I rented 2 sites in a weeks time. Both sites, drive throughs for large RV's, were very uneven. At least 2" from side to side. That takes a lot of time to level for us. It would be great if they could spend a little money on some nice gravel and grade them out where they are FLAT. Very annoying.

The campground has really gone downhill in the last several years. Noisy, dogs barking, people playing loud music, bathrooms need help, grass dead, picnic tables peeling paint pretty much unusable, and very expensive! Just because you are in Winthrop, doesn’t mean you can let things go and continue to charge premium rates. I won’t be staying again.

Staff was great and very peaceful, only complaint is cars/trucks driving way to fats through campground and not slowing down. Creating a dangerous situation as well as very dusty.

Sorry to say, this was a disappointing camping experience. From a business point, you need to shop your competition. The Park is very worn out. The staff was friendly for the most part, but not clued in. I was first assigned a spot that I could not fit in with a 25' trailer and my truck, which I had no choice of at reservation. Not a value.

Our sites were below a kids bike area. Kids rode bikes thru both our sites while fully hooked up. Also, we were booked before and after the Memorial weekend. I understand sites have to be prepped before a busy holiday weekend. However, we were not forewarned that mowing & weed wacking would be done around our sites that kicked up dust & gravel onto our trucks and trailers for 1.5 days.

The lark was very clean with tons of entertainment for the kids. There was a private swimming area for when the river is low enough. Every person working at this park was kind and helpful and very personable. I give this koa 10/10

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location is fantastic and kept clean. This was my family's first time at a KOA and we had a wonderful experience.

Clean park, ample sites, friendly staff that was helpful, kid friendly with a nice well kept play area, small but nice and clean dog park, restrooms clean, dump station clean, the mini store was nicely stocked. Overall a very nice park that I’ll return to.

Staff very kindly adjusted our reservation to the next week as our schedule changed and gave us the riverfront site that we preferred. Great location and lot sizes…we’ll be back!

A lovely campground in a spectacular natural setting. Plenty of amenities. Very quiet despite the beginning of hunting season. One of the best KOAs we've stayed in. Keep up the good work!

Arrived late, after dark. Packet was on the store window just as they said it would be. Woke up to a river view, gorgeous trees and a really nice clean park. Walked the park several times. It was always beung cleaned by employees and they were very friendly. Already planning a trip back in the spring.

The bathrooms were not well taken care,of the shower curtain was moldy and dirty. It was a lot of money for a space to park and take a shower.

The property is great. Close to town and the north cascades. Sites are mostly level. Very spacious. Bathroom and shower needs some help. Shower curtain was falling off the wall. Needs some tender loving care.

The perfect time of the year to visit Winthrop. The camp ground was clean, beautiful and quiet. The staff directed us to a great way to ride our bikes into town. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back.

Very nice campground. Good, clean shower house. We stayed in W40 with water and electric. Nice spacing in between the campsites. Great location in Winthrop. Easy to walk to town.

WiFi should easily be expanded, only good near office. Laundry was nice. Quiet. Not all locations have septic, we had to move our rig to dump station. All else was fine we, clean with river along back.

This is the 5th time we have camped at the Winthrop KOA. We stayed in a Super Site with a private hot tub, there was no cover, although the old broken cover is stacked against the fence. The hot tub became littered with dirt and pine needles, leaves, etc., plus the water level dropped significantly. We needed to refill it for the water to get above the jets. The grill was dirty.

Why is it that the advertised price for a site is never available. It’s always $10.00 more!! The web site also says only a few sites available. At this time of year there were about 30 sites empty. Your website lies!!!!!! Very disappointed in your deception!!!!’

Location, location, location. And not just location, beautiful setting, full service or partial, and friendly people everywhere. The river runs alongside the campground and the mountains surround it. You are just a short walk or bike ride to Winthrop for fun, restaurants, shopping and western ambiance. Mountain and road biking galore along with hiking in every direction. Just perfect.

Sewer hook ups are set pretty far back in the space creating the rigs to be very close or in the roadway when awnings are extended and are located right on the rear corners of the rigs. WiFi is something that is low in a quality of signal. Otherwise everything thing else is of very good quality.

My friends and I stayed for an overnight before a trail run nearby and had a great visit. Our cabin was clean, warm, and quiet. The bathrooms were a delight, clean, heated, and comfortable.
