Pool is dirty/old, tiles falling off, cabins not clean to the T, bbqs on private cabin didn’t work- told us to use communal bbq however that’s not what we paid for. We paid for our own pvt. Jump pad is brown- doesn’t look cleaned over night. Pvt bathroom shower curtains were black at the bottom. Staff-not the nicest/welcoming. Beautiful town. Seems to be goin downhill these past couple years

The service was wonderful, despite a full house! We love the spirit here. I am sorry that everything is so expensive these days- that is the only reason I gave you guys a 9 as far as recommendations. You do a great job!

This was such a fun family trip. The covered wagon was so fun and a different place to stay. The air conditioning was great! This KOA is really clean and well taken care of. The restrooms are clean and the property is well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. We are hoping to come back soon. We did 5 camping/glamping trips this summer and this was everyone’s favorite.

The campground was close to Northern Cascades National Park, the bathroom and laundry facilities were very nice and clean.

It was kind of weird. Different people running the campground. Nice and friendly just unexpected. Not many campers which was odd as well. Cleaned and maintained as usual.

Had a wonderful time. The staff where all so good. I want to send a shout out to Eric, he was so helpful and understanding that we had to leave a day early and was able to provide a refund for us for our last day. The lady that checked us in also was so good (sorry forgot her name). The cabins where clean and it was alot of fun to stay in them. The bathrooms where always clean as well.

We brought our grandson for a getaway before school starts. The Deluxe cabin was fantastic! We loved having our own private yard.

Love the ac cabins! Cabin 17 did have one issue. Unlike all other cabins, we either had a yard area or a parking spot, but not both. We put up our shade tent over the picnic table and it felt like it was in the road. Anyone could accidently run into our posts as they drive down the road. Also, there was no water spigot for our cabin. We had to use an RV sites water.

Absolutely fantastic! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Campgrounds were clean and well kept. We will definitely be back next summer! The friendliness, clean grounds and location wall make this a truly amazing KOA!

My family and I have been enjoying this camp for about 25 years. original owner Mike and Laurie sold to “Stu” we tried and were very disappointed with the way in which we were treated, therefore did not return to camp trip 2 years. Then when we heard it again changed hands we thought we would give it another try. A small portion of my family came and we LOVED IT. Reserve 3 sites for next

We like this KOA. Just wish someone would tell people to make their kid be quiet and not wave bright flash lights at peoples camp sites at 11pm. Stayed Sunday and Monday nights.

We had a fantastic stay in the Conestoga Wagon! It had a lot of amenities that I was pleasantly surprised with, like AC, small refrigerator, and outlets. It was very private with fencing along 3 sides, and close to the restrooms and play area. Would definitely visit again!

Once again - Winthrop KOA did not disappoint - the staff, the campers and the weather were all a delight - we just love coming here - this was our third trip and we WILL be back - I just love sitting around the camp fire in the evening watching the bats dive bomb for their food - thanks again for a wonderful stay and escape for the real world!!!!!

I wish the pool opened earlier and stayed open later. Staff member was cranky and impatient when it was time to close the pool. Need more shade trees, our cabin (with AC) was VERY hot. Also, a few misting stations to cool off would be nice. Otherwise, nice place to camp. Store closes early too (6 pm).

We loved all the fun things to do! The river floating, swimming, pet area, and the bikes. I wish the bikes were stationed up front again so they are more visible. The staff were amazing and we loved to chase the water truck on the hot days!

We stay here once a year. It's a beautiful Koa. The river runs next to it so you have the pool and the river to cool off in. Everything is always clean. The bathroom/showers are amazing. Love Winthrop KOA.

This was a very well maintained campground. Friendly staff and the bathrooms were so clean. Beautiful stained glass doors on the laundry room, bathrooms and our cabin. Our cabin had a TV, Fridge and Microwave. Lovely to see the river running by the campsite. Pool very clean. . Definitely recommend this KOA

Not Having more washroom and shower houses were a definite deterrent especially for travelling seniors. Brighter light inside cabin is needed.

I would have put "very likely" and given a 5 except for the fact that the office/store closed earlier than most of the KOA's I've been in. It was very hot there and the pool didn't open until 10 and closed way before dark. The staff was very nice and helpful. My cabin was very clean. I'm a lady traveling alone and felt safe.

We had a great time staying in the covered wagon. Air conditioning was a huge plus. Beds were super comfortable. The kids loved the jump pad and the train rides. The train driver was fun and you could tell he enjoyed his job. They also loved crystal, gem, and fossil sluicing. Town was close by which was an added bonus. Overall it was a great family vacation.

Cool little spot on the river/stream. Very clean bathrooms and laundry room. The "downtown" is close by for a meal and people watching.

Nice, quiet, near the river, but no feasible river access. Sites 9 and 17 have private patios with hot tubs.
