Staff were helpful and nice. Sites are well maintained. Bathrooms were clean and very nice. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Everything was great except our tent site, although it was a nice corner site, secluded down by the river, it was very dusty. Looks like maybe there was grass at one time, but most of it was gone. If grass is replanted, or perhaps gravel put down, it would make the site not dusty and much more pleasant.

A bit pricey for a tent site without electricity, but sites right on the river are very pretty . Bathrooms and showers very clean. Great location.

Very welcoming staff, clean park. First camped at this location in 2013 still as good as ever. We have booked for next year, has a nice park, pool and access to the river. Visited town of WInthrop, has a good Ice Cream Shop! Amenities are close it is always a good experience.

We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the staying next to the river, and having access to the river itself. Also being so close to the market, and town. My children really enjoyed the jumping pad, the swimming pool and being able to walk around the campground.

We are doing a 9 National Park in 11 day trip and are so grateful you were part of our amazing adventure! The grounds were well kept and quiet. Loved the views of the river. It was the perfect home base for us for the night!

Spent 2 nights on a mother / daughter weekend and was reminded of how much I love this KOA (it has been 5 ish years since my last stay here) between the accommodations, amazing staff and access to town, what more could you want!? I cannot wait to book my next stay here!

I was surprised that there nobody at the camping site was from koa after 5 pm. We didn’t feel welcome.

My girlfriend and I, loved our stay at the Winthrop KOA during the Winthrop Blues Music Festival. Though I wish I had confirmed a spot sooner with lot's of shade to keep out of the hot hot sunny weather. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

There are some really nice people who work there. Our wishes came true as soon as we'd asked for them. For example: I've asked for another campsite or the bright light that was on the whole night. We immediately got another site, which suited us perfectly. And the light didn't bother us the next night. Your people did a great job! Friendly staff. The 2 guys that operate the kids train are great. Sites by the river offer a great view (T3-T5). A night movie screening could have been great addition.

The KOA itself was fine. The campground and town was deserted which made it boring for us. We've been there several times and I'm sure we'll be back.

So peaceful, everyone was super friendly! The kids had a blast on the jumping pillow and play ground, the river is so relaxing. The pool is a great size and a lot of fun. The kid train ride around the grounds was a hit. Overall 10/10 will be back again

All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The site is lovely and the bathroom/showers are warm, clean, and private. The fall foliage was beautiful.

This was an epic trip. My daughters and I loved the gemstone mining. The tent spot near the river was amazing. We loved hearing the geese in the river the first night. The bathrooms and showers were nice and clean. The staff was helpful, kind, and informative. Thank you.

ALL of your staff was very friendly! My only complaint was that the bikes were only available to rent during “store hours”, it would be nice if the staff present could rent them out a couple hours after the store closes (it’s just too hot to ride them much!)

I think $78.00 for a tent site with no power is absolutely ridiculous. I did notice they weren't full on a Saturday night. I think you might want to go back and reshape your pricing matrix, just my opinion.

I was warmly greeted by the staff and they let me know about a few things going on locally. The camp ground is clean and we LOVE being on the river. Even the bathroom is spacious and well maintained. We will definitely be back �

I have been coming to this KOA for 8 years and this trip will be the last. I always camp in the same spot but this year a KOA worker told me I couldn’t camp in my spot &made me move. Even after talking with the staff and showing them that I made the reservation in the office,they refused to let me keep my spot. I was moved to a terrible spot and my site sat empty during my stay. Unacceptable!

Beautiful tent site right on the river and away from traffic. Kids loved the playground, bike paths, pool, jump pad, and train ride. Sadly, staff rudely asked us to leave the property right at 11am checkout, even though we were just eating lunch nearby and headed to the pool. When we asked to stay a little longer, the staff were rude and unaccommodating. Disappointing enough that we won’t return

My friend, who is Mexican, was harassed by both the male and female host multiple times. They seemed to follow her in their golf cart and had the sheriff come and patrol after talking to her. They were rude with their communication approach. As a white woman, there was a definite difference in how they talked to me. This needs to be looked into.

I was very dissatisfied with staff interactions. This was my fourth time staying here over the last several years with no issuesand I was shocked by the way my friends and I were treated, it felt almost like harassment from the camp hosts. The only thing that was different from this stay is that we had a person of color in our group and it felt like they were focusing their behavior towards them.

3rd year at your campground. We have a great visit every time. Nice staff, bathrooms kept up pretty well. Easy access biking or walking into town. Love the river access for a midday float!

My camp spot was T9 the cabins across from us partied until 2am both nights. Then because they drank too much their was throw up all over the bathroom and paths. I am very upset about this experience

We had a nice pull thru lot. Lots to do for kids here. Visited north cascades national park from here. Nice downtown shops in Winthrop. Gas station. Grocery store and hardware store right by the campground. Park was clean and secure.

Rooms isn't really a thing. Mini cabins, yes. Camp spots are gracious in size, trees and shade available, all sizes of tents to rigs seem to be able to camp there. They really have some fun stuff for the kids and the little shop has gotten pretty cute over the last few years.
