Bathrooms were filthy and not cleaned for days. Staff unhelpful and unfriendly. Our 4th KOA on our trip and the worst. Never stay there again.

The park and staff were great but I could not rate the park higher than a 3 due the bathroom/shower conditions. The showeres were disgusting and the bathrooms drastically need some updates. We made due and the park definetly was great overall. They really need to address the cleanliness of the showers and bathrooms.

Great location, close to the park. The location was busy so my only recommendation is clean the restrooms and check supplies more frequently.

We really enjoyed the friendly people running this camp. It was quiet, great for teen kids - with pedal go carts to drive around, set with amenities and a nicely stocked store, and just a few minutes from rodeo, horseback riding and other activities. The park is a few minutes drive away. The coffee cart for lattes each morning was a treat!

We had a group stay at the KOA (18 totally rentals) and this KOA was super accommodating and perfect for our group! The staff was friendly, the amenities were great and the spaces were comfortable.

I have stayed at this KOA many times, both in RV/Tent sites and in the camping cabins. I was very disappointed in the most recent trip. The restrooms needed cleaning, at times it was difficult to find a usable toilet/shower stall. The cafe went from a great breakfast cooked on a griddle to service station breakfast burritos warmed in a toaster oven. So disappointed I am going to look elsewhere.

Not a very well managed and appears there is no housekeeping staff for the bathhouses or the cabins. The worse KOA we have ever used. However, the location for the park was convenient. We will not stay there again!

Have been staying here for many years. Last time was 5 years ago. I can't believe how bad this place has gone downhill. Bathrooms were gross, feces on toilet seats, urinals clogged, showers were muddy. The soap dispensers were empty or didn't work. Toilets were loose so everytime you sat down you felt like it was going to break, no toilet paper. I can't even fit my breakfast comments into this po

Pretty typical KOA campground. Enjoyed the location and some amenities. Wish the communal kitchen had grills, the bathroom in the pool house smelled strongly of mold, bathrooms could use more frequent checks (ran out of soap, multiple stalls needed cleaning), and the screens/doors of the cabin 140 could use repair to seal the cabin better.

Bathrooms were disgusting. Seemed to always have several clogged toilets no matter what time of day. Showers were not much better. Neither were not checked or cleaned enough. Staff did not seem very friendly or welcoming. Spot was nice but the picnic tables were so uncomfortable to sit at for very long. Liked location.

The staff was rude and the bathrooms were disgusting every day of our stay. The only reason it gets above a one star is because of the proximity to the west gate.

The employees were great, very friendly. The amenities were awesome. The only issue we had was where our tent site was located. They have a majority of the tent sites next to the highway, so traffic noise was horrible. We had to purchase earplugs to try to get sleep during the night. We stayed in #124

Great place for families. There was so much to do within the campground itself. The kids never got bored. Quick drive to Yellowstone. Staff were very helpful.

The women’s bathrooms near the office always had a terrible smell no matter what time of day or night we went in there. Here are two suggestions: put air fresheners in the restrooms. Also, put toilet seat liners in your bathroom stalls. It would save you all the extra toilet paper guests are using to line the seats and would prevent the clogs from happening.

We stayed in a little cabin. It was perfect for my son, granddaughter and me. It was clean. The staff was helpful and delightful. My son's luggage was delivered to the front office from the airport the following day. They were very accommodating! Loved it there!

Very nice place to be near the West entrance of Yellowstone Park. The town is close also with many shops and good restaurants. The pool is big. But we didn't have time to get in... great koa team and a very convenient store. The only thing unusual for a koa, is very poor cleanlyness of the ladies restrooms... specially the showers... it's not acceptable. Please correct.

The Park is Ok, but there several issues with the layout of the park, you have a Class A MH or Travel trailer and next to it is a tent and multiple people on it. They should separate the primitive camping to one side and RV’s together. The other issue was the bathrooms, they were horrible, and when I asked an attendant, he said they clean them but the showers are cleaned ones a month?

Pros: Laundry facilities are all new, bathrooms and showers are clean and nice. Office staff seem nice and Store is well equipped They advertise for Great American Tours for Yellowstone, this is the best! Cons: The RV park has you all crammed in on top of each other, so much that you have to park your tow vehicle in the grass. Would not stay here again. Sites are too close together.

The place looks nice on the website but experience poor quality amenities. The showers were always filthy with lots of hair and mold on the shower curtains. The cabin had terrible mattresses, never been to prison but I imagine that is the type of mattress they get in prison! Would not stay here again unless I own my RV.

There is a tree at the entrance to the space and it makes it difficult to maneuver into the space with the trailer. Then, when pulling out the vehicle in front and the tree made it difficult.

Washer and dryer should have a sign, telling people to not leave their clothes when it’s done. Dryers need repair , 2 not working. Sign on restrooms should not say being cleaned all day. Look around.

The only recommendation I would make is to put families together when there are multiple bookings and not charge an additional $50 to do it. We are already paying a hotel price and bringing our own bedding and walking to a bathroom. It would have been more enjoyable if we had been closer together. Otherwise this was a great place.

This was our first and last stay at a KOA. Everything was so disgusting. We actually only took one shower because they were so bad. We drove elsewhere to use the restroom. I was shocked with a 4.5 rating how gross that place is.

The campground could use an ATM. The sites were shaded however very close together. They do recommend a great tour company that we utilized. Overall it was good.

The site is located right by a highway, where there is a construction taking place. Because of its proximity to the, it was so noisy. Also, campsites were placed so close to each others that it made our stay very uncomfortable.

Park is amazing, staff is superb! All facilities in good condition! The gravel drives makes for a lot of dust when people can't observe the 5 mph limit but that's not the parks fault. Would stay again when in area!!!

We use KOA often. Sadly, Yellowstone Park KOA was terrible. I'm leaving a review but don't expect much change as myself and many others talked to the front desk with no outcome. Bathrooms had no soap, no toilet paper and showers had not been cleaned in weeks. Curtains were slimy and nasty with mildew. I expected better for $117 a night. Staff generally didn't seem interested in customers stay.

Huge campground! Little shade and close sites. Sites were level and pull thru had a patio, picnic table, fire pit and swing. Well stocked camp store and laundry. Pool was perfect after a long day at Yellowstone. Would stay there again. Rodeo and horseback riding about a mile away.

The campsite fantastic, Toilets were DISGUSTING , multiple toilets on different times were filthy! Pizza and chicken nuggets( not wings) as advertised were like microwaved. Coffe/ice creame house very good. Need to have bathrooms cleaned a couple of x/day w large # people staying at that campsite.

Been here several times and it's always been good. Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is it's very expensive. The prices are obviously due to the location next to Yellowstone, but IMO it's too much. They always seem to be pretty much sold out though!
