Great campground and location. Our site was a little muddy and held water when it rained. The bathrooms and showers were a little outdated and dirty. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great campground with many amenities! Was surprised they allowed fireworks in the campground on the 4th of July! That was my only issue! Other than that would stay again just not on the 4th.

My grandson and I stayed in the $131.00 (233) cabin from 7.4.26 to 7.07.26 and it had plenty of room and we had both windows open and was not cold. A park employee showed us where our cabin is which was helpful. The only negative I have is the shower in the bathroom above the cabin. The shower had mold on the shower curtain and under the matt, and the shower head hardly had any water coming o

Everything except the weather was great! Great staff! Good size spaces. The Paw Pens are great for travelers with dogs!

The restrooms were very busy and it would have been better with more. The price of firewood was very high for poor quality wood.

TY for site change on holiday weekend. Suggest spraying water on road to keep dust down. Too many crows. Helpful staff especially Sheelie. Would camp there again if ever close by.

This was my 1st time camping in USA, and based on this experience, it will likely be my last. It rained on 27,28 & 29th. The campsite was completely waterlogged. While I understand that weather is beyond your control, it is reasonable to expect a KOA location, given its reputation, to have proper drainage or contingency measures in place. This is unacceptable and significantly affected our stay.

Nice clean and shady park, but farther from west entrance than expected, pizza places in west Yellowstone won’t deliver. Speed limits in park not enforced at all, including staff on golf carts. Would stay again if no other parks available in area.

Nice big park, enjoyed the pool and walking around. Good location to Yellowstone. Friendly staff. RV spaces had sufficient space. Downside, other people seemed to like cutting thru your site rather than walking on the road or cutting thru a site that was not being used. Very rude! Maybe add something to your rules or suggestions to being a better camping neighbor.

Positives: Tent site was big. Indoor swimming pool, playground, bounce pad, fun kid activities, on-site food, coffee, and ice cream were great. Negatives: Our tent site was in a swamp, the grass was always wet. Tent site was right next to Highway 20 with constant traffic day and night. A good night’s sleep was impossible when it sounded like semi-trucks were going to come right through our tent.

The park is great. It was quite the challenge to get our trailer level. We were in site #572. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It’s located just a few minutes from Yellowstone.

I am coming to the conclusion that KOA’s are catering to RV’s and big rigs. That’s ok but not totally to the detriment of tents. The staff here was the BEST of any KOA we’ve stayed. Rob and Griz was very nice and one other sorry don’t remember name. All were very helpful.

Everything was fun but the bathrooms were awful! How often are they checked? The showers were horrible and very unsanitary! My grandson had toilet overflow on him! Please check the bathrooms more often.

Enjoyed our stay in the camping cabin at Yellowstone Park/West Gate KOA. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Our dog enjoyed the dog park. We spent most of our days at Yellowstone National Park, and did not take advantage of the many amenities that were offered, but appreciated that they were available. This park is great and not to far from the West Entrance of Yellowstone.

3rd of July stay and needless to say the campground was full. Checking process was easy and there are concierge to show you where you are staying. Big KOA. Lots to offer for everyone! Will plan a return trip and stay longer!

Site was on a hill. Gravel was soft and trailer tires dug in while manuveriing to set up. Sites very close. Septic for the next door site was right near our patio and table. Restrooms were not very clean.

The only thing that was acceptable about this KOA was its proximity to the park. When we arrived our site had litter from the previous guest and very apparently had not been clean before our arrival. While camping I saw two different sites where the guests left and no one came by to clean them before the next arrivals. We had a great time. The campground is wonderful. Our only complaint was we paid for a tent spot with shade and some how ended up with the only spot without shade. It was toasty out and had no where to cool off except our car.

The community amenities and activities were fabulous. Staff was very friendly. Our cabin was okay. The shower was not great. Even just a new head would make a big difference. And the sofa bed was horribly uncomfortable. My kids had some rough sleep.

Restroom and Shower facilities were a mess. Most spaces are packed together way too tight. This place is a bad reflection of the KOA brand.

We have heard about HOAs for a long time and this was our first time at one. We surely were not disappointed and completely enjoyed our stay. The amenities, kids activities were top class. The staff at the store went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. Thanks and keep up the good work. We will be back!!

The showers needed more cleaning, and the men’s toilets had some issues leaving only one toilet operational. Upon check in we were told someone would take us to our cabin but no one ever did so we found it ourselves. The campground had lots of activities and we felt welcomed. Just needs a bit more TLC when it comes to guest services and a hr public areas.

The campground was nice as it had a pool and big playground for the kids. The cabins were good but the beds were very uncomfortable, would recommend updating the mattresses to something better to sleep on.

Quiet hours were not enforced. Bathrooms and showers were very dirty every day with an accompanying smell. Toilets, soap dispensers, etc. were out of order with no repair. The laundry was easy to use and convenient.

The grounds were clean. The location was great. The staff were friendly. The showers could have been cleaner. The shower curtains need changing. Smelled like urine. No such thing as grace period when leaving. We were all packed cabins locked just standing outside talking about where we were going next it was 6 after 11AM. We were told to leave or pay another day. Check in is after 2PM

Been here several times and it's always been good. Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is it's very expensive. The prices are obviously due to the location next to Yellowstone, but IMO it's too much. They always seem to be pretty much sold out though!
