Office staff were friendly, and grounds were kept up. Big complaint is the pull through site we were on (and all the others, as far as we could tell). The site is situated such that when you walk out the door, there's maybe 2 feet of flat ground before a fairly steep incline. It's just not a place I'd want to park for any significant time.

Loose gravel over soft dirt isn't big rig friendly. The uphill slope to the sewer drain was baffling. The uphill slope on loose gravel to get out was even worse. The office insisted that we use their blocks even though we had pads that were much larger and told them so. This is why non-campers shouldn't run a campground. Steep narrow roads all around and nothing level. Avoid.

Very friendly staff & nice clean campground. Coming off the highway you should follow the KOA signs not gps, gos has one turn is not for big rigs. Campground has lots of signs directing you around.

We were happy with our stay and the only reason we gave you 4 stars is because your signage could be better coming in off of US 40 as we were using our gps and not looking for the KOA sign that we were told later as posted on Lacock Hill road. We barely made that turn. Perhaps alert your customers to look for the KOA signs you have posted when they reserve the site or give some directions prior.

the sites are ridiculously narrow. Could not fully extend our driver side awning as it would extend over the neighbour’s fire pit..When the late arrival next to us came in, he was right in our picnic table area to complete his hook up. Jammed together like sardines…cant imagine how they got KOA designation, other than KOA wants their franchise fees!

The people at the KOA were very nice and helpful. However, the gravel drive in and the spots were not satisfactory. Large unsettled rock that allowed for the RV to sink into the ground a few inches. Also, it was extremely frustrating that all of the sewer hook ups were elevated above each site. To empty the black tank, you had to manually raise the hose to empty as it drained.

You drive back through back country roads and you think you're in the middle of nowhere but the interstate noise is terrible. Campground is on the side of a mountain or so it seems. Just hope you don't have to go to the bathhouse at 3 AM because you will probably tumble down hill. However, very nice people running the place just a bad location which is too bad.

We had a good stay at this KOA. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We appreciated they kept the pool open a few extra days after Labor Day.

Very nice dog park. Friendly staff. Pull-through sites are close together, but that is to be expected. The road to the campground is narrow.

It is a convenient stop for visiting family in the Pittsburgh area. Washington, PA has historically interesting places to visit. The road to the campground is narrow in some places. Restrooms are clean.

Other than a pool, a playground that has 2 swings, nothing here for kids. The pull thru sites we were put in were close. This is a "Journey" KOA no frills here stay at a Holiday KOA if you are looking for nice stay with things for kids

We stayed at multiple KOA campsites over our five day trip and this one has the least friendly staff

We had a nice night there-quiet, clean, no shade but it wasn’t very hot so we didn’t need to run the air conditioner. We also had a level area so that was nice.

We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed our site immensely (DP2). I have two suggestions, but they are not deal breakers. First, the dog park was clean and well attended, but it needs a dedicated entrance and a separate exit for safety reasons. Secondly, instead of the dumpster, what about pick up at the site at a specific time each day. Finally, the entire office staff was amazing! Thanks!

Difficult to access the campground hilly narrow roads. The sites are not level. Very noisy from nearby highway.

They put us on a site that the water was broken and only poorly fixed to use . My husband got soaked trying to got hooked up. The site was very unlevel. We have stayed at many KOA parks and have never had to place sure a review.

Beautiful campground, friendly staff. The patio site was the best! Great enclosed wooden deck with chairs & table provided.

The staff was great, clean restrooms, great pool area. Our site was very narrow and on a hill, so we really weren’t able to use the yard. If we came back, we’d move to an outside row.

Rude staff, accused us of being condescending because I referred to him as "boss", Paid for a deluxe patio site and was put on top of a hill that was extrmely unlevel.

Some people find using pet names such as "boss" "buddy" "hun" etc a bit offensive, especially used in a demeaning or condescending manner. The fact that him explaining to you that he does not like those terms was not meant to be rude in any way.

Helpful and friendly staff, clean location, great new sites! Only issue is that in our site, the sewer line was uphill from our RV - which made it difficult to empty.

Nice park, but lots of freeway noise. Not much you can do about the noise, you were probably there before the freeway was built. I'm surprised that jake-breaks are allowed after sunset. But all-in-all, the park was very nice. Clean, well kept grounds, friendly staff, well stocked camp-store, and we saw 3 cute deer as we were leaving.

Not the easiest to find or get to. Also the sewage port into the ground was broken so basically just dumping into the ground. Staff was nice and it’s pretty once there. Quiet. Just felt the location was a challenge

I hate the site we were on #12 I have a hard time walking and you need to be a mountain goat to hook up your utilities, it's almost impossible to use the picnic table and fire ring, and others in that row are the same.

Nice KOA; plenty of pull through slots. Staff is froendly and professional. Bathrooms clean and well cared for.

Marked a 4 only because the hill is a strain and pain, both to walk up and down, and for leveling a trailer. For a KOA journey, I did not expect a pool, but it looked refreshing. After hours checkin was easy,

Average KOA, the larger your rig, the more difficult it will be, initially had problems with electric current, they were very attentive and solve the problem, this is best or just an overnight, along major highway very noisy, difficult to get to from highway
