Had a nice weekend stay at this resort. Our spot did not have waste disposal so was not the most convenient to have to disconnect to move to dump location.

Facility was very good and location, Wi-Fi was having issues had to cancel last minute meetings that came up during our stay. For the first 3 days of our 5 days there were children soliciting/ selling bracelets from their camp site and going around the entire area asking campers to purchase.

Very nice KOA. Friendly staff and the campground was quite full but really quiet at night. Their grounds are kept up nicely.

Low rating mainly because of poor hookups. Share 1 power post with 2 sites. 30 amp was taken, 50 amp didn't fit my plug. 120 volt wouldn't support AC. I paid alot for a hot RV. I did ask for partial refund at office, but no credit yet.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when our trailer didn’t fit the site they quickly found us a proper site. The park was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed 5 nights. The grounds are kept up very well. The staff was courteous and friendly. The stores inventory was low for this early in the season, we stay every June over Father’s Day and the store is normally stocked with more. The pool heater wasn’t working but was fixed quickly.

We are well acquainted with this park. It's one of our favorites. This past week it felt neglected and tired. Are they short handed? New management that doesn't pay attention to the details that previously were priorities? The pool was disgusting. Daily cleaning was not happening. So disappointing! The bathroom floors dirty. Just a quick wipe on the counters and refill the paper products.

It was very convenient while we attended a wedding in Winthrop. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There are whiskey barrel flower pots at each site but they are full of weeds, sticks, etc. If we ever have the opportunity to return, I will bring some flowers to plant in them. We especially appreciated the accommodations for our dogs. Thank you for allowing them!

This was a quick one night stay. However, we have stayed 2 other times and really enjoy this KOA. Grounds are nice with the river flowing by and the staff is friendly. Restrooms are are great!

Beautiful campground! The staff was really welcoming - Zach and Eric were amazing! Lovely to have immaculate bathrooms and cabin. The pool was a welcome plus for my boys. Eric worked all day making all the sites look tidy and checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We’ll be back!

Wonderful park. Wonderful employees from the front desk to the maintenance staff! They were all working so hard. The lance looked amazing. No litter, no load neighbors, peaceful, bathrooms were exceptionally clean! Grass was awesome. I appreciate that you don’t spray with pesticides to get the weeds out. I don’t really want to walk on that stuff!

Groups with loud speakers, music & coordinated games playing loudly to 11:01pm. Dog crap all over our spot. KOA system wide should ban pets because inconsiderate few pet owners who don't care about being a good pet owner. Don't know if I would stay hear again. Staff we did come in contact with were nice and cordial. The policies of excessive noise are being abused and not enforced.

Poor maintenance of grounds, bathrooms uncleaned, same piece of paper on the near office men’s shower floor for days. . Small separate building bathroom/shower near RV’s filthy & door unlockable. They did try to keep the dust down with truck water sprayer, staff friendly. Advertised Wi-Fi, not available after multiple tries. We enjoy KOA’s, very disappointed with this 2 day stay

The people were super helpful, only ones that would answer the phone .that was the good part .we went clear across the country this was by far the most expensive koa we stayed in. It offered nothing special to warrent the price scalping .camp was passable clean , pool not so much .wouldn't stay again for that price .

Overpriced. Interior road to sites 1-8 was fully obstructed at one time by line for the dump site. For $110/night I expect a near-resort quality park.

Very dirty run down, grass dead, dandelion every where. We have been coming there for over 10 years and will not be returning, especially the price most expensive KOA I have been in and definitely the worse. Come on get it together and do basic maintenance!!! My rating is being kind.

Disappointed. Stayed last year and throughly enjoyed it. Have a booking scheduled foe September and hoping things improve greatly. Camp sites were not maintained, last year leaves not raked up, grass not trimmed, dandelions out in seed, lack of garbage cans, slivers from picnic tables and the overall look of the camp ground was very poor.

The grass was waaaaay over grown, the trash cans were full, and the pool was murky. The guys who worked there are nice, but overall the appearance of the park was not very well groomed. We probably won’t be back to this KOA.

We found the sites very dirty and unkept. The fall leaves and debris had not been cleaned up, the grass/weeds had not been mowed, the restroom was filthy, the picnic table was extremely rough and unusable, no convenient garbage drop, no recycling, we saw one person in a golf cart but doing no maintenance. For the price we paid to camp for three nights, we had expected it clean and tidy.

4th year there and the price to stay went up and the maintenance to the grounds went down. New staff not trained in customer service, obviously under new ownership. Made reservations for next year at Pine Near in Winthrop.

Josh and Isaac were great. We camped there in a group of four. They kept moving us in the system so that we would be close to each other. The system, however, kept spreading us out. In short; the staff is awesome, but your computer system seems like it is a pain.

We had a beautiful spot under the trees with a beautiful view of the river! Really nice playground and pool. We loved this KOA so much, that we extended an extra night.

Our Home base each year when starting out. We timed this stay to include the Annual Wagon Train Return & Horse Parade in down town Winthrop. I would suggest checking out their activities calendar. Also the town of Twisp isn't too far & has a Sat. Farmers Market. Hanks Market has an impressive Animal display that should not be missed. The park is in a great location and the staff was very friendly and engaging. But the park looked very bad with no lawn cutting and lots of weeds. We were initially booked into a site unfit for any rig with power on one end and sewer far away. We were able to move but why put one of four campers in a crappy site?

The campsite is not well groomed, lawn needs mowing, weeds have over taken areas. Additionally, there was no toilet paper in restrooms or hot water for showers. In my opinion, management was not prepared to open for the season.

The first night, there was no toilet paper, paper towels or shower curtain in the bathrooms. These items were added when I asked on Friday morning. The toilet paper ran out again during our stay as they were only stocking one roll at a time. The grass was not mowed and there was no hot water for a shower. We had to walk to other showers far away. Ery disappointed for how much we paid.

My friends and I stayed for an overnight before a trail run nearby and had a great visit. Our cabin was clean, warm, and quiet. The bathrooms were a delight, clean, heated, and comfortable.
