2nd time here. Low ratings because clearly they had end of season staffing who were ready to go. The facilities were not clean (showers had dirt/hair clumps/etc all in them; toilets were rarely cleaned with feces stuck on them; etc…) laundry room smelled like smoke due to visitors smoking n room. Just wasn’t a good example of how this park was last time. That said, staff was cordial/helpful.

Due to highway construction, there were were semi-trucks jake braking all night long very close to our tents. It was EXTREMELY loud. Got ear plugs and made it through the next few nights; however, staff really should have warned us. Otherwise, nice campground, clean showers, friendly staff :)

Nice park. Spaces are a bit tight. Staff is courteous and pleasant. Showers could use cleaning and updating. Men’s bathroom just ok and could definitely use some bleach. The smell of urine is not a great impression to new client campers

Large campground. Our pull through site required me to unhook my tow vehicle. Site was very close to other sites. Very nice bathrooms and showers located at office. Other locations good, but not as good. At the time, all merchandise at the campground was 35% off forced of season. Except beer. But included, wood, ice, propane. Close to West Yellowstone and West Yellowstone National Park entrance.

It was an awesome experience!! We were a late check in which made it hard to find the spot, but we finally did and got set up. Had a great night's sleep!! Everyone was super nice and helpful!! The camp was surprisingly quiet for as many people was there. We have stayed at many camps, and this was without a doubt the friendliest KOA to date.

Road construction right outside the campground added to the normal road noise for those of us in sites “up front”. We didn’t request a different campsite when we realized this would be a problem. Clean, really nice staff and great location!

Bathrooms and showers were pretty gross, showers smelt like pee. The actual KOA was wonderful. We had our firewood taken by a cleaner at like 8am the morning of checkout which was frustrating because it wasn’t really burnt and we could have easily taken it to our next site.

Half of the park was empty but we were given a spot all the way up by the mechanic building and gravel mounds. The only working bathrooms since the others were closed were in the admin bldg a bit away from us. They were crowded and not so clean because do many people were using them

Stayed here while visiting Yellowstone. Park was very tight entering and leaving. Park staff were very helpful. Park was a little farther from West Yellowstone itself than I would have liked.

The park is really nice. It was lowered on score because the park was so tight. My truck barely fit with the camper on the spot.

Great location for Yellowstone West gate area. Amenities were nice although we only used the laundry room. Staff was kind. VERY busy with lots of turnover daily! Reason I didn't give it a 10 is that the cost is extremely high but that seems to be the norm for the area.

We had a great stay at this KOA! The staff were friendly & helpful, check-in was a breeze, and the campground amenities were great! Not sure why all the cabins were boarded up, but I liked the option to have friends/family stay there if we ever visit Yellowstone again. I hope the cabins will be available again in the future.

Great location to visit the oark. But it needs update. Worst shower of our trip. It was 34 degrees in the morning and the heat was not turned on. Cleanliness was suspect. Fan sounded like a helicopter and did not help with venting the smell. Shared toilets and showers in same room. Did not like at all. All services shut down after labor day. Dog pen did not have poop station for convenience.

The showers were filthy dirty in the women’s in the main check-in building and the mattresses in cabin 226 were extremely hard. The check in lady was nice. The wood was good and got brought to our site.

Staff worked diligently to ensure cleanliness of bathrooms and shower areas. Bathrooms were always clean but not showers. This was no fault of staff but from other campers. It was cold in the mornings when we stayed here but the facilities were nice and warm. The laundry facilities were a bit overpriced at $7 per load.

Stayed 4 days as our base camp for Yellowstone National Park. Campground was nice, clean with the hookups we needed. Everyone was nice, friendly. Thankyou!

Great place close to the entrance. Sites fairly level. Only thing I can say is we are out walking the dogs at night and golf cart employee flew by full speed. Courtesy would be to slow down when approaching guest after dark.

Space so uneven & sloped to one side, leveling was a nightmare & this was a premiere patio site. Trees scraped roof. Someone dispatched to trim trees so we could even pull in. Patio swing warped & splintered. Park generally not cared for. Advertised cafe closed. The in our opinion does not rate Holiday status. Would not stay again or recommend at those prices.

Great location a few miles from the West gate of the park. We stayed in a deluxe cabin which had everything we needed. The cabin was not heated but space heaters took the AM chill off.

Greeted with a warm smile by Shelley (?) & the offer to have Matt escort us to our site. He then proceeded to get us kindling & firewood. The showers were clean, hot water was plentiful & warm. Lynda in the shop was very pleasant & efficient.. Overall it was a very pleasant, relaxing stay. Thank you to all the employees for their dedication & welcoming demeanor.

We are 70+ year old ladies and had a camping cabin. The cabin was fine and clean, and the beds were ok, though they’re hard, so bring padding if you need. The people in the store/check-in were extremely helpful and friendly. Our only complaint is that it was a lot g way to the main bathroom from our cabin, and the other bathroom was closed.

All was good except someone late in the evening when everyone was trying to get ready for bed clogged the men's toilet and it started to overflow and didn't stop. There was a puddle of ��00 water that covered half the men's room. I couldn't reach the urinals. I tried to contact someone, but got hung up on. It was still swampy in the morning. And when they cleaned it up it didn't smell like bleach

The staff was great and gave us an upgrade to a patio suite. Place was clean and quiet. Grounds crew was very nice also. We will be back again!

It was nice but our cabin floor was really dirty. I didn't pack supplies to clean that level Of grime. The bathrooms were decently clean. I appreciated the staff. Very kind.

Been here several times and it's always been good. Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is it's very expensive. The prices are obviously due to the location next to Yellowstone, but IMO it's too much. They always seem to be pretty much sold out though!
