party people till late at night with vulgar language. had little kids with us. someone puking on dirt road filthy bathrooms. saw girls cleaning go in. a while later came out. went to use. still filthy. trash, floor, showers nope won't come back

Cabins were great, very well equipped. Amenities were nice, pool, bouncy house was great for kids just the sites were a little closer than what I was used to. Very close to town, floated the River which was nice

The bathrooms were dirty, loud music all night and the store closed at 5 pm with little to no support onsite. This KOA has gone downhill.

Nice place with shade where sites were not right on top of one another. Site 67 was hard to get in with 20’ travel trailer and had two dead trees that need to come down. Water was off for an evening with no explanation. Would stay again if I was in the area.

My camp spot was T9 the cabins across from us partied until 2am both nights. Then because they drank too much their was throw up all over the bathroom and paths. I am very upset about this experience

Campsites could offer more privacy and boundaries with landscaping. I was in site 22 next to restroom/shower shack and other campers cut through my campsite to access the facilities due to lack of boundaries. Also observed other campers ignoring the speed limit of 5 mph. Maybe install speed bumps?

* Excessive Noise: Loud music and screeching sounds persisted until 12:30 AM, disrupting our sleep. Stayed in a deluxe cabin for 4 nights that had great air conditioning which was needed. Great KOA with well kept grounds. Excellent and very friendly staff. A river runs the length of the campground for easy rafting/tubing, and fishing. A portion of the town is within easy walking distance, the remainder about 2 minutes away by vehicle. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

Dusty roads, pool closed in middle of July, site very unlevel, only power and water at our site which cost $100, tree branches in way of awning so we couldn’t put it out. The only positive thing was the staff were nice.

It was a perfect place to have as a base camp. Located conveniently near bike trails and easy to get to downtown Winthrop on my bike or drive to amazing hiking trails!

Sites seemed very cramped. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, some were rude and not helpful at all. Bathrooms and laundry room were clean. Park was easy to find. Pull through site was almost too small for my 5th wheel. Getting out of the sites was a challenge. Other vehicles had to move and the rocks they placed at the site had to be moved, For many people to get it out of their spo

For the price, I expected the bathroom to be regularly stocked with toilet paper (another camper had to fill it at one point- thank you, camper) and more effort to be put into fixing the shower/bathroom toilet (it had an issue and instead of putting a note on the toilet, they closed the entire shower down too, forcing one side of camp to walk all the way to the other end to shower)

Great location. Close to town and the river is steps away. Had a wine tasting and live music at the KOA as well. We will be back for sure.

We’ve been camping at the Winthrop KOA for 40 years. You are the best. So many good memories. This year we had 4 generations camping together. So thankful.

Wonderful park. Right on the river. Close to town. Nice cool pool. Had a few power glitches but the staff was spot on to fix. If you want to camp together with family call ahead! Had a hard time getting moved.

NOT ENOUGH SHADE!!! swimming pool closes TO EARLY each evening during the summer. Swimming pool got pretty dirty also. Staff was real nice. Other than the pool issues it is a nice place.

Good but not great. We have a motorhome and do not have a tow vehicle. Your staff was not too helpful in directing us as to how to get to the very nice pedestrian path that leads to downtown Winthrop. The cleaning staff finally gave us the right way to go. It would be nice if you provided directions on your website/printed materials. Pictures would also help a lot!

Great stay. Pull through sites are large but our back in site was a little small for our 26 foot rv. They have wonderful tent sites on the river. The pool was filled with kids. It would be nice to have adult times in the pool only, otherwise it was a great spot

I planed to stay and leave on the 8th. I was only booked till the 7th. On the 7th the grounds guy was walking around and telling people in our group that we are going to be charged a late check out charge. He could have said hey do you guys know what time it is or at least been curious when asking. Like I said a few of us thought we were booked to leave on the 8th of July. We had a large group.

Was a great location for us, we were placed at a site that was mostly fine powdered dust and was getting everywhere, was also amazed that the store closed at 5pm. We wanted an ice cream after dinner just to find it closed. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The staff were nice.

My only complaint is that i have been camping here for 25 years and the grounds used to be well watered and green and now the campsites are dusty and many have been replaced with gravel.

We stayed in the deluxe patio site... It was very relaxing a convenient. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only suggestion I have is some tree maintenance and landscape clean-up.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They make you feel right at home. I appreciate their willingness to help with any problems. They also are a well of knowledge about the surrounding area!

3 nights on beautiful river spot. All the host were so very nice delivered wood and ice in the evening and always so friendly ! Bathrooms very nice and clean only thing I'd suggest is defiently providing more with showers for as many campsites there are could use more of bathrooms .

If you are not using showers or bathrooms, it is great. Otherwise, you have to wait to go to bathroom or shower due to multitude of tiny cabin and tent campers at the site. Just traveled across the US and parts of Canada and never had so much competition for facilities.

I arrived after hours, and my information was taped to the door. It was the 4th of July weekend, so the park was nearly full, but despite that, the bathrooms stayed pretty clean. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the entire park was gravel, but if you don't mind that, this is a lovely place to stay.

We had a nice pull thru lot. Lots to do for kids here. Visited north cascades national park from here. Nice downtown shops in Winthrop. Gas station. Grocery store and hardware store right by the campground. Park was clean and secure.

Rooms isn't really a thing. Mini cabins, yes. Camp spots are gracious in size, trees and shade available, all sizes of tents to rigs seem to be able to camp there. They really have some fun stuff for the kids and the little shop has gotten pretty cute over the last few years.
