Very clean and comfortable. Very nice place for families. Bed’s I’m the bunkhouse are as comfortable as can be expected… ��� Bison burgers are YUMMY!

This was our first time staying at a KOA and this one was really great! Friendly employees and lots of activities for kids.

It’s a solid park, but showing its age and lack of reinvestment. Prices are outrageous all things considered, but people are willing to pay it. They don’t take cash at the breakfast or dinner, card only. Turning off the highway is a huge safety risk. It’s an acceptable choice if no other options exist.

All but 1 thing regarding this KOA is PERFECT for our family. Simple food offerings, great campsites, location is easy access to town but away from it all! BUT, Yellowstone is tough for dog owners. It’d be great to creat some space for large Off-Leash dogs to play. The two dog areas are tiny. Dogs need to run free, chase balls, and play hard after being leashed all day in the park. Please??

We were tent camping. We were assigned a campsite that was next to the entrance and bike rental. I had read that there was an isolated tent area, but we were in the middle of cabins and noisy kids. We.later discovered that there were unused tent camping areas away from the busy area. We were unable to understand why we had been given a site in the middle of congestion. Very friendly staff, easy check in. Clean pool, showers and bathrooms. The playground and bikes were a lot of fun for the kids. Firewood and ice, drink refills, fudge and ice cream, and the "Patio BBQ" were awesome to have available. Really liked the location, close to town to get gas, dinner, go shopping, or getting in to the park. Thank you for letting our big group (28) get together for meals.

Whoever manages this KOA, great job to you and your entire staff. This KOA is one of the largest that I've been too and the operation was flawless. I witnessed this as our cabin was close to the office. Kudos to the entire staff, from clean facilities to friendly smiling employees. If I'm in West Yellowstone again I'll be back there for sure. Very convenient KOA next to West Yellowstone. That being said it is a nice RV park with a few exceptions. Only issues were 4 of the 10 dryers were broken so it took some waiting to do laundry. The wifi also is pretty picky, I suspect they don’t reboot their router nightly so it did not connect for all 6 of our family on any device.

The way the site was made when you step out of your RV your steps are on the wood bulk head and it’s at least a foot drop from there to the ground. Kinda dangerous for us old folks. Staff was courteous. Had to find our own site since everyone went to lunch at the sametime.

The view was nice, staff was great, definitely out dated and in need of up grades. Brochure doesn't match the amenities like the BBQ menu, no mini golf, not all roads are paved and showing its age.

Remembering this is Yellowstone, the campground was packed (until the Grizzly bear showed up and lessened the population by about 40%). The showers and bathrooms were surprisingly well keopt up given the horde of people there. Kids in the playground CONSTANTLY from 0900-2200. NOISE, NOISE, NOISE. Dog Parkds: southern one = F-. Northern one = C+. Small, dirt, packed with dogs. Laundry was a B.

Very friendly campground! Stayed in a cabin for the week. Very clean. Showers/bathrooms were always in great clean shape. Staff was always friendly and greeting you, asking if all was good. Pool was a nice touch for the kids! The food was always the best and plentiful in the grill. Will definitely be back. Super close to all that we needed in area.

We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. The bathrooms could use an update, but we understand that the KOA just changed ownership and needs some updates. Next time we'll bring our own trailer and amenities and stay longer. The only issue we encountered is that we were told we would have to pay an extra $50 to have the four cabins we reserved be placed near one another. Not cool.

It was well kept. All amenities are well maintained and cleaned. The kids had a blast with everything they had to offer. There were a few staff members who needed some training on making future reservations. Other than that, they were helpful and friendly. Great spot!

Cabin was great! Lots of trees for shade! Bathrooms were nice for camp bathrooms! Loved that there was a well stocked camp store and restaurant and ice cream stand and indoor swimming pool! Great amenities!

Nice park, slots were a little small and hard to back into. People on staff were very nice and helpful, they kept things fairly clean. We felt like it was pricey but it is Yellowstone National Park after all.

I loved the location and the staff were great!! However, the space was not level, so I had a very hard time trying to get it leveled, but was unsuccessful! :(

Six miles to Yellowstone west gate entrance, so very convenient. Food and ice cream are offered. Cable available on specific sites only but sites may not be level due to the hilly terrain. For not use any of the facilities, so can not comment on those.

KAI needs a raise she is amazing. Thank you Kai for making our vacation one to remember! She was amazing considering everything all the staff encountered with the bear and having to cancel all tent reservations.. My only negative was us having to sleep in our car the first night of our 6 day reservation as nothing was available.

Great activities to keep the kids entertained. Little one was obsessed with the jump pad. Awesome little outdoor cafe that came in handy when we realized we forgot to pack the hot dogs. Awesome camp store.

West Yellowstone holds you captive to very few options. That being said this KOA knows it and is mediocre at best. Bathrooms/showers dirty. Laundry room strangely messy and dirty. Definitely not cleaned regularly. They could do better and should. Staff was very nice. A kid friendly atmosphere.

So much to do! The staff was nice and helpful. The pool was large and the kids enjoyed the jump pad and playground. They had dinners and breakfasts available daily and the portions were huge! We loved the ice cream stand as well. WELL STOCKED store. Spots are typical KOA these days - but a bit more room than normal. Also didn't charge a separate charge for kids -Welcome change- THANK YOU!!!!
