Beautiful KOA!! We stayed in a cabin and had a great time. Clean restrooms and showers. Nice store with all the essentials. Will be back

Overall, we had a great stay here. Critical issue is the showers. They were filthy. Sign on the door said restroom cleaned on a necessary basis. The showers had obviously been neglected for some time. There was mold and mildew everywhere in the shower stalls-smell was awful-hair, dirt, and debris covered the floors. We felt dirtier after showering.

This cabin is perfect for a family of 4. I really appreciated that I could look at the floor plan before reserving a cabin. We took advantage of the pool after a day of visiting Yellowstone NP. This is our form of camping. KOAs with cabins should be listed as glamping. We enjoyed the space of the cabin and the outdoor area. We've stayed at Auto Camp and KOA Holiday is much better in our opinion.

Location is convenient for access to Yellowstone National Park. There are lots of activities for kids to do. I know there are a lot of people using the basic facilities however more attention to detail by the staff is needed when it comes to cleaning restrooms. We were there 4 nights and the same trash was in the showers all 4 days. With the price we paid, I expected better!

The cabin was fine but the curtains were broken. The Gaga Ball pit was loved and the playground was awesome. The laundry and bathrooms were mostly clean. The shop was really cool too.

We enjoyed our stay. Just one little hiccup at checking where they charged the wrong card. Also when I asked for a manager there was not one on duty all weekend or after hours.

We stayed peak tourism time. I get that. But this KOA is overbooked for the amount of bathrooms and showers provided. The bathrooms were in constant state of filth. The sign on the door says cleaned as needed. They are cleaned after they’re absolutely disgusting. I’m trying to be fair. We love KOAS. but this one needs some serious reflection. Either get more help, or stop taking people in.

We feel it was very expense and we stayed during the week day for 3 nites..we are from florida and it was the most expensive stop so far...

I always enjoy staying at this KOA. It wasn’t fun fighting road construction but that was being your control. I was bummed to no longer see hamburgers out chicken sandwiches on the cafe menu. I always enjoy those.

Stayed in a Deluxe Cabin. Clean & comfy. Bedding, towels, soaps provided. Includes propane grill, fire pit, outdoor table & chairs, porch swing, microwave, mini fridge w/tiny freezer portion, TV w/cable. Comfortable mattresses. No A/C, but screens on windows to let in a breeze. Store is expensive, but nice convenience. Pool, ice cream shop. 3 young adults & mom enjoyed cabin & campsite. Worth it.

Everything was great except the bathrooms. The shower curtain were never changed and they had orange mildew. There was spiderwebs all over which that doesn’t really matter. It was mostly that you can tell the bathrooms were not cleaned often enough. I was there for a week and for sure the shower curtains were not changed once. I kept seeing the same band aid in one of the showers.

Prices in the camp store are ridiculous and the roads need tending to. Too many potholes.

Not being able to charge my car there anymore is a major issue. The prices have also increased significantly and the hot tub is gone. I’ve been coming here for years but it is declining and I’m going to stay elsewhere next year.

We were in site 598. The site was barely room enough for our 5th wheel and the neighbors had so much stuff they encrouched on our site. Navigating into the site was grueling, very tight because of trees, patio, etc. Leveling, we'll that was a joke. The site was slopped side to side and back to front. And the site had a few good size pot holes. Worst KOA we've been to

Everything was so nice and clean. The bathrooms were the nicest bathrooms I’ve been in at a campground! The staff was super kind! And the free pancakes was perfect for our crew! Great campground!!

Loved the amenities for kids!! Bathrooms need to be cleaned at the beginning of the night or first thing in morning. The accumulation through the night was disgusting. Your staff clocked out but the bathroom kept getting diritier

It was great except our tent was right on the street and the sound plus the light made it hard to adjust. The campground itself was very nice.

The cabin and koa was great, all except the beds. People can not sleep in a board with a thin pad. You need real mattresses. That was truly the worst. I won’t ever recommend you guys just for that one reason.

It was a great campground and we enjoyed it especially our chance to see Yellowstone National park. We want to come back sometime in the future and spend more time here. It was well worth the stay and the campground was excellent.

The camping cabin was comfortable and had electricity with lighting I love the area and closeness to the park My last night Coyotes were close I will certainly be back The staff are great any need and advice was given with friendliness Thanks

Open fire pits at every RV site makes sitting outside and enjoying the experience very difficult. Also, the speed limit in the park is ignored by all campers and is dangerous to all the children and pedestrians.

Beautiful and easy access to Yellowstone Park. The park was clean and well organized but definitely for families. Tons of kids having fun. Lots of activities for them. Negatives -Laundry room very busy. People leaving laundry. Sites too close together. Construction with long lines make it difficult to get out of park. We won’t be back but for families it is great. Also several dogs loose.

Great location, KOA shop has a lot of essentials. Quick access to West Yellowstone entrance. Easy to use parking and hook ups. Staff was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. Only downside was the pool felt dirty and was cloudy. Overall great experience!

Absolutely loved this KOA. The location was amazing and the amenities were wonderful. We played Badminton, Horse Shoes and loved the Ice Cream Server Gal and really enjoyed our visit. The Cows Grazing behind our 5th wheel were such fun to watch. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much.

Very nice RV park has all the hook ups & great WiFi for all campers plus cabins. Only complaint is, kids 5 to 10 years old with no supervision riding bikes (rented by KOA) in the roadways while high profile vehicles & Trailers are moving, big liability!!!

The camp ground was amazing and close town of west Yellowstone and the park entrance. The Rodeo 1 mile from the KOA was one of our favorite, great for the entire family.

I wasn't informed about an additional fee to ensure that my two cabins to stay together was needed. The lady that I made reservations with said it wouldn't be an issue with my cabins being next to each other. This needs to be made known when people call in to make reservations.

Stayed for 1 night in a deluxe cabin. Amazing location, KOA property is well kept, store is stocked and inviting. The cabins that cost almost $400 a night should most definitely have a working fan in the summer hours though when no AC is available, providing 2 HEATERS with a fan option that blows NO air, is NOT acceptable.

First of all, KOA’s are double the cost of a state park. With that being said, they should be double as nice and have all the amenities. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned once in the four days we were there and we made a mistake on the day we were supposed to check out and they made us feel like idiots and criminals. We will never go back to a KOA.

Been here several times and it's always been good. Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is it's very expensive. The prices are obviously due to the location next to Yellowstone, but IMO it's too much. They always seem to be pretty much sold out though!
