We really appreciated the clean showers and restrooms! The location is nice and trees on the property providing shade was nice. The only drawback was we felt it just a bit on the expensive side for a site that provided electricity and water but no sewer hookup.

Charged a late check out when we actually left early, also the Hot tub was cold,even let over night and the inside of the BBQ was so nasty. As for the park it's self it was nice.

Spaces a little close together and since there is no digital TV in the area, cable would be nice. Nice park overall, close to the river, pool and showers.

The staff we very kind and helpful. The facilities were clean and well maintained. This location is very family friendly and our kids loved it. We will definitely be back. I had seen previous comment about the campground not watering and the gravel roads not working for riding bikes. I can tell you our kids rode bikes on the roads just fine, and the sites were being watered in between check out

People so nice! Site was mostly dirt and needed to be watered. Could not get into site they rented us so had to move. Unable to dump as line was too long. Guy wouldn’t let us dump in empty sites

The resort was clean and felt safe for kids. It was nice to be walking distance to services at the same time feel we were alone by the river. Power, water and sewer hook ups were great. The staff was always friendly. We will be back with our extended family again.

I'm a local who decided to take a brief "staycation" at my local KOA. Friendly staff, well-maintained grounds and a nice 24 hour break. My grandkids visited with a pass and loved the pool, playground and bounce pad.

Quiet and smaller for a holiday KOA. Peaceful midweek. Deer come into camp. Along the river. Manager was friendly and Kieth was helpful and provided great hiking tips. Close to town of Winthrop and east side of North Cascades hikes.

No complaints about the campground itself except WiFi would not work for more than a few minutes for us even though the park had people come out and work on it. Most staff was very friendly and helpful except for one lady manning the office on the Sunday morning we were there. I tried to ask her some questions and she was abrupt and rude and didn’t give me the information I needed about the area

We appreciated the ammenities that were available, and cleanliness of the camp sites. We also appreciated that the RV campsites were level, making it very easy to get set up for our stay.

From the minute we got there to the day we left, my family enjoyed every minute. We were in F5 site was level and spacious. The pool was perfect, the staff was extremely nice and let us use some floats for the river. Couldn't ask for a better relaxing weekend. We will certainly be back.

The camp spot was great. They were nice to our kids. They were nice to our dogs. We had front river access close to town and had a very safe feeling. Definitely would come here again.

ALL of your staff was very friendly! My only complaint was that the bikes were only available to rent during “store hours”, it would be nice if the staff present could rent them out a couple hours after the store closes (it’s just too hot to ride them much!)

I think $78.00 for a tent site with no power is absolutely ridiculous. I did notice they weren't full on a Saturday night. I think you might want to go back and reshape your pricing matrix, just my opinion.

Loved the cleanliness of the whole campground. Very well kept up. The 2 room deluxe cabin with the fence was spectacular, we wish we could have a fire, but understand the risk during fire danger season.

Loved the area although cost per night was incredibly high . Winthrop KOA was the highest campground cost we paid in one months travel and offered nothing superior.

I was warmly greeted by the staff and they let me know about a few things going on locally. The camp ground is clean and we LOVE being on the river. Even the bathroom is spacious and well maintained. We will definitely be back �

We had a great stay. The cabin was very clean and when we needed an extension cord for my husband’s c-pap machine the hostess on the golf cart pulled one out of the back right there and gave it to us to use! so very kind.

We had a great time! No issues at all. Would love for the store to be open beyond 5pm and the pool beyond 8pm, especially in the summer, on a weekend.

We have stayed here around 15 times and unfortunately the facilities have gone downhill. We stayed in the deluxe cabin. The blinds, shower and floor are just a few items that need a good deep clean. The toilet has to be shut before flushing or it will splash all over the floor and unfortunately on your feet. I wiped it up and the paper towel was black!The communal showers /toilets are gross too.

Not the best KOA we have stayed at during this 6-week cross country road trip. Hosts were hit or miss, showers went down, amenities were sparse of poor.

The staff was wonderful and helped us find the best possible sites for our extended family vacation. Our reservations were confused and they had to be sorted out by several staff members and we really appreciate their hard work on our behalf. I can remember the names of some: Nancy, Lauren, Maddy and especially Jessy who spent a lot of time helping us. Thanks you for happy memories.

Great location to the town of Winthrop and the North Cascades National Park. Staff were very attentive. Wish there was grass in the RV site we were in. It was just dirt.

We had a nice pull thru lot. Lots to do for kids here. Visited north cascades national park from here. Nice downtown shops in Winthrop. Gas station. Grocery store and hardware store right by the campground. Park was clean and secure.

Rooms isn't really a thing. Mini cabins, yes. Camp spots are gracious in size, trees and shade available, all sizes of tents to rigs seem to be able to camp there. They really have some fun stuff for the kids and the little shop has gotten pretty cute over the last few years.
