Asked to specifically be next to friends and could not accommodate even though we booked in Jan. Kids were not allowed in store with money in hand to buy things unlike yrs past.

Always kind and courteous staff, super clean grounds and shower/bath facilities. My go to place while hiking the White Mountains with my pup. Thanks to a great team

Great stay. Bathrooms were clean but showers were a little small with not a lot of space to put your stuff. Location was great.

The facilities were spotlessly clean and very nice. Friendly staff and treats like firetruck rides and barrel train rides. Awesome playground with bounce pads.

This has become one of our must destinations every season. The staff is welcoming and provide a clean and well maintained campground. The store is one of the best we've seen in the area; if you need it, they have it--even pizza!!!!

Everything was good as usual. The only thing is that we could smel septic both this time and last time in the same site 31. Like the new fire rings.

We have stayed many times at Broken Branch KOA. It is spacious and clean. The children love. The jumping pillow, play ground. Great spot to ride their bikes. A nice pool. We will stay there again.

Site 4 pull thru with class A pulling. Friendly staff. First night around staff came by to inform no water as well pump had failed. Couple hour later pump replaced, great crew. Good location to visit both side of the mountain. Had a great meal at The Common Man Restaurent last night.

The KOA in Woodstock NH is not just a vacation away, it’s a family reunion! I go there because I love the people in charge. Rob and Darlene are the absolute best! They not only care about your stay, they care about you! Can’t forget about Lucy, always deserves a shout out! Xoxo miss you guys already :(

We loved being close to a playground and jump pad for the kiddos. Bathrooms were clean and staff friendly. I was even able to bring my Dog to camp with us!

We are retired. We observed that this a great campsite for families with young children. We do have dogs and found the campground dog friendly. Our one complaint would be specific to our site location #28. It is located across from the designated pathway through the adjacent site row that leads to the store and pool. During the day people walked through our site to and from the large open area.

Beautiful area. Well run campground focused on activities and facilities for children. Disappointed by full hook up spaces - very tight, dusty, dry dirt with only the view of your neighbors hook ups. Dog park also only dirt. Access to lake and river overstated on website. Too steep.

Back from our wonderful week-long summer vacation, completing our 6th visit and already booked our 7th for next year. Darlene, Rob, Lucy, Linda, Matt and all of the rest of the staff are AMAZING people. We look forwards to seeing them as much as we look forwards to our stays. The campground offers so much for our children and there is plenty to do in the area outside the campground as well. LOVE!

Staff installed a smoke detector in the wagon where we were staying, once I noticed it was missing. The bathrooms desperately need better ventilation- windows open or something.

This is a very large KOA with a lot to do at the campground itself. From the pool to get cooled off to the 2 horseshoe pits to miniature golf...and so mych more! The kids get the barrel ride at 4 and don't go to bed too early because here come the firetruck ride at 7PM. Waffles on Saturday morning and a hotdogs and hamburgers on Tuesday for lunch. The staff is always cleaning the grounds. :)

The Lincoln/Woodstock KOA never disappoints! Clean and hospitable staff. This was our 11th visit to the campground, and although our children are now teenagers, there's still so much for them to do! From mini-golf, swimming and yard games, dance parties and bingo. The location can't be beat - so much hiking and exploring within reach at Franconia State Park, downtown Woodstock and Lincoln.

This is a fantastic place! The facilities are clean, and the staff is friendly. We have one recommendation: it would be beneficial to plant more trees and shrubs between the camping sites. Additionally, the public walkways between the sites could be better defined to provide more privacy, as people tend to walk right up to your camper.

I wish we could have stayed here for a lot longer! This campground was so peaceful. It is surrounded by beautiful mature trees. There are so many fun things for kids to do, including an enormous jumping pillow, barrel rides, gem mining, playground, basketball court, arcade, large heated pool, disc golf, sand volleyball, mini golf, rentable 3-wheel bikes, and so much more. This KOA has the largest dog park I've ever seen at a campground! It even has agility equipment. The bathrooms are sparkling clean and the store is well stocked and also serves pizza (and will deliver it to your campsite). Besides the typical campsites (which are very spacious), there are also unique camping accommodations such as a Conestoga wagon, a tree house, and lots of different sized cabins. The employees are all super friendly and the grounds were immaculate. If you're ever in this area of New Hampshire, this is a no brainer. Stay here!

We recently stayed here prior to Memorial Day Weekend. Everything was very clean, reasonable laundry prices, great wooded RV sites, and a good walk down to a real pond and the river. A great location for access to Franconia Notch State Park, The Flume, The Basin, and the Kancamagus Highway.
