I really appreciate a campground that stays open for the winter as it is often hard to one in the fall or spring. Wytheville KOA is nice sized campground built on sloping ground. The sites are mostly level but don't be surprised to find some RVs to have their wheels off the ground to get level. The amenities would be very appreciated in the summer months but not so much in the spring.

Just an overnight stop. Didn’t use the facilities. But, looking at what they have and what they are doing, I’m sure that this would be a terrific vacation site for a family with kids. This KOA offered more in terms of recreation than any other KOA I’ve stayed at.

This KOA is still undergoing renovations but website doesn’t mention it. Main clubhouse bathrooms out of service, had a portable setup. Up the mountain washrooms should be updated. This will be a fantastic KOA once completed as it offers some cool features (bowling alley & wagon accommodations). Septic hook up was set up for higher travel trailers, was too high for our airstream.

We stayed 1 night as we were travelling through the area. We had a pull thru site which was perfect as it enabled us to stay hooked up to our truck. The area, grounds and facilities were outstanding .. would highly recommend this park �

Very clean and spread out. Really like the way the pull thru's are staggered (isn't that called, on the bias) and long!! They did a great job here. Also very friendly staff. Highly recommend this campground!!

You have not disappointed us any time we have stayed with you. The park is quiet and clean. Looks like you are constantly updating the property. Liked the little restrooms that you have put strategically throughout the park. And the wifi and cable work great for our overnights. One thing the garbage dumpsters are out of the way for people leaving after a one night stay, need to relocate.

Staff was very accommodating and always friendly and helpful! They are always continuing to expand and make improvements to the campground! Quiet yet close to interstate. Definitely recommend this place!

Stayed 1 night passing through and very impressed with the campground and staff. They even brought us firewood to our site for us. Definitely would stay again and great for pets and kids!

Stay was just overnight; however, we have always enjoyed our stays. Site was clean, bathrooms were clean and utilities worked well. Staff was very friendly. Only issue was sewer hookup PVC connection was very low to the ground. This made it difficult to make connection.

We had a good stay! How fun is it to be able to bowl, play video games & even practice batting. We caught a bass at the pond, yippee! The staff was friendly. They were busy doing improvements, you can tell they put alot of pride into their campground. James was very informative about things to do in the area. We would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

This is one of my favorite KOAs. It is my go-to spot when I have to break up a trip down or from Bristol. Love the convenience. Also really love the bathhouse concept you all use with the buildings on the campsites. Genius!!

It’s a huge campground with lots of things to do. It was not busy but they put us way at the top away from everything. The bathhouse was not too far away but difficult to get to because there was no path and it was muddy after the rain. We ordered the pizza. It was very good.

The new section offers brand new and well designed installations. The indoor game center is great and the laundry is the best we have used so far with sofas and large counters.

Very expensive for a site that was described as a large patio pull through. Very crowded muddy internet poor. Our sewage collection was right beside our neighbours BBQ disgusting KOA is overpriced for the age of the parks. Most furniture and BBQ’s should be disposed of and replaced. Would only use this park as a necessary one night layover

Overnight stay on a quiet, mostly-level pull-through. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities appeared to have something for everyone but we were just passing through. Location was close to 2 interstates but not too close.

Great place and we have stayed there many times in the past 10 years. Convenient to get to, well kept, friendly and helpful staff. Missed the Hunt Bros. pizza the past few years, but other than that, no complaints.

My husband complained to me for the second time about the lack of heat/hot water in the morning in the bathroom/house in the lower level of sites. Otherwise, nice stay. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating.

Very convenient location for our semi-annual trip between Pennsylvania and Florida. We are in a 44 foot motorhome towing a cargo trailer for total length of 74 feet. The longnpull thru sites able to easily accommodate us. Quick, friendly check in.

Very clean, easy to get in and out of. Location is far enough off of 77 that road noise is at a minimum. The owners have expanded the facility and the amenities for the traveling guests are wonderful.
