All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Camp ground and sites was very clean! In a Very Convenient area. 6 min walk to espresso stand and grocery store. Also, access to the river. Tents sites right next to river.

From all the koa’s I’ve been at, this one seemed the most dirty. The office hours really didn’t work for me. I’m usually gone by 7 am. Not back till after 5. So I couldn’t use the store at all. Also, for a tent site that I barely used, to have to pay $78/night, is really ridiculous. Even in your ‘high’ season. I can get a motel room for a few dollars more and I would have my own show

Liked the park, lots of things to do nearby. Pool wasnt the cleanest the week we were there. Jump pad also needed big hole repaired.

The noise level after 10pm was horrible. Called management, they didn’t really care. The people in the office are rude.

We have stayed here previous years and we were disappointed this year. We heard they have changed management and sadly, they have gone down hill. The kids jump pad had a hole so the kids weren’t able to jump, the webpage advertised mining for the kids and they didn’t have any. We stayed 6 days and the train for the kids only came once! The bathrooms weren’t getting cleaned either. We won’t

Great place, clean bathrooms. Our spot was very tricky to get into without driving into the adjacent tent spot, so we ended up reserving the tent spot for the day we left to make sure we could get out. Other than that, very nice place. Loved having river access and still pretty close to town. Will definitely be back!

The location of this KOA is wonderful! The trailer sites are quite spacious. The staff was friendly. We had trouble getting hot water in the showers. I realize it was a holiday weekend and lots of people staying in tents and cabins so the bathrooms were used constantly.

The showers did not have hot water. The shower faucet is not well marked as to which is hot water and which is cold water. At times the washroom was very dirty with paper on the floor, hair, and water. Travelling, we are dependent on Wi-Fi, and during our stay, we had periods with no Wi-Fi. Saturday night, there was a large group of people being loud till past 1:00 am.

Lovely campground, sitting right on the river. Everybody was friendly, clean facility, friendly people, basic camp store, thrift way and hardware store within walking distance. Along with a cinema. The only problem is the bathrooms. Only six bathrooms and/or showers. And on a busy weekend. You can expect to be waiting a lot to go potty, otherwise your going to need to find a bucket to use.

We come every year for 15 years and the park just gets better every year! This year was exceptional, it was xtra clean and the staffs went above and beyond to make everything awesome!!!

We have been visiting for 15 years. The price keeps going up, quality down. This year, the pool so cloudy with chemicals. The office hours were limited, with no one there after 5pm and emails sent with questions went unanswered. The bouncy pillow had a huge hole that children would fall into. No shuttle to town or for tubing dropoff. No mining rocks. Bathrooms often without paper products. So sad.

This is my second year- a little bummed though. The scenery and landscape of Eastern Wa was amazing! But the upkeep of this KOA wasn’t the best this year. The pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see your feet, the bathrooms and laundry room were on high need of cleaning- the kids activities (arts and crafts- ‘train’ ride) were not happening due to shortage of staff- the staff was very nice t

Tent pitch T57 is very sloped and had hard rocks making it tough to secure a tent properly. Camp facilities were good - clean showers, toilets. An incredibly loud massive family staying nearby stayed up laughing and yelling at each other until midnight every night we were there. Some nights when everyone had a campfire going it was hard to breathe as there was so much smoke. People are awful.

Very friendly staff. Small, nice store. Pool is great. Groceries/gas next to the KOA. Downtown Winthrop is a cool visit. But, this will be our last stay here. It has gone downhill over the years. Grass in tent sites only. The rest are dirt & weeds including the un-kept dog walking area. Pricey too. $30-$40 higher/night than all the other, much nicer kept, non KOA campgrounds we frequent.

We were very pleased with this KOA. The only complaint would be the check in area to park RV. It isn't clear where to go (found out later to pull in below check in office). Lots of rigs parked in the roadway next to the office.

Laundry room change machine was non functional and store closes at 5 pm. Had to go into town to get change for the machines. One of the washing machines was out of order but it wasn’t indicated as such. Figured it out after putting our money in. We did get our money back when the store was open the next day. Pool closes at 8, store closes at 5.

We enjoyed our time staying at this campground. They were very attentive and quickly took care of our concerns. Our only concern is the potholes when you enter into the campground and the narrow entrance at the campground office.

This KOA is a shabby old lady with little maintenance. My site had no water hook up on arrival had to get maintenance to add a splitter to single outlet to hook up. HU is at end of site could not reach sewer even with an extension without staying on my site. Sites can be pulled in either way but my neighbor was allowed to pull cross ways with a pop up. NOT A $100 per night camp Go elsewhere

We enjoyed the covered wagon experience. It was clean and the bathrooms were clean as well. We were disappointed with the pool closure for part of a day, the mining supplies being unavailable, and the hole in the bounce pad. We enjoyed the grill in the covered area and the sinks for washing dishes. We found many friendly people staying there.

We were surprised we had no sewer connection when we thought we had a full connections site. Others around us were blindsided too. Location is good along the river. Trash bins aren't particularly close to many of the sites.

Had a nice weekend stay at this resort. Our spot did not have waste disposal so was not the most convenient to have to disconnect to move to dump location.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the cabin porch and bench seats by the river. I checked in Wednesday evening and found the restrooms clean and well stocked. For some reason that was not the case Thursday morning. One of the restrooms (down by the river) was completely out of all paper and the trash can was completely full. Gratefully this was corrected by Thursday afternoon.

Facility was very good and location, Wi-Fi was having issues had to cancel last minute meetings that came up during our stay. For the first 3 days of our 5 days there were children soliciting/ selling bracelets from their camp site and going around the entire area asking campers to purchase.

All the employees were very kind and helpful, we liked everyone!! We did experience a few things that were not up to our expectations and standards- kids play equipment was broken, our grill caught fire due to being dirty and for the first time in our lives, we had to use a fire extinguisher- flames were shooting 7 feet in the air- it was very scary. Things were just run down and needed a refresh-

Low rating mainly because of poor hookups. Share 1 power post with 2 sites. 30 amp was taken, 50 amp didn't fit my plug. 120 volt wouldn't support AC. I paid alot for a hot RV. I did ask for partial refund at office, but no credit yet.

Great location and very clean! Enjoyed our stay! Would like the store to have more souvenirs and other options! Otherwise it was a great stay and would recommend to others!
