Grounds/scenery incredible. Reservations/Hospitality ... deceiving, misleading and unprofessional. Had cabins available (9-12) to accommodate our group, yet would not set us together UNLESS we paid 25. additional fee each. 2 cabins paid, 2 did not so all were punish and spread out...despicable! Management was not willing to accommodate us unless we paid more. Double dipped on daughters camp site!

Great place to stay! Well kept up. Great clean bathrooms, and showers! Love the atmosphere! Very family orientated! Amazing staff that work there!! Loved it so much! We are coming back with our family in 3 weeks!!!

Absolutely love the KOA in Winthrop. New staff is friendly. I am not too excited about next year Going to $100. 00 per night.

scheduled large family gathering with multiple sites. Attempted to have us staying in the same general area and paid an additional fee for this but were still spread out a bit. Lisa was very helpful and kind during this process. The restrooms were out of soap in the dispensers by Saturday evening and had not been replaced by Sunday at check out. I have seen better managed KOA but the area is nice.

The park itself was fine but it was irritating to have a check in time of 3pm for a camp site after check out was at 11am. Most places are at1pm.Then, our site was meant for rvs when we have a travel trailer. We couldn't pull in forward as the check in person said as we would ha e anywhere for our truck to go. The water and power was too far forward so we were practically in the road.

The grounds were nicely maintained. The bathrooms were very clean and nice. The price per night is very high. For that amount I would have expected more to do on site like mini golf, horseshoes, sports courts, etc. Also, the office and pool closing at 6:00 was too early. They should both be open until 8:00.

The campground was very clean and quiet (though we did stay Sunday-Wednesday). All of the KOA staff members were so friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed riding the train, jumping on the jump pad, the playground, and the heated pool!

Great stay quiet park along the Methow river which was moving fast. Office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. During our stay we encountered a few rainy days, the office has DVD’s you can borrow that saved us. River spites were level with plenty of room between sites. We definitely stay again if ever in the area. The town of Winth was a great place to visit.

The stay was great and have been coming for a number of years. The staff was great. The grounds are not as maintained as well as the previous owner. We were disappointed because this park has always been beautiful. Weeds in the gravel, lights burnt out on the tops of the power boxes, bare spot of dirt in the camp sites.

Campground was clean and the staff were nice. Was a little upset that we were charged $10 for early arrival, we showed up at 2:39, check in is at 3 and the park was less than 1/3rd full. I understand rules are rules but with it being so empty...also the wi-fi is really poor. It is rural but town is less than 1/4 mile from the Campground and there is a medical clinic at the road to turn into site.

First time at a koa and this location did NOT disappoint! I’m signing up for the rewards based on this location and hoping others that we stay at throughout the summer will be just as good! Amazing staff, super super clean, respectful campers, the whole experience was wonderful!

You need to increase bandwidth to your internet. For what you pay to camp- internet should be easy to get, but we would get kicked off and very slow. Check in was quick and easy

We booked a KOA for the long weekend so our kids could swim. Pool was ice cold, barely saw anyone use it all weekend. Disappointed that it was not useable for most families. Also we’ve stayed at many koas, there was a lack of activities planned as we’ve experienced way more during previous stays.

The KOA was great! Cabins made it a bit easier than staying in a tent. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Bathrooms were the nicest I’ve seen at any campground though there weren’t enough as there was often a queue. Our teen kids found the pool too cold so didn’t go back. Dog park was useful though very small - wondered if placing it in a less desirable part of the campground could allow more

We thought it was great. Bathrooms were clean. There were activities for the kids. Dishwashing station was helpful. Plenty of space at our campsite (power would have been nice). My only complaint is how many fires there were at night, many were often left unattended. People just seemed to be burning wood for the heck of it. The air became VERY smokey at night.

The Cost of our stay was high for being a campground. There was a burn happening for wood debris that went on all weekend so it was so smokey you couldn’t enjoy sitting outside during the day.

We had a wonderful stay from beginning to end. Staff there was superb. Very helpful and friendly. Showers, bathrooms, and laundry facilities were all clean and well taken care of. Our site was level and roomy. We enjoyed the shade and the landscaping in the entire park. We would definitely stay again.

The campground and activities are great, but what would have made it a 5 star would have been being spaced further from other people. There were empty cabins and we had next door neighbors both nights. The other issue was that there was a slash pile being burnt on the KOA property for our full stay and it made crappy air quality.

Clean facilities, beautiful park that’s right on the river. Love how close it is to the grocery store and a short walk on the trail system right into town past schools, parks, future library and super close to many places to eat. The KOA park has a great “jump pad” inflatable that was hours of fun for our daughter. Highly recommend this park to any traveler with kids.

We love this KOA! My girls and I have stayed here many times. This time we stayed in a cabin due to weather and it worked out great. The location, camping options, and service is great, and you can see many KOA staff working to keep it clean and looking fresh and updated. We will be back!

Best campground I’ve ever been to! We went during the off season when the pool was closed, and I thought that would hinder our time since our little one loves swimming. But KOA has so much to do, he didn’t even notice the pool was closed! The train ride and the jump pad were both huge highlights! Already looking for another weekend to come back again :)

I've stayed here in my RoadTrek van rv and it was very nice. The showers/bathrooms are quite nice (especially the showers furthest from the office.) I have an upcoming reservation and had some challenges with it. Jesse (the manager) patiently and graciously helped me sort out the various issues I had with my reservation and totally resolved them for me. I'm grateful for her kindness and help in what could have been, an uncomfortable situation for me. And I'm looking forward to my return visit in a few days!

Very friendly, accommodating, professional staff. Sites are clean well maintained, washrooms and showers are clean. Close to town, a bit of walk, or nice bicycle ride. Nice park great place, recommend staying here

Cool little spot on the river/stream. Very clean bathrooms and laundry room. The "downtown" is close by for a meal and people watching.
