It was very peaceful, amazingly clean, fun and the best people running the campground ever. Will be returning soon The pizza was excellent

Stayed in an upgraded cabin - which was just that !! One vast improvement one be to have Dimable over head lights - and or under the cabinet touch lights - otherwise theres no go between very BRIGHT or dark - another vast improvement would be install higher/taller toilets - Those provided seems extremely low - Otherwise all other areas ,far exceeded our needs- Memories were made - Warren.

This campground is beautiful, well maintained, very clean and the customer service was great. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses in the deluxe cabin. They were very noisy and uncomfortable. We paid $270 a night and I feel that the mattress at that price could be upgraded. Every movement made such a racket we did not get much sleep.

I’ve stayed at many KOAs and I have to say that this was the cleanest nicest campground. We were blown away. I loved that they had a hairdryer in the bathroom bc I forgot to pack one. The staff was so kind and helpful.

We stayed in the covered wagon and it was perfect for four of us. It was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The site was great and we loved having the propane grill included--very convenient. Already planning our next trip. : )

Awesome accommodation in the Conestoga Wagon! Everything in the camp is always above par, clean with happy staff attending to everyone. Rules are followed, and everyone is happy.

Cabin was clean as were the bathrooms. Bed is tough, luckily I brought my own bed pad and slept great. Grandchildren had a wonderful playground to keep them busy and meet others. Terrific crew to from front desk to grounds keepers.

The clean friendly atmosphere. The cabins are always clean and beautiful. You can't put into words what it's like to be in Northern New Hampshire at the end of the summer! The owners and the staff are the most friendliest people we've ever dealt with in all of our camping times! Will be there again next year. Thanks for having us!

We have been to a few KOAS. We loved the location, jump pad and playground. Disappointed with lack of other different kid activities. The map shows a water slide, bubbles, tie dye and we didn’t have any of that. Other KOAS we have stayed at have crafts or other things to entertain kids. My daughter was also disappointed with the fact the five days we stayed the there thecamping elves never moved

As always, this campground is the perfect resting point for your White Mountains vacation. The campground and pool is clean, they offer great amenities for kids. The bathrooms were fantastic! They offer a variety of sites and the staff was always kind, and incredibly helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

The camping experience was fine. We unfortunately had a neighbor with barking dogs all day and night. It made our stay unpleasant. No fault of KOA, just the luck of the draw I guess

Everything was great! A few minor suggestions; the gravel pad in front of K-10 could use a step facing the bathrooms as the drop-off is a little high and awkward to take in just one step. Also you may consider using an ozone generator in the cabins occasionally to freshen them up and get rid of stale and smoke smells, I use one at home and they're very effective and don't cost much, like $70.

We had a fabulous stay. Perfect activities and amenities for me and my 5 and 7 year old. The cabin was comfortable and just what we needed. The traffic noise from the highway is a bit of a bummer but it is what it is. Overall we loved it and we’ll probably be back!

The deluxe cabin was awesome, clean, functional and very well equipped. The gas grill was a wonderful addition and came complete with a full gas and all the tools!

I wish we could have stayed here for a lot longer! This campground was so peaceful. It is surrounded by beautiful mature trees. There are so many fun things for kids to do, including an enormous jumping pillow, barrel rides, gem mining, playground, basketball court, arcade, large heated pool, disc golf, sand volleyball, mini golf, rentable 3-wheel bikes, and so much more. This KOA has the largest dog park I've ever seen at a campground! It even has agility equipment. The bathrooms are sparkling clean and the store is well stocked and also serves pizza (and will deliver it to your campsite). Besides the typical campsites (which are very spacious), there are also unique camping accommodations such as a Conestoga wagon, a tree house, and lots of different sized cabins. The employees are all super friendly and the grounds were immaculate. If you're ever in this area of New Hampshire, this is a no brainer. Stay here!

We recently stayed here prior to Memorial Day Weekend. Everything was very clean, reasonable laundry prices, great wooded RV sites, and a good walk down to a real pond and the river. A great location for access to Franconia Notch State Park, The Flume, The Basin, and the Kancamagus Highway.
