We had a wonderful time staying in the Wagon! 9 year old just loved it. Very comfortable for parents, too. AC worked like a charm, had a great indoor space to play games when the weather did not cooperate, personal bathroom a real plus. Campground was fantastic- really enjoyed the flash light candy hunt and fire truck rides. Well kept grounds and a lovely, friendly staff rounded out our stay.

Very nice and clean campground. Staff well versed in all they do. We were on spot #9 which was on quite a bit of a lean. Otherwise a very nice campground. Thanks for a good .

We had a great stay. This is a beautiful park, very clean and everyone is super friendly. So many different activities and amenities at every turn adults and kids enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back again and we’ve already recommended to our friends.

One of if not the best kid friendly KOA’s we have ever camped at. Lots of activities to keep kids busy. My wife and I have camped for over 50 years so we have been to a lot of campgrounds. The camp is spotless with extremely friendly staff. I honestly cannot find anything but praise for this establishment.

This was our second visit to this KOA. It is one of the most finely run amd managed KOAs we stay at. The grounds and facilities are clea and highly maintained, the staff are polite, warm and professional. And with a number of on-site and off-site activities available, no one should be boared.

Campground is great! Love the place. Booked on line but on checking there was additional charges and I was told there was a price increase after my online booking. Did not think that was correct. Besides that it is a nice place limited activities for children due to the many area attractions. Nice always clean pool and grounds clean as well

We had an amazing time. The owners and all employees were helpful and friendly. The facilities were immaculate. It was one of the nicest campgrounds we’ve been to!

Great staff they stop and talk making sure everything is okay. Wonderful place the sites are well cared for easy to get around. We love stopping here we travel a lot some campgrounds are good but this one is by far our favorite. We will be back several times. Thank you to everyone great place to visit

Reservations were made 9 months in advance with our RV size and 2 adults, no kids. Payed for a pull thru assuming we would get put in a site big enough for our size RV. They gave us the smallest pull thru they had. Not to mention it was across from playground and giant bounce airblow. All day that's all we could hear was that airblow fan. They need to do a better job assigning sites appropriatel

The WiFi is terrible. Bring back the cable. The roadway needs to be paved throughout the campground. Driving or riding a bike on the dirt/gravel makes such a mess and parts flood when it rains. Some of the campsites need to have a smooth ground base if they don't have any grass. Trying to walk on the rocks can really hurt your feet as wells as a dog's paw. All sites should be 50/30/20 amp.

We had a great time. Lots of things to do for our granddaughter here and the people are great. We find it close to all attractions. We have loved this place for “years.” Best KOA!!

The KOA was beautiful. Just driving in the amazing landscaping was dazzling. The areas were kept neat and tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for a better experience!

1st day was great, clean & friendly. Cabins on either side were empty, then the next day a large group of campers moved in on both sides and quickly seemed to take over our site. If people are camping together they should be placed next to each other. They were back and forth through our site, loud, and busy. Our stay would have been much better had we not been in the middle of a large group

Pull through sites are too short and do not allow for a tow vehicle to stay hooked up. No great spot to hook up tow vehicle so ended up blocking another guest in while doing so. No grass on site, only gravel. Didn’t use any of the amenities so can’t rate those.

As always, my family and I had an amazing time at the Woodstock (broken branch) koa. Darlene, Rob and their whole crew are fantastic. The camp is beautiful and well cared for. I’ve been coming here since I was a young child (since around 91’) and am now bringing my kids to camp. I’m already counting down the days until the next trip.

Very clean, very well run and managed. This is our 3rd year staying in the cabins with our daughter and her family. We get two cabins next to each other, and always have such a good time. My young granddaughters have the best time. The bathrooms are amazing! a wonderful store that carries any item you could need while camping, very clean, laundry facility, and arcade. They do the firetruck rides,

Our family enjoyed our stay here. There is a lot for younger kids to do at the playground; our kids had fun on the barrel and fire truck rides and on the bounce pads. If your site is close to the pool, it can be noisy (especially during a holiday/booked campground) and we did have some older kids walking through our site. This isn't a fault of the campground, just something for others to be aware.

This campground is phenomenal. This has been our 4th year here. We are not professional campers and have not been to many other places. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The grounds are very clean and well kempt. My boys (ages 12 & 9) always have a great grime. Family friendly with easy access to local activities. Thanks again for another great trip.

I wish we could have stayed here for a lot longer! This campground was so peaceful. It is surrounded by beautiful mature trees. There are so many fun things for kids to do, including an enormous jumping pillow, barrel rides, gem mining, playground, basketball court, arcade, large heated pool, disc golf, sand volleyball, mini golf, rentable 3-wheel bikes, and so much more. This KOA has the largest dog park I've ever seen at a campground! It even has agility equipment. The bathrooms are sparkling clean and the store is well stocked and also serves pizza (and will deliver it to your campsite). Besides the typical campsites (which are very spacious), there are also unique camping accommodations such as a Conestoga wagon, a tree house, and lots of different sized cabins. The employees are all super friendly and the grounds were immaculate. If you're ever in this area of New Hampshire, this is a no brainer. Stay here!

We recently stayed here prior to Memorial Day Weekend. Everything was very clean, reasonable laundry prices, great wooded RV sites, and a good walk down to a real pond and the river. A great location for access to Franconia Notch State Park, The Flume, The Basin, and the Kancamagus Highway.
