We were placed in what appeared to be a more young family area. It was common for 8-12 yo to be out late, making noise, hitting/rocking campers, which was done to us, and setting off car alarms. We felt a little off guard from this late night activity. Other than not being able to get our tv to link with the 2.4G network and asking for assistance that never arrived, our stay was ok.

A very nice place great staff nice clean park the only bad thing was the road construction right by the park. Besides that a wonderful place to visit

Nice Big KOA Park, very friendly, Clean, great serve at coffee cartand GREAT WI-FI Service. The only thing I would Say is it a long walk around the park for those who use the Restroom / Showers. they could use some in between path to make it a little easier for tenter and campers. But overall I will be Back

The park it's self was fine. The host was nice, but the bathrooms were simply disgusting. Old is one thing, but they were just not clean. We tried early morning, late evening and midday to no avail. The campstore & playground were so nice that we were shocked at shower time.

You have a great campground, our stay was excellent, staff were great, very kind and helpful. This was my second time at this campground, and would love to come back again.

On the plus side we were able to get into a spot after our trailer wouldnt fit in the one we initially had and we were comped the added cost of changing spots. Thanks much! On the negative side we were parked under a common area flood light that kept blinking on and off every 5 minutes or so at night. We were told they couldnt do anything about it since they are all wired directly together. ???

Overall, It was great. My biggest issue was the cleanliness of the restroooms and showers. I understand it is a challenge to keep up with the use of the facilities, however, I have stayed other places who have figured it out. I would rate cleanliness a 1 or a 2

The park and amenities were nice, our spot was on a hill and the spot was not level left to right so really had to block up one side and it was sketchy. Overall it was convenient to be right by the west entrance

Great location, super convenient, and great staff. Our end site (without sewer) was fantastic and private (if you can hold on dumping until you leave). Be very careful because there are lots of families and loooooooooots of kids on tricycle/big wheels that KOA makes available for families. Be very careful because there are happy kiddos everywhere and you don't want to run them over!

Crowded, spot was so small I had to park across my spot vs backing in. No late check out available. The most expensive laundry I’ve paid ever.

The showers and bathrooms were filthy to the point that I wouldn’t use them. Grass isn’t even mowed. For the price you charge this should not be the case.

We had a great stay & enjoyed the amenities. But SHOCKED when were screamed at by KOA employee for talking 2 loud after quiet hours. We were 40+ y/o old friends reconnecting & probably being 2 loud but a "keep it down" would have sufficed. Instead a man screamed at us & threatened 2 "kick us out" & "call the cops" before peeling away in a cart. No warning at all. He woke our kids. Unprofessional!

The bathroom/shower/laundry facilities are nice. The camp store prices are ridiculous. The location of our tent site was our big problem. The sites are not very big if you have more than one tent, especially considering the back 8 feet of ours was unusable due to water from roadside ditch. Also we were right next to a busy road which was not great while trying to sleep in a tent.

Love the whole area! Love that the kids could just run around and there was so much for them to do! The only thing that was a disappointment was the large bed in the cabin was like sleeping on the ground and I didn’t get much sleep! The previous cabins I have stayed elsewhere had big thick waterproof mattress! That was my only complaint otherwise we loved the place!

We stayed in a camping cabin. It was a warm evening when we arrived and we were surprised to find out that there was no air conditioner in our cabin. It did cool off somewhat later on but we had to have the windows open, and our neighbor had left their fire going and all the smoke was coming right in our window. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable. Not a good night.

Staying at 451 was okay we had dogs that were constantly barking next to us the showers were never taken care of correctly The floor mats were greasy and slimy The floors themselves were filthy dirty The curtains for the shower were slimy as well people constantly were smoking in the bathroom The food itself was very expensive for the little amount of food that we got when I questioned the pancake

Over charging for water I was charged $15.45 for a case of water that in West Yellowstone I could buy for $5.99

I would have rated it a 5 except for the employee who screamed at our group for being too loud one night near the basic cabins, and that was before any kind of warning was given. It was completely uncalled for. Understanding there are quiet hours, but a polite reminder would have done just fine, especially for our large group which brought a significant amount of business to your campground.

While we had a pleasant stay, I wish there was more space between sites. It felt very tiight and like I was right on top of my neighbor. Laundry was exceptional. Store and employees were all great.

Was placed next to the freeway and with lots of trucks passing by. Noisy at night. The people next to me smoked marijuana and it smelled horrible. We couldn't switch site. The bathroom was always dirty. Seems like no one cleans or takes out the trash. Poop everywhere on the toilet seats almost every stall. It's crazy!

We loved the swing, on our site, and the indoor swimming pool. Loved the location. While tje drive to Old Faithful was about an hour, this was the closest camp outside of Yellowstone Park, and, I don't think we would've gotten to enjoy the town as much had we stayed inside the park. The only thing we missed was getting to see the stars, while being away from city lights, because of weather.

Most staff were friendly and helpful. I wish I would have said my trailer was 8 feet longer because the sites are short for trailers and tow vehicles. I found out after the fact that another employee gave more information to the customers she waited on, such as where to find places to eat, and other such pertinent info for their stay. The young lady that waited on us did the bare minimum.

We loved the patio and gaga ball. But there was not a ton to do here. It was off of a bumpy road with construction. We loved the proximity to the west Yellowstone ( the city and the park). But showers and pool needed better upkeep. The pool was cloudy and we didn't like that it was indoors. The showers were nasty.

Decently convenient place to stay. Close to west entrance. Bathrooms need to be cleaned daily. We were there for a week and I don’t think they got cleaned once. Same for pool bathrooms. They stunk really bad! Price is kind of high based on quality of camp ground.

Been here several times and it's always been good. Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is it's very expensive. The prices are obviously due to the location next to Yellowstone, but IMO it's too much. They always seem to be pretty much sold out though!
