The staff was friendly and helpful, which is great because there are many family activities at this "holiday" location. There are numerous amenities that you expect to find at a full-service property including a petting zoo. Our site was located in a quiet area with other pull-through sites. We had a patio. My only complaint is that the site was not as level as I would have liked.

We had a two night stay just passing through Pennsylvania on route 80. Staying at a pull through site with full hookups. Had a little trouble setting up the TV. I called the office and they were on my site within 5 minutes. A super nice young man named Hayden took care of my situation. He was very pleasant and personable. All staff at the campground where super friendly including the owners.

The people were great! The store, rec room and bathrooms were excellent, and the playground and pool very nice. The things I would mark down is dust created by dirt roads, no grass at sites and price per night set for high premium campgrounds. Gravel roads should be a piooity. Less rocks at sites and grass to beautify the grounds. I would love to spend more time at this campground but the dust!

My family and I had a great vacation at Nittany Mountain KOA. We stayed in the Lodge (our personal favorite). We loved driving the golf cart around and eating ice cream and slushies. The goats were super cute! We all had a fun time and will be back!

Patio site was poorly maintained with lots of weeds plus many paver-blocks out of place. Playground was new and well-kept. Bounce pillow required additional fee and was locked most of the weekend - unacceptable! Minigolf required extra fee (to be expected) but was poorly maintained with many holes "eating" golf balls. Staff was friendly and helpful. Firewood was reasonable. Store was excellent.

Supposedly a treed site, most trees were gone no real shade, tree stumps left at a low height after removing some trees that should've been ground down so you don't trip over them, the weeds (not grass) were tall which meant bugs were bad, good thing we had yard guard with us, road is dirt which means everything gets covered in dirt, no gravel or pavement. Not what we've come to know from KOA

we tented for 8 nights at site T8 and the site was great, lots of activities for the kids to do and they enjoyed the crafts that were offered, The petting zoo was a hit with the kids as well. Only thing we would change is there needs to be some shade at the pool for those of us that dont swim but are there to watch our kids swim, it gets super hot in the sun sitting by the pool.

My family and I camped for 10 days because we have enjoyed this campground for a few years. The site was beautiful! My only complaint would be the lack of enforcing the ages for supervision at the pool. There were many kids there doing whatever they wanted with no parental supervision. I would also suggest monitoring the playground better. The older kids do not play well around the younger.

One staff person was very rude! When checking out no one even said thanks or come again nothing. I thought it was very odd. But over all it was an okay stay.

starting coming here many years ago with family and renting a cabin to stay for a weekend every October. Never disappoints. We now have an rv of our own and made our first trip with our little guy (who loves leapin lenny). Could not be more pleased, so much fun!!! we will indeed be making future and more frequent trips to NMKOA --The Porters

Very well run campground. The pizza was delicious and very convenient. Staff was very friendly. Site (M09) was very nice as well.

This KOA is one of the nicer ones I have stayed in. The store/office area is large with many offerings from supplies to pizza for dinner. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The bath house was in good condition; the tent sites were large and accommodating. There was a pool and plenty of other activities for the whole family to do.

Always room for improvement but overall very nice campground. I wish I was a little bit bigger and more sites along the outside wooded area.

It’s a great family campground, a lot busier than we like. There were plenty of golf carts. (Don’t people walk anywhere anymore?) They don’t seem to follow the same rules as vehicles. We did walk to get ice cream twice and both times felt like we had to dodge golf carts. The entrance once you are checked in to the campground is very congested. Campground very accommodating - the only issue I had was too many moths flying around out site - otherwise it was great! Our can broke down at Lowes outside the campground and they allowed us to have it towed to the campground and we were able to fix by our check out date

Our stay was enjoyable. The two granddaughters enjoyed the activities that were available. All the employees were exceptional. You have a nice group of young men working that are helpful, polite and hard working! My only recommendation is to keep an eye on the pool area when it is busy. There were older boys there that took over half the pool doing cannonballs and chicken fights.

The stay was great but the rules in the pool REALLY need to be enforced we had a new swimmer and there where kids running from the fence to the pool and jumping more then half way across the pool I asked them very nicely to please take it down a bit and they did not so we had to get out of the pool and the rules say anyone under 12 I think need a adult with them that was not the case at all

This was our 2nd year here with other family members and really enjoyed our stay. Sites were perfect for us and with the heat we loved refreshing in the pool. The store has everything imaginable and even enjoyed the pizza one night. Our kids are grown but there's so much to do for all the kids, the playground is beautiful. Great music Saturday night too.

We always have a great time when camping at Nittany except for this most recent visit. Had issues with golf carts traveling the wrong direction on the roadways within the campground as well as traveling faster than the posted speed limit for motor vehicles. Felt unsafe walking around the campground at times because of careless and inconsiderate golf cart drivers.

We stayed in 2023 for one of the Halloween weekends, and we've already booked for July of 2024. Many events and activities for the whole family. The campground has a very fun atmosphere, and still offers the relaxed setting you'd want for a getaway "in the woods". They have a nice mix of itinerant campers and long-term renters who go all-out to decorate their sites. We've looked at a lot of KOA campgrounds and these folks consistently offer one of the best experiences.

This is a great campground with lots of activities for Adults & children. Most of the sites are in good condition with decent amount of room.
