We had a wonderful time staying in the Wagon! 9 year old just loved it. Very comfortable for parents, too. AC worked like a charm, had a great indoor space to play games when the weather did not cooperate, personal bathroom a real plus. Campground was fantastic- really enjoyed the flash light candy hunt and fire truck rides. Well kept grounds and a lovely, friendly staff rounded out our stay.

1st day was great, clean & friendly. Cabins on either side were empty, then the next day a large group of campers moved in on both sides and quickly seemed to take over our site. If people are camping together they should be placed next to each other. They were back and forth through our site, loud, and busy. Our stay would have been much better had we not been in the middle of a large group

As always, my family and I had an amazing time at the Woodstock (broken branch) koa. Darlene, Rob and their whole crew are fantastic. The camp is beautiful and well cared for. I’ve been coming here since I was a young child (since around 91’) and am now bringing my kids to camp. I’m already counting down the days until the next trip.

Very clean, very well run and managed. This is our 3rd year staying in the cabins with our daughter and her family. We get two cabins next to each other, and always have such a good time. My young granddaughters have the best time. The bathrooms are amazing! a wonderful store that carries any item you could need while camping, very clean, laundry facility, and arcade. They do the firetruck rides,

This campground is phenomenal. This has been our 4th year here. We are not professional campers and have not been to many other places. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The grounds are very clean and well kempt. My boys (ages 12 & 9) always have a great grime. Family friendly with easy access to local activities. Thanks again for another great trip.

Mattress in K1 is like laying on a board - sits below the rim of the bed frame and makes it hard to get out of . Please upgrade the mattress or frame!! Other than that? Looking forward to next year ! The campground is wonderful

Staff is super nice. Campground is super clean , bathrooms are maculate. We stayed in a cabin and it was perfect for us ( 2 adults, 2 kids and a dog. ) the jump pad kept the kids entertained for sure . Only downfall for me was there were no trees, it was like an open concept. Everyone is on top of one another. But other than that it is a very nice campground and great for the kids

We were assigned one of two sites that flooded due to rain. We had prepared for rain, but not for all of the rain in the KOA to drain through our campsite. Another camper explained that site flooded in previous years too. The KOA owner must have known because a trench was created to allow the flow of water. Many other sites were available that did not flood. Nice amenities but, poor customer care.

Thank you for your stay, however your cabin site could not possibly flood, so we feel you must be referring to a different park.

Rob and Darlene are the best hosts of any KOA we have ever stayed at. Their campground is the model on which we base all of our other experiences. Everything is always clean and modernized and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. We truly feel that we are part of the KOA family when we stay with them!

I can’t say enough good things about this campground, the owners and the staff. The place is very clean, (bathrooms, laundry, game room) and safe. A fully stocked camp store. Gorgeous & convenient location. We hosted an event while staying at the Lincoln/Woodstock KOA and the owners graciously helped with our every need and were attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better week! We’ll be back

We held a rally at this campground. Almost 200 attendees. Rob and Darlene went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The campground is in excellent shape and clean. I stayed in the Conestoga Wagon. It was very comfortable and fun. I would highly recommend this campground.

This was our third year at this KOA and we had another great week! The grandchildren love the freedom to ride bikes, go to the store , use the bounce pad and ride the fire truck. The staff is welcoming and always ready with a smile and information. Can’t wait till next year!

Family stay in Conestoga wagon and families their RV. Been coming here for years. Staff very friendly and helpful and accommodations always clean. Always something for kids and adults to do! Wagon was fun!

I have stayed at this KOA at least 6 times and everyone has been great. Stayed in the Glamping tent with my daughter this time for a Fathers day weekend. Everything was great, clean, and the staff was super helpful and attentive when needed.

Love the campground and the owners are wonderful as well as the workers. Our last stay May 3-6 was disappointing though. We had rented the glamping tent to experience it. Very disappointed to find out at our check in that the shower was out of order. It would have been nice to know that before we checked in. At the very least maybe a discount on our stay or our next stay on September.

We rented the chuck wagon, prior to arrival we were super excited to be apart of a unique stay experience. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The chuck wagon had black mold on the canvas. The heater continued to turn on and over, about 50 plus times in an evening, not bringing the chuck wagon up to temperature. The refrigerator was set at medium, but frozen and exploded our drinks.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The alleged mold as you imply, is not mold. The canvas has been examined and inspected. During the colder temperatures it is difficult to manage a warm environment. We do mention on our website; to remember it's a tent. Thank you for your stay and please return a visit in a more weathertight lodge.

This is our 19th Columbus Day w/e here. Need I say more? We are a large group, love the size of the campground and all of the activities for the kids. There are so many other things to do in the area, if the weather cooperates. We have had 2 marriage proposals/ engagements happen here. Looking forward to more �ϋ�

Wonderful weekend tucked away in White Mts! Relaxing, rustic but not roughing it! Fun 3 night escape with family in two kamping kabins. Grand daughter loved the fire truck ride and playground.

This is a great place we will come back with our camper next time. The cabin was small the beds were uncomfortable. With only one electrical outlet made it difficult to run items. We love the campground but we like our comfort I understand it was a busy weekend. It was fun to see all of the other people here for the events going on. But we won't stay in a cabin very uncomfortable.

I wish we could have stayed here for a lot longer! This campground was so peaceful. It is surrounded by beautiful mature trees. There are so many fun things for kids to do, including an enormous jumping pillow, barrel rides, gem mining, playground, basketball court, arcade, large heated pool, disc golf, sand volleyball, mini golf, rentable 3-wheel bikes, and so much more. This KOA has the largest dog park I've ever seen at a campground! It even has agility equipment. The bathrooms are sparkling clean and the store is well stocked and also serves pizza (and will deliver it to your campsite). Besides the typical campsites (which are very spacious), there are also unique camping accommodations such as a Conestoga wagon, a tree house, and lots of different sized cabins. The employees are all super friendly and the grounds were immaculate. If you're ever in this area of New Hampshire, this is a no brainer. Stay here!

We recently stayed here prior to Memorial Day Weekend. Everything was very clean, reasonable laundry prices, great wooded RV sites, and a good walk down to a real pond and the river. A great location for access to Franconia Notch State Park, The Flume, The Basin, and the Kancamagus Highway.
