love that the store and pool stay open until 10pm. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The view and location in the state was terrific. Tiffany at the desk was delightful. The store was nice and had a lot of items. Other staff wasn’t helpful nor smiled. The cost was expensive for the lot we were given.

The West Gate KOA was lovely. Large mature shade trees. An indoor pool that was wonderful. Playground areas, K9 areas...everything was meticulously clean. The location is just 6 minutes from West Yellowstone and the entrance to the park. The campground is large and the spaces pretty close together, but we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. I'm sure we'll be back.

Our site had very fine dirt that got everywhere, but at least it was level and shaded. There is very little room between sites, I was connecting my drain pipe in my neighbor's living space. The bathroom was a horror show: hot and steamy from the showers, two of the toilet stalls were clogged and overflowing. Staff fixed it within an hour. WiFi is really fast.

The location was super convenient to Yellowstone, and the camp was clean! However, camping in a large tent and assigned a site right next to the main highway created endless noise and lack of sleep for all in our party. We unfortunately were there for three nights, which meant sleep was sacrificed by all.

We really enjoyed our stay at your campground. The facilities were really good, the coffee shed in the morning was so good we had been missing a good latte. The staff were so helpful in particular Del was so good providing us with information and help. Big shout out to Del great guy.

Our kids loved the indoor pool. The playground was great as well. I wish there were more benches to sit on while the kids played. The showers could be improved and were the least favorite part of the campground. The store, laundry, and ice cream stand were some of the other amenities we appreciated.

We stayed 5 nights in RV. The bathroom near us was cleaned, "As needed." 2 of the 3 soap dispensers were empty for 3 days, toilet paper scraps were scattered on the floor, which was dirty and the showers were very small not cleaned and with poor water pressor. We paid $155.00/ night for full hook-up Peddle bike seats were not secure on many. Over rated and over-paid!!! Stay elsewhere.

The KOA was pleasant, and the price was good. However, the bathroom does not seem to be handicap conducive. My friend's flip-flop got caught on the raised floor in the bathroom, falling and cracking a rib. It kind of put a damper on the rest of the trip. Also, I was charged for two bundles of wood that were 12. 50 each. I contacted the office about it and haven't heard back from them yet.

Great discount for staying 5 nights! We enjoyed that it was close to the west entrance to Yellowstone, but not in town. Clean environment, lots of fun for the kids! Large pool and grassy camping spot. We were near the main road, but didn't feel it was too loud. Friendly staff. They were remodeling the showers. Laundry room was great too! Store prices were high, so make sure to come stocked!

Space was clean and well manicured. Utilities all worked very well. Staff seemed over worked, might need more help as they offer alot of different activities. Showers and bathrooms at the main lodge were very clean and updated. Could serve there coffee shack coffee till a later time of 9:30, and I wasn't the only guest thinking that.

The Yellowstone Park / West Gate KOA is a beautiful campground with RV, cabin, and tent sites. Our patio site featured mature pine trees, a swing, and a picnic table. Amenities included an indoor pool, dog park, camp store, coffee shop, and ice cream stand. Its location just minutes from Yellowstone's West Entrance made it an ideal base for exploring the park. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

The park is truly one of the gems of the national parks system. Allow at least two full days to explore all of the wonders. A must go for everyone.
