Directions
From I-40 - Take exit 416B. This will put you on the I-140 bypass. Follow this for 5 miles and take the first exit you come to (no exit number), signage will read, 17 S./Market St. At the stop sign take a right, this is Market St. Follow for 2 miles, turn right in-between the Speedway Gas Station and the Ogden Carwash. You will see the sign for KOA on the right, above the Ogden Carwash.
From Rt. 17 S. - Follow 17N, take exit on to I-140 (US 17 N/Wilmington/New Bern/Jacksonville).Follow I-140 approx. 25 miles. Take the first exit after crossing I-40, signage will read 17 S./Market St. At the stop sign take a right, this is Market St. Follow for 2 miles, turn right in-between the Speedway Gas Station and the Ogden Carwash. You will see the sign for KOA on the right, above the Ogden Carwash sign.

We have planned activities throughout the year! Join us for cookouts, movie nights, ice cream socials and more! Most activities are free of charge, but we typically take donations to support KOA Care Camps, which helps kids with cancer enjoy the healing nature of camping.
Ice Cream Socials
Join us for some yummy treats! We have popsicles and ice cream socials throughout the Summer!
Movie Nights
Cuddle up and enjoy a movie in KOA style! We show an outdoor movie on the weekends from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Relax and enjoy a family friendly movie under the night sky..
Family Fun
Kids will love the playground and pirate ship and of course the pool is a favorite hangout! We also have planned family fun events throughout the year with cookouts and kid-friendly activities.

Sports & Games
Recreational activities such as Ladder Ball, Corn Hole, Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Horseshoes and more are available by request. Join us for family game days throughout the Summer!

Jump Pad
The Jump Pad is open daily from 10 a.m. to dusk throughout the season.(weather permitting)
Train Rides
All aboard! The train rides run for kids of all ages. Check with the front desk for departure times.
Gem Mining
Mine for gems and fossils at the Cape Fear Mining Company located right here at Wilmington KOA! Purchase your mining ore at the General Store.
